Placed an online order, never received order confirmation email and when I called the store for pick up they said they never received the order. So after confirming that the money was debited from my acct I called the customer service number and they said the don’t have an order on file for me. I said you don’t have an order from me but you debited the money out of my acct. She said it was just a prior authorization pending payment that will be removed. None of it makes sense and I just got a simple I apologize, no real explanation. Searching online buying those things was a complete waist of my time. I order online all the time and have never experienced this before. The whole situation is unacceptable!

I drove from West Deptford NJ Sicklerville NJ for an item that their employees and site stated was in stock.I was told after waiting 49 minutes that they hadn’t found it among the boxes in the back, that they know the items are there, but it will take too long to continue searching for them.I don’t thin JB I did anything wrong as their customer, but I was certainly made to feel like I was putting them out.

The least accommodating staff ever to face retail customers. They are automatons and can easily be replaced by a pick up window vendor. These are the non humane zombies of boaring science fiction stories. No loss when this store closes...It will make products available to more well trafficked locations.

My Male cashier was adorable and very helpful. My daughters cashier was on the phone, she was a nasty older lady who needs another job not in the public eye. Same stuff dollar general has but priced more.

Well I went to Big lots. The sales people were excellent let us look around the store didn't bother us said if you need help just let us know the manager and everybody was the best this Big lots is a store to go to as a matter of fact I think all the Big lots have excellent people working. I am so happy to have found a big lots near new house. I havent been to one in about 10 years. Still awesome products and fantastic prices. Employees were very helpful n didnt mind ne strolling slowly looking at everything. Was acually there for 5 hours with a service dog I was sitting for and helping owner get poochie used to stores since she manly needs it to be able to leave her house more n she wanted it to be able to be calm in public without her having to be the one to take dog out n about. They were very accommodating n didnt mind the little poochie being my shopping buddy which really did surprise me. I thought theyd complain I was there to long with a dog but they were above understanding. I recommend this store to anyone n especially anyone with special needs cause this place is warm n welcoming.

They have nice offerings, however, they're getting pricey compared to when they first opened. I shop there for my European goodies and small gifts. Their furniture is better quality than what you find in a discount store, yet, again...why not shop at Boscovs or Ashley and perhaps pay less?! I will remain a customer when out and about in town. I have to say though...Amazon is making a big dent in many retailers' pocketbooks.

Love this store. They sell nice furniture at good pricing. I've bought alot of furniture from them when they run thier good sales on them. They have greatk cup coffee at such a low price. Its like 80 cups for $24.00. The coffee is good.

My husband visited Turnersville Location and the store didn't have the recliner that he wanted to purchase for my mother-in-law in stock. The associate researched for him and directed him with the item number to pick it up same day. Thank You for exceptional customer service. Because he could of said sorry, "we dont have it in our location". Thank You it's appropriated!

Nice discount store. Kind of like the old Bradley's used to be but compacted down and a bit cheaper. What they have changes, especially by season, so you can find some good deals if you're there at the right time.

The junk is still good junk and that has its place, but the decent stuff got ridiculously expensive. 20 plastic Christmas balls for $25, nope.

The staff is very kind. A woman ( should've got her name i think she was management) went completely out of her way for me and helped me out with some boxes. I am moving in the near future and our current neighbors are so horrible i felt i need to start packing now. She was very empathetic and showed true concern. People like that are hard to find. The only reason there are not 5 stars is that i go to this store often, and i have not to this day been able to walk into the electronics section and find what i needed/wanted. Also it's normally such a mess that the staff can't help either. Sorry, i hate to say anything bad, but this problem should be fixed.... I don't go here gor electronics anymore bc of it. How many others are there? It's not even staffs fault. They need more space for electronics. If employees have to play tetris to fit all products in..... Who says we feel like undoing the tetris to find what we need? Don't blame them, the space is not up to standards for the amount of merchandise in that tiny corner. Love the staff here, all great people.

It was a horrible online experience. Will never order online again with big lot!! However Customer service was Excellent in providing a resolution to my issues. I don’t like the process ie: no email alerts concerning shipment etc: 100lb package was left on the ground by FedX:( and I was at home waiting!!!!!!

I called the Sicklerville location and was assisted on the telephone by a gentleman named Dan. He was very helpful and has exceptional customer service skills. There should be more employees like him.
