I had an unfortunate experience at my local Aldi on Sunday, May 15. While shopping, I moved 2 containers of diapers in search of the particular box I was needing and quickly took it back to my cart because there were multiple people in the aisle trying to get around me. Before I could turn around to put back the diaper boxes I had moved, an employee came quickly behind me and started shuffling them around. I moved my car down the aisle thinking that she was restocking the shelves and in my best effort‘s to stay out of the way I moved along with my shopping. I soon after heard the employee loudly saying negative comments and remarks about me to another employee within earshot of myself and other shoppers. I hope this experience can be reviewed and learned from so other shoppers don’t have to experience this in the future.

Went in 6-14-20 and waited in a long line. Myself and a customer behind me asked if they could call someone, which the cashier (Linzy) did. She was very nice. On the other hand a black gentleman (did not catch his name) says as he's walking by me that there were 3 call outs and we had to deal with it. To which I responded I don't have to deal with anything, you do". Was very disappointed. I know all about customer service. I worked 15 years plus. That is unacceptable. I will be reaching out to Aldi. Other than today I've never had a problem. Makes me not want to come back.

Great place to shop for healthy items, or lifestyle diets such as Vegan, Keto, or Whole30! You can't beat these prices either. Make sure you bring a quarter to unlock the cart, which you get back when you return the cart to the area it belongs. This is an excellent way to keep carts out of the parking lot that could potentially damage your vehicle. Another tip is to bring your own shopping bags. They do not bag your order, but simply place it into another cart for you to push to the bagging area. This keeps prices low by not having to purchase bags so there is less overhead prices that are passed off to the consumer by raising grocery prices. They do Howe have bags for purchase at 10 cents per bag I believe. You can also look for empty boxes at the store to put your groceries in.

Aldi's prices are unbeatable, but after what I experienced today, I am in complete disbelief. The cashier working there on May 19th at 5:30 PM, was rude and unprofessional. She rang me up, and I paid for everything. As I grab the cart next to her she states I can't take the cart because I didn't bring one. Bare in mind, I was able to walk to the cash register with all my items but I needed some time to balance them. Before I could even figure out what to do, and with no direction from the cashier, she continues to ring up the person behind me and puts that person's stuff in the same cart. The lady had offered her cart and the cashier stated she cannot give me her cart because I didn't have one. I inquired why is this, if there is an extra cart at the other cash register, the cashier stated that was for someone else. I was literally struggling, the cashier didn't even provide any solutions, just kept ringing the other person up, putting the stuff in the cart while I am still trying to figure it out. Luckily the lady behind me was firm and stated she would give me her cart as she had bags to bag her food. The cashier was unprofessional and it really disgusts me that she had me there struggling and wouldn't provide any solutions, on top of rushing me by ringing up the next person before I could get myself together.

Best store for fresh healthy foods at amazing prices. Their fresh salmon is 8.99 a pound and one if the best tasting _ even beating expensive restaurants. So many good finds here!

I really like the whole milk they sell., it tastes delicious, yummy for my kids. Also you can save chunk of money by shopping in here. They pretty much cheaper than some grocery stores around. We usually go almost every other weekend, really good savings!!

Love the store. We have slowly replaced shopping at ShopRite. We love their pizza as well.Updated to 5 stars from 4. I'm a huge fan of Aldi. I especially love their section which brings in new products like chobani yogurt or their household products (at the check out line). I bought their solar lights from them and they are great.Visits are super quick since their cashiers run the checkout lines like a Nascar pitstop lol which I don't mind at all.Friendly tip > I didn't know of until recently; use their cardboard boxes of empty products to easily transport your groceries into your car(and later inside your house).Love their touchless checkout cashier's/checkout kiosks. NFC enabled Google pay works wonderfully for me making checkout experience extremely efficient.

Looking forward to seeing what this location has to offer at the opening! The Aldi's I go to now does not have many vegetarian and vegan options unlike many others. However, their food is fresh. If this store has more of a variety, I will make the drive for this store as well.👌

Service was great, disappointed in the menu not many entrées to choose from. Also, there were no small salads or cup of soup with an entrées. And BREAD, there was NO BREAD before or during the entrées. I don't recommend Rocco Town House and we will not be back.

Although it may not have all the items on your shopping list but what it does carry the prices are reasonable. If you're on a budget then Aldi's is the place to shop and save.
