I think their policy of - you can only return $100 worth of items (with no receipt) a year is silly. People gifted me things for a baby that I had duplicate/triplicate of ... But Target would not give me store credit after $100 with was returned.I understand they want to prevent theft, but also I think the $100 threshold is too low/ use some discretion, I'm obviously returning all baby stuff.

Normally my target experiences are great but this time was just upsetting. This lady was checking me out Debbi was her name. To start off she didn’t even seem like she wanted to be checking me out. Listen it was late i understand but she was just so rude and kept giving me an attitude. I was there with my friend and i wasn’t finished bagging my things and she was ringing up my friend things and was huffing and puffing because the space wasn’t completely cleaned. Another customer came up and asked if she was able toleave her cart by the register so she could use the bathroom and she didn’t want her things to get put back. After the guest had left she said to another worker “guess i’m a babysitter now” with an attitude. The poor guest didn’t want her things to be put back and was very thankful that she couldleave her cart there. I have worked in retail and i understand that sometimes it can be stressful but this was just plan rude…

So after making people use the self checkouts because they don't want to pay people to run registers, they are harassing customers at self checkout if you have more than 10 items. I had 15 items and the two normal registers had several people in line so I go to self checkout. I'm immediately harassed about my item count as if I had a cartful, and every single self checkout was empty so I want holding anyone up with my five extra items. I'm going to go wherever there's no line, if you don't want people going in the self-checkout then stop being cheap and pay people to run more registers.

Absolutely love the selections, prices, courteous employees, and free drive up and pick up options at my local target! So easy to order needed items ahead of time is an issue or you aren't feeling well. Great savings with the red card and target circle savings, too.

I’ve been to several targets in the south jersey area, this one in particular I’ve been going to since 2019. It’s fine but my biggest bone to pick is the absolutely REPULSIVE amount of bugs in the women’s bathroom lights. They have been there for YEARS. The fact that this has been overlooked for so long makes me wonder what other places in the store also lack general cleaning. I guess to assume this would be addressed when the bulbs are changed would be incorrect.

Was my go to Target, but when I went there last the fridge wasn’t even cold. Their dairy fridges were room temperature. Then I looked down and saw all the black mold covering their fridges. Truly disgusting, I mentioned it to a staff member, thinking they have gotta clean after I showed him the mold. 10 days later and the fridges are full of mold. So disgusting and disappointing!!!

This is the worst location. Always messy and I was told they had no whole milk at all for my pickup order. Laura the manager put me on hold and never came back. I was on hold doing a corporate complaint and still was on hold 30 min later. Never heard back about the complaint. Go to Millville or dare I say: Go To Walmart. Same style of service.

I used the drive up at Target and I just wanted to leave a short message. The staff at Target have always been kind considerate, friendly, appreciative and I have to say pretty fast. And that is the reason why I use the drive up at Target. Plus it is convenient for me.Thank you

Clean and accessible store that is tucked away from the bustle of it all. Friendly team that takes the initiative to assist you with your shopping experience. Stocked with an excellent variety of items, especially the toy and over the counter medications. Their customer pickup is a wonderful service that is quick and easy if you are on the run (but I recommend shopping inside, you will be pleasantly surprised).

This is the only target we’re I can place a pick up order and get it expeditiously in the Gloucester county area! I go in and it’s clean and well stocked and they are good with shipping as well

Okay, though not a super target, they had an excellent clothing section. But their food section was exceptional! I loved the fact they had ginormous bags of Halloween candy, excellent groceries and above all, large bags of beef jerky. Where can you go wrong? Easy, by not giving them a chance. Terrible target. Always unorganized. Went there and only self checkout lanes open. I set my coffee down so I could work for free (my two and three year old were in cart so couldn’t put in there. After I got done work (for free) I forgot my Starbucks. So I lost out on my coffee and had to work for free. Terrible place. Do not recommend.

This target usually has everything I need, but yesterday there was a couple things I had trouble locating in the store. I looped the entire store twice before finding an employee to ask. And once you find one, they act like they aren’t there to help you and you’re annoying them. I found this woman in the stylist department who couldn’t have been less helpful. She told me the shirt I was looking for was “in the juniors section with the tshirts”. Like I said, couldn’t have been less helpful considering the junior’s section has a large number of shirts in different parts of the junior’s section. It seems like this Target needs to work on their customer service training or something. It just seemed like she didn’t want to help me at all which was disappointing.

Store is always disheveled and employees are too busy talking to each other instead of doing any work. Seems that management is more occupied with online orders and couldn’t honestly care less about the physical store itself. Sad that this used to be a good store.

We really enjoy the variety and management of the Mantua store. The new reorganization took a bit to get used to, but it was also kind of fun to explore the new order of it all! This location is always a joy to shop. Check out has never been an issue. Self check out is easy and appreciate assistance that is always available.

The shelves in the grocery department were pretty bare today, which is unfortunate but not the reason for my 1-star review. I don’t think the checkout process is sustainable. If it continues as it has been, then employ a traffic cop to direct customers and stop them from cutting in front of each other in line. There are not enough self-checkout lanes and too many empty registers. If you’re not going to use cashiers, then get rid of those lanes and replace them with self-checkouts. Also, the way the single checkout lane snakes through the whole front of the store just doesn’t work. If you don’t want to use the self-checkout, you might not even realize there are cashiers available for 10 or 15 minutes while you wait for the line to pass the registers to get to the self-checkout.

The manager Bri was EXTREMELY rude when I was trying to return a gift I got. I wanted to return and rebuy an airfryer I was gifted. I called ahead to ask if I could return the gift without the receipt for a merchandise card, and the guy on the phone told me no problem. When I bring it it, the woman at guest services told me I couldn’t return it, and she would need a manager override. The manager, bri, then came over and said the same thing, that I could not return the item. I explain that’s not what I was told and I wasnt trying to return it for cash, I just wanted to exchange. They then told me I “exceeded my limit” for returns on my license when I never returned on my license, I always use my app. They then miraculously were able to issue me my merchandise card and when I said thank you, I was left with a dirty “thank you” and an eye roll. I would not come back to this location, I would go to the Turnersville one from here on out.

I was racially profiled at Target's Mantua, NJ store’s self check out on the evening of Wednesday January 11, 2023 at approximately 9:40pm (per my receipt) by 2 employees (a white female wearing a red shirt and a tall white male wearing a navy blue shirt). As I approached the self check out, there were 2 white women together using one of them. They were the only two customers using self check out. Immediately, as I placed my cart in front of the self check out to begin scanning the items in my shopping cart, the two above mentioned employees walked over in front of me and started watching me as I scanned each item in my cart.They did not walk away until I paid. I observed them NOT watching the 2 white women at self check out when I approached it, they walked over to specifically watch me. I am African American. I feel disrespected, disappointed and hurt by the treatment I received.

PARENTS BEWARE. Went in to the store today and to my dismay, over heard an employee cursing at a customer. She had dark hair, a septum piercing and looks really angry. It appeared that the young man she was yelling at was swatching the spray paint onto the already sprayed shelf. I was baffled to hear her curse out loud in front of my children, I thought this was a family orientated store. That young lady needs to work on her anger! Not okay!
