Hands down, one of the best experiences ever! The facility was clean, the ladies were kind and Jake loved it! Jake is 12 and he’s never been to a groomer before, clearly I was nervous taking him anywhere.When I walked in to pick him up, he didn’t even realize I was there. He was hanging out with 5 new “friends” that were also waiting to be picked up. He smells good and looks great. I would give Shampoodles a 10 out of 10.Below is a picture of Jake…he has a great personality which is demonstrated in this photo as he sticks his tongue out at me. Lol

Been taking my pet here for three years, they did a sloppy job in grooming him after a day or 2 he started to smelling ,so I wash him again he smells a100% better , I will not be going back.

Ilike that they keep the same groomers for years. Not nearly as much turnover as the big chains. They seem to specialize in poodle mixes, shiztzus etc. Dogs have nice big private pens to wait in. They don't wait in a small cage in the back room. Molly gives four paws up.

Brought our elderly cat in today for a lion cut. They didn't have opening today but called me back after I got off the phone and said they could fit him in today! That was helpful because he had some matting and was having trouble keeping himself clean. They did such a great job with him! He looks adorable! I can always tell when he gets home if he had a good experience with the groomer by how he acts. He was so content when he got home. It make me so happy they were so nice to my fur baby! Shampoodles is a fantastic groomer. We take our good boy Dodger there for baths, nails and de shedding. He is always well taken care of. They have low walled pens, and if all the doggies there get along they open the pens for free roam. Prices are on par with the area. We never had any issues here and will continue to take him there as long as possible. Thanks for being the best in town.

Flawless service. We've been a customer here twice after a bad experience elsewhere. Our poodle/terrier mix had a pinched nerve in his neck and the groomers at Shampoodles could not have been more accommodating and professional. They took the time & care with him and he looks great. To wit, after a sleepless night & a day of pain, when my dog walked into Shampoodles, he instantly remembered the groomer & jumped up to greet her. I'll be a customer here for a while--it's not a wonder why this place books up so fast.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Shampoodles. My parents used to take our German Shepard here and now I take my two dogs here. My dogs have been to Shampoodles twice now and both experiences have been amazing. Both dogs get a bath, nails trimmed, paw pad hair trimmed, sanitary areas trimmed, teeth brushed, and shedless treatment. The price is amazing! One of my dogs is a husky German Shepard mix and the other is a hound mix, they are both right around 55 pounds. At my old groomer, the husky mix was $100 on her own because she was a husky, at Shampoodles I get both dogs groomed for around $120. The first time I wanted to get them groomed, Shampoodles let me bring them by so they could look at them and give me a price, I really loved that. They did not just price by breed like other places. That was important to me since my husky Shepard mix is not all husky features or even size. On top of that, the staff is always friendly when making appointments, drop off, pick up, etc. My dogs always look great when I pick them up, the staff is so friendly, it's a great value, and they have curbside drop off and pick up due to COVID. I cannot say enough good things about them!

It was great. I had 2 dogs the first time I came, but my oldest one passed away. The second time we went my dog literally screamed when I was about to hand her over and leave. It was hard for me to leave but they promised me she would be okay. Upon my arrival they welcomed me with "we are going to miss serenity" and "she is such a great girl". They really made it a great experience for her.

Shampoodles did an excellent job on my two Maltese fur babies!! I am new to the area and after trying two other places I think I found my new groomers. Im not sure who groomed my pups but whoever they were GREAT JOB THANK YOU!! Also, I asked them to clean my younger pups teeth and they got rid of all the tarter stains on the back teeth!!! They were pearly white. The only complaint I have is my older baby sometimes gets food caked on her lower lip they did not get all the food off and it was so obvious her face wasnt clean...how could they miss that?? I was surprised because everything else was great. But that was a minor incident I would definitely recommend shampoodles to anyone looking for a dog groomer, very nice people!

Good prices, great staff. We started coming here a few years ago after one of my dogs came home from PetSmart so traumatized he had tremors that lasted over a week and they wouldn’t even return my phone call. When trying to find a new groomer, the owner of Shampoodles took the time to talk to me over the phone about my experience and reassure me that my dogs would be well cared for there. We now have five dogs that we bring there and are always happy with the experience!

Absolutely loved my first experience here! Took my senior pitty mix here to get his nails clipped. My boy has more than just anxiety when it comes to groomers and vets. He absolutely HATES getting his nails clipped and just freaks out, like tail between the legs, becoming aggressive, just terrified. But as soon as I walked in, the two groomers (I didn’t get their names) immediately stopped what they were doing to help me calm him. They actually got on the floor with me to clip his nails, which no one has ever done before and is so much better than putting him on the table because he jumps off. They were warm and caring with him and we were out quickly. The only thing is I didn’t know they only do cash or check, so I had to sprint over to the bank next door to get cash. But now that I know that, I will only be taking him here. Loved it!!

I have been going to shampoodles for years. I never had a problem until recently. My dog now has come back hurt twice. The first time okay it was accident and when I took him back the next month I told them and they said they would be more careful. Well he came back hurt again. I have to take him to the vet again. I called shampoodles and two girls were like maybe it didn’t happen here. He will not be going back.

My dog looks great everytime I pick her up. The Staff is kind to dogs. My dog is never anxious when I pick her up from her grooming. Thankful for Shampoodles🙂
