This pharmacy has gone downhill in the past couple years. My doctor had sent over a prescription that could only be sent by her, I get a confirmation text from rite aid saying it would be filled on the 15th. So when I go there to check the status of the prescription, they say the doctor never sent over anything. I showed them the text from rite aid and the the guy behind the counter wouldn't even look at me, like he could care less. I then called my doctor and they told me the exact minute it was sent over. I tried to ask the employee behind the pharmacy counter how that could happen and he would answer.

A decent Rite Aid. They have a drive-thru pharmacy. Like all Rite Aids they are convenient but expensive.

I have been getting my prescriptions at this Rite Aide maybe for six years, never had a problem whatsoever today I understand why. Last week or so I had a problem on my end with my insurance filling my prescriptions, spoke with Tina the pharmacist both times and she helped me through the situation without a huff, so sweet, so nice. These days that’s hard to find when talking on the phone with customer service. But this Is the pharmacist who has a lot of responsibilities And I know the store is very busy it’s down the street from the hospital. Tina did not rush me,did not make me feel like she had more important things to do than talk to me. A true professional, I’ve managed and owned businesses where are you needed to talk to the customer. If she was selling something to me I would’ve bought anything she was selling. So Rite Aide I know these reviews are very important and if you don’t know this by now I am here to tell you that you have a special employee working for you I would sign her to a lifetime deal. And I am not a relative. So Tina you keep up the good work, sounds like you enjoy your job. Thank you John C

I absolutely love this writing the associates are always very friendly and willing to help. The store is always clean and things are always where they should be. Their prices are on point I shop there at least twice a week sometimes more. I couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy/store 🏪

I live around the corner from this location, I will try not to go to it and go to Walgreens because Cristina the cashier is so nasty. She never smiles and she is misaerable. She should find herself a new job that doesn’t deal with customer service.

Their pharmacy is fantastic. We have a ton of scripts to be filling due to chronic illness and they are so great. Any time there ever has been an issue they were very helpful! We have been with them for years.

THIS IS ONLY A REVIEW OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PHARMACY...THE STORE ITSELF IS CLEAN, STAFF IS INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.... ESPECIALLY CONNIE!!!!My issue is with the pharmacy. This happens to me OVER & OVER AGAIN!!! I drop my prescriptions off. I can't drive, so I have to take an UBER/LYFT to drop off & pick them up. Yesterday, (around 4) I dropped 5 prescriptions off, not all were due to be filled, so I put the ONE that I needed on top & asked to just have that one filled. She says ok, it will be done in an hour.......I go home, get a text at 5:46, saying my prescription is complete (remember I just needed the one)....so I go to pick it up at 7:30, get there (please keep in mind that UBER/LYFT only allows 5 minutes in the store) and was told 1 was ready, but they are still working on the rest. (Not the one that I even needed or specifically asked for). I asked them to please just fill the one I needed & I'll pick the others up tomorrow. I was there for 45 MINUTES & THEY STILL WERE NOT COMPLETE! HAD TO SEND MY LYFT HOME & SIT THERE AND WAIT.....WHAT HAPPENED TO THE HOUR I WAS QUOTED AT 4????????? THIS SAME THING HAS OCCURRED NUMEROUS TIMES! ITS UNACCEPTABLE! UNLESS YOU SIT IN THE STORE & WAIT FOR YOUR SCRIPTS, THEY DONT FILL THEM UNTIL YOU RETURN TO PICK THEM UP!!!! Rite Aid, Connie should be promoted, because she calmed me down, was SO COMPASSIONATE & tried to do what she could to help the situation. FYI: THERE WERE OTHER CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING ABOUT MY SAME ISSUE AS WELL DURING THE TIME I WAS THERE.

Absolutely ridiculous after a certain time of day the employees get nasty why I don't know but every time I go into the store someone has an attitude that's working behind the register. The only reason that I keep going here is because it's convenient. 🙄
