This pharmacy is awful. 9 times out of 10 you will have to wait to get your prescription because they don’t have it ready. They never answer the phone and act like you aren’t their number 1 priority, which should be the case with good customer service. You will be standing in line for a good 20 minutes while they are talking to each other before they approach you. They are understaffed which is sad but still not okay. I have worked in customer service and would never treat customers like they do there. I don’t think there has been one time where I can just go get my prescription and leave within 10 minutes. There is always a problem and it comes with laziness from the staff as well, as in not having your prescription packed and ready when it gets sent to them. Lazy. I don’t recommend this pharmacy at all and i’ve been going here for years but now it’s time to change.

The pharmacy here is a joke. Stop sending your prescriptions here if you can help it.Every time I come to pick something up, there’s issues. Last time I went for my own medication I was told they never got it. After the issues I had with the pharmacy in the past I told my doctor just to send my script to CVS. When I got to CVS and tried to fill the script they told me Rite Aid already sent out the info to charge my insurance so they couldn’t fill it, which I found odd bc Rite Aid told me they never got it. When I returned to Rite Aid to pick up the script they never got but supposedly filled, they said it wouldn’t be ready until next day.They don’t answer their phones, either. I’ve called on numerous occasions and never got answered. I’ve been standing in line in the pharmacy and listened to the phone ring and ring and they just blatantly ignored it.

Female pharmacist was extremely rude upon visit!! I was up next in line minutes before the pharmacist goes out for lunch patiently waiting as she had a full fledged conversation with the guest in front of me. After waiting she tells me that she cannot fulfill my request for simple allergy medication. Pharmacy technician also made no effort to check me out. I have worked in a pharmacy of yours in the past and would never give this kind of service to a guest in need. This incident occurred on 5/24/22 around 1:25 PM.

They never notify you if a prescription is ready and when you call They NEVER answer the phone. They consistently have you wait in line while having personal conversations.Horrible customer service.

Horrible pharmacy experience every time. They never answer the phones or come to drive thru. The technicians are rude and look at their phones while customers are in line. The pharmacy manager has no people skills. Does the bare minimum. Bills prescriptions to coupons instead of insurance and doesn’t inform the patient. I see frustrated patients every time I am there. Haven’t gotten my credit card back multiple times. A poor excuse for patient care.

I was put in a perilous position by the incompetence/inattention of my endocrinologist in transferring my insulin Rx from a local pharmacy to mail order. The pharmacist at this store bent WAY over backwards to help me get some diabetic supplies I needed in a pinch. And I'm not even a patient there! I will go out of my way to patronize this store going forward.

Pharmacist is very nice and accommodating. Most of the pharmacy staff is nice but some are not. I’m sorry it is your job to help the customers with their prescription questions, didn’t know it was such an inconvenience for them to do their job. They never answer the phones either.

I’m sick of dealing with this pharmacy. EVERY SINGLE TIME there is a problem! Always a dumb excuse. My dad is elderly and takes many different meds. The three times we had to go there this week they had some kind of excuse! NOTHING IS EVER READY!! Antibiotics not ready “computer was down”, blood pressure meds not ready(few days later) they supposedly didn’t get it yet, pain meds (he had foot surgery) “there was a holiday weekend so they are behind.” Keep in mind most of his meds are on automatic refill…. I so wish he would go somewhere else but it’s close and he has so many meds there that he doesn’t want to. As soon as he lets me I will be taking our business somewhere else. I don’t want to deal with rude, incompetent people. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Had an appointment for my booster at 12, didn’t get seen until AN HOUR later. The pharmacist seems more concerned with chatting with customers rather than getting through the line of people waiting for her to administer vaccines. She seemed sweet but not concerned with getting her job done. Wish I had made an appointment somewhere else, but I guess that’s why this was the only pharmacy in the area with available appointments. Highly recommend AGAINST going here.

*Always a long wait*Not LGBTQIA friendly OR educatedStaff outside of the pharmacy is great, pharmacists need a serious reevaluation. Prescriptions were NEVER ready on time (even if I got a text that they were ready only to come in and be told something completely different). I went to this pharmacy for years to pick up different medications. I take weekly injections of testosterone and had to literally argue with the pharmacist for over an HOUR to get her to call one of the prior pharmacists for her to believe that my medication WAS due for a refill. According to her, I “didn’t know basic math” even though I had been using this same method for 2 YEARS ALREADY! They constantly misgendered me, despite me correcting them and then would awkwardly talk about me while “trying” to figure out my prescriptions. The pharmacist has even made comments like, “you must be wanting to pull out your hair!” Find a pharmacist who knows how to speak to people, and who also understands when a situation is stressful and how to not make it worse.Almost everytime I came in, if there were more than 2 people in line I knew I’d be waiting for more than an hour. Maybe if the pharmacist spent less time making inappropriate comments and joking when people are clearly getting impatient, customers would actually be helped efficiently.

Don’t ignore the one-star reviews. Daughter was prescribed an antibiotic and we didn’t find out until we went to pick it up at 7:45pm that they didn’t have it in stock and wouldn’t be able to get it until 2pm the next day. We asked if they could send it to another Rite Aid that carries it so we could pick it up first thing in the morning. They said they would. Of course, when we get to the Rite Aid in Woodbury, we find out they never sent it over, so we had to wait around for Woodbury to verify.

the pharmacy techs are awesome. i had a rude encounter with the one woman pharmacist that i will not be sharing details of. go to walgreens down the street instead, i had better experiences there.

The Pharmacy tech was extremely rude and had an attitude on the phone and in person.. Rite Aid Should monitor the customer service their employees are providing. There are many pharmacies people can choose from, and as a consumer with options, I will go elsewhere.

I really like the staff, cleanliness, and convenient location of this Rite Aid. I prefer it. This location has been hit by a bit of supply and demand issues (as of late) but otherwise I really enjoy shopping at this location and the associates are always helpful.

Horrible store. It's as if they decided to follow the trend in the medical industry just cause they can. I've been here several times and each visit gets worse. Today I walked up to the pharmacy counter and a minute later someone else walked up. The girl came over and waited on the other person first. I bit my tongue. When they were done, I was told that they were closed. Shocked I turned to walk back to the front for help and another person walked up and the same girl asked how she could help her. I couldn't believe it!Wait, it gets worse. I found an employ in an aisle and asked where castor oil was kept. He said somewhere in this aisle. I said it a long aisle, would you narrow it down. He said he didn't know and he'd have to ask the manager. He came back in a few and told me the manager was gone and he didn't know so he couldn't help me. He walked away. It was as if I had a sign on me that said "Be rude and don't help me." I'm done with Rite Aid.

THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. I’ve had positive experiences at the drive-through before but not today. I sat there for an unacceptable amount of time today. Somebody came 2 min after I rang the bell, then I waited another 10 at least only to be brushed off again. After another 10 min I pushed the call button again and was ignored for 10 min. And so on. All in all despite nobody else being in the drive-through the whole time I was here (until the end when somebody else pulled behind me) and me not seeing many people inside at the counter, I sat waiting for 40 minutes until I was taken care of. Just sat there angrily watching the clock tick knowing I would now hit rush hour solely because what should’ve taken three minutes took over 40. I wish I could’ve bailed but I needed the Covid test and it was too late to find another appointment.

Most of the staff is great. They have one pharmacy tech, Robin, who is rude, disrespectful and has no clue how to do her job. She rolled her eyes at me, spoke down to me, and even ignored me while i was speaking. She answered the phone right in the middle of my sentence without as much as an "excuse me". My wife is on narcotic medications for pain and was told she has 10 days to refill when it was 1 day passed due. It took a major argument to get her to look at the right script and get it situated. If we were able to change pharmacies we most certainly would.

I scheduled an online Covid test for 10 AM arrived in the drive-through hit the buzzer, waited, called. Nothing. I finally had to drag myself inside and talk to someone at the front desk who informed me that there was no pharmacist and that despite my confirmation and my scheduled test there was no one there to provide it to me. There were four employees up at the front register and not one of them had the sense to hang a sign outside to maybe give a heads up to all of the peoples in line waiting for their online scheduled a Covid test. This honestly the worst pharmacy around south jersey! I have been sitting in the drive through for 10 min without anyone helping me. I rubg the buzzer a few times. There is only one worker but no one was in there they had no customers!

I Love this Store!!! Everyone’s so Swell n’ Sweet + they’re always so Willin’ to help Anyone & Everyone Out- Theres this one Gentlemen (names not needed)... He Always Helps Me To My Car & he does All the heavy lifting of Laundry Detergent, Cases of Water/& or Sodas. So SWEET!
