We have been loyal customers since our 1st Dog Bailey in 2011-2023. Now we are blessed to have adopted/rescued Milo! He spent 2 days here for Doggy Day camp (Amazing) then we just booked him for a 7 day stay at the PetHotel. Words cannot even describe how happy & blessed we are for choosing that option! He had a blast, loved his stay, interacted with the other dogs (based on the teammates reports) greatly! We are so thankful they made his stay amazing! His tail wagging 1,000 times when he saw us made us realize we made a GREAT decision! Check it out! Reviews are True!!! 5 stars! I would give 10 stars if possible!!!

I have always liked going to PetSmart no matter where i live. The staff are always nice and accommodating. Even though they didn't have what i wanted, it will take a lot to get under 4 stars. Now, they have a doggie hotel lol. Yep. It's too cute! Be sure to check it out when you're there.

I bought my two guinea pigs here back in August. They are still healthy and happy! I will say, the lady who sold them to me didn’t know much about guinea pigs. She convinced me to buy a wheel for them which I later found out is bad for their backs. Do your own research before you buy from here!Still very happy with my purchase.

12/21/23 - got my dog groomed I'm always so impressed with how great she looks!! They do a wonderful job, thank you!!Got my senior dogs nails groomed today 11/3/23 - they were SO NICE to my little girl and they did a great job. Very fast and professional. Thank you!!

We usually use this groomer and we never have any issues usually. Our dog is a LONG HAIRED GERMAN SHEPARD. The first pic is her usual trim/cut and the second is her after her latest cut. They practically shaved her without asking and we are so upset!

Went to buy doggie treats supposedly buy 3 get one free . Was overcharged for the forth one because,as I was told, I bought a $2 bone and their system takes off the least expensive item. I didn't realize it till I got home. It was like $25 difference. Had to go back and waste time and gas. DO BETTER

We recently got a new puppy and of course took her to pick out all of her goodies! The staff was so helpful and sweet! They loved on our sweet pup and gave some really good advice and information! They offer PetHotel, DayCamp, Vet Services, Grooming, and Training! One Stop Shop for sure! I highly suggest using this PetSmart!We also spoke to the trainer, Carl, he was beyond helpful and we can’t wait to have him help up with training!

Jenna in grooming is great. She’s fantastic with my dog, Myla.Myla used to hate going for hair cuts but now that Jenna cuts her hair she loves going. Jenna treats me and my dog both with kindness and she does an awesome job on her hair cuts every time!

Took my cat to have her first check up..I loved it there such a great group of people who work there. Friendly helpful and I thank them for a great experience. I also took walk around store when done with wellness checkup and bought a few goodies for my dog who just loves them. Made appointment for the rest of shots and wellness checkups...I recommend them highly.. not a long wait, friendly, and great things there for your pet check them out. Thank you PetSmart for making our first visit a great one..

Brought my dogs in to be groomed this morning by Steph. She was AMAZING. She listened to all of my concerns, answered my questions, and was endlessly patient with my very wiggly (and difficult to groom!) dog. Made me feel comfortable and confident that he was in excellent hands. So grateful for Steph! Will definitely be a long-term client.

Extremely disappointed with the response I received after complaining about my dog returning sick after a stay at the Pet Hotel or being groomed on three different occasions. She returned refusing to eat or drink and sever diarrhea for 3-4 days. The first incident lead to a very expensive medical bill because they rushed her to the pet hospital. When I raised the possibility of the kennel not be sanitized appropriately, they insisted it’s cleaned thoroughly. When I stated perhaps there is some sort of bacteria, I was told no. No further assessment, not we will look into it, just not possible. We have been going to this location for four years and since March 2023 we have been having issues. To date five separate families have expressed the same concerns I have with their pets. These concerns need to be investigated further!!!

Used the grooming services here for years. Always have been happy but my last appointment with Kirsten M. Was not good. My dogs cut was very choppy with a lot of areas missed and uneven. Plus additional charges were put on without authorisation.

Ok store to get pet supplies. Sometimes they're out of the wet food my kittens eat but that really can't be helped on occasion. Fun seasonal pet toys too.

We went to store #1627. The store manager is great and always asks us if we need help finding something. We went in PetSmart and found everything that was on our list. When we checked out the cashier was super nice too. It was a fantastic trip.

Ashley W. was our bather & the entire reason our experience was perfection! She was so knowledgeable & explained everything clearly. She is a dog whisperer I’m convinced! She has such a way with dogs, I felt like I was leaving my dog with a family member. My dog had never been to a groomer & I was so scared she’d hate the kennel & blow dryer but Ashley’s touch calmed her down. Kept me informed during the process to assure me. Was done in under the time frame given. Experience was better than expected. In fact, I wouldn’t book another visit unless I could have Ashley be involved, she was absolutely the reason it went so well! I hope PetSmart knows how essential this employee is & give her a raise! ♥️

Horrible service with the Banfield Hospital in the back. I waited ten minutes at the desk and no one came out. I asked a PetSmart employee if there was anyone there, and she had to pull a Bandield employee out from the back to help. From the get-go, the Bandield employee was rude and unprofessional. She said that they were busy in the back, but that she guessed she could help me. I told her I’d never gotten prescription food for my cat before. My partner did it last month, so his name was in the system. I asked if I could be, too, but she said no. He’d have to be there. Despite the fact my name is on the vet Rx and I had my driver’s license on me.Then there’s more. When my partner got the pet food, he got a MedCard and the original Rx from the vet back. I showed her both, and she issued me a new MedCard. She also would not return the original Rx from the vet. When I asked why, she did not explain. Only said she could make a copy. When she came back, I insisted that my partner had gotten the original Rx from the vet back, she would not explain why I couldn’t this time. I was visibly frustrated and angry at this point and all she said was that she legally could not. That did not explain why she was legally prohibited from returning the Rx script to me, but last month my partner was able to get it back.From the start of the transaction, the Banfield employee made it clear she was annoyed she even had to help me, even though I had waited 10 minutes for help. She would not add me to my cat’s account, despite my name being on the Rx. She would also not explain why I could not get the original Rx ( which was good for 10 refills, but the Banfield MedCard only 6???) until I finally got angry with her. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will go to Amazon and just get it online. This place is not worth the hassle.
