We have tractor supply five minutes from our house but I make the trek out to Damingers instead. I'd heard about them for years but didn't understand the hype until the tractor supply chicken feed fiasco a couple years ago. The owner is so so helpful and knowledgeable. I can call ahead and he'll have my bags of feed ready and load them into my car. But to mention the superior quality of the feed.

The employees go above and beyond to help you. They are also super knowledgeable and help with recommendations based off your pet's needs. I am so happy I found Daminger's. We definitely will be coming back!

They have unique products for the garden (birds, etc), the best quality feed for wild birds & pets. They are always nice, too! It's easy to park & their location is away from all the traffic. Highly recommend!

I just had to put my 3 pound. Sixteen year old yorkie to sleep in september.I believe the reason she had such a long life. She never had any health issues until she got old was because her entire life I bought her food at Damangers with all of their advice.Every time you go in there, you can get dependable wisdom of what's best for your pet. 1990’s my first memory of Daminger’s feed store- it smelled interesting, I was kid who wasn’t permitted to wander the aisles, in fact it wasn’t until my mid to late 20s that I actually walked the store and saw beyond the counter. My parents worked hard and were extremely responsible with finances. Needless to say, we never spent cash for candy on routine trips. We were there to grab feed for our farm animals. One day, one of us kids noticed a dusty sparkle under the counter. Curiosity would lead us to find about 25-30 cents. We were excited and asked the store if we could use this to buy a piece of gum for each of us. We were ecstatic and enjoyed our visits to Damingers. Every visit, we’d look under the counter and sure enough there was a bit less than a dollar in scattered coins, enough for each of us to get at least 1 piece of bazooka bubble gum. It took me decades to figure out what Ray and Ken did for us. Thanks gentleman, sincerely. I’ll never forget your kindness

The absolute best place to buy your pet food. Having a large breed is tough to bring into public because people are often afraid due to dog stereotypes. But the staff here are so incredibly welcoming and patient with my Cane Corso. My boy is very timid with men as he’s a rescue. The staff have continued to gain his trust and now he loves going to get his dog food and seeing everyone! They are very patient with him and genuinely some of the kindest people work in that store. Very knowledgeable with their products and you can tell they aren’t just there to make money. It’s quite a drive for me to go there but I will never stop because the service and people are incredible. Absolutely adore this place I would give 20 more stars if it would’ve gave me the option. 10/10!!

Very friendly staff that actually have knowledge about the products that they're selling; (Are you listening PetSmart?) Prices are surprisingly low for the high quality products that they sell. Highly recommend a stop in, especially if you're tired of the big chain stores.

Great service and super friendly staff. Would go anywhere else. They have a large variety of all pet related supplies. They accommodate supplies for household pets and feed related to large animals. Prices are reasonable and you receive a personal touch that you can hardly find nowadays.

I love it here. They have a great variety of high quality foods for your pets. We only shop here as we like supporting our local small businesses. They are always friendly when you walk through the door, they can answer any questions you may have about the products they sell, and they even do the heavy lifting for you and will carry and load your items to your car . We are thrilled they carry Fromm brand for both our cat and dog.

I cannot stress enough about the tremendous amount of knowledge the owners and young men of DAMINGER’S Natural pet foods have. They have on more than one occasion helped me with my dogs and cats I would recommend anyone who is a pet parent to go there with any questions about your pets diet.Once again I stopped in last week and was having major concerns about things going on with my dogs. I left there with what I needed and here we are one week later and everything is back to normalThey are not just a pet store!

Living in Philly for over a decade I have high standards when it comes to pet stores. Never expected to find this gem in the middle of SJ. Maybe I'm spoiled but the big box stores don't cut it. Awesome little place that has been around for long time. The owner takes pride in his place. I used to live right down the road and went there for bird food all the time. Now I am not too far and recommended the place to my neighbor and he loves it.Recently went for some straw for some protection for the base of 15 tomato plants and the price was perfectly fine.
