5 stars for the online ordering and pickup. Being somewhat immobile with a broken leg, my shopping experience has been limited of late, so I tried Acme’s “Pick Up & Go” service, and it was flawless. Very large selection for each of the items I wanted (MUCH better than a competitor’s!). Pickup was on time, and my bags were delivered by a regular employee, who I had gotten to know over my 35 years of shopping at Acme! A nice friendly touch! The space is too short to itemize all the good things, but suffice to say MUCH better than the competition! Well done!

I would like to BASH the store but errors occur at times. I had pre-ordered 5 party trays days in advance. I arrived at Acme an hour or so before a party, there wasn't an order to be found. Once it was located, Wendy, Keri, and Gloria started to assemble the trays. In less than an hour, I was walking out the door. I would also like to thank the store director, Ken, for his kindness in dealing with the situation.

I go here once a week for the fried chicken.It is always fresh, hot and delicious! The price is $8.99 for 8 pieces mixed. But every Monday it's only $6.99!That's a great price!! They also have JoJo fries (I ate most of them before I took the picture!)chicken tenders, chicken wings (hot wings).

Calm and tidy store reflects good leadership and teamwork. Seafood service counter is exceptionally clean and well stocked. I love Acme in general, and this location is my new favorite among others in the Acme chain.

This store has gone down in quality over the last few years. Check the expiration date on EVERYTHING as well as the product itself. Plenty of cheese has been found with mold on it. Just the other day, a guy grabbed batteries and found they were corroded. He found several packs the same way. When he reported, the guy from customer service seemed agitated with the customer. I also support the comments about chicken. It never seems to be any chicken on days other than Monday. And the counter closes early. Prices up way too high and no quality to show for it. I've literally stopped shopping here.

Tried to go in and order a cake tonight, as this wasn’t a cake I could order online. After waiting at the bakery for about 5 minutes I went to the front since no one came out to help. There was no one at the customer service counter, so I found an employee at the front to ask where to go to order a cake. She told me to go to the bakery and I told her no one was back there. She told me someone would be with me to help, so I go back there. Waited for a few more minutes and a gentleman (I’m assuming from a different department) asked me if I needed help. I told him yes, so he made an announcement over the speaker for an associate to come help at the bakery. I stood there for another 10-15 mins waiting for someone and no one ever came. Couldn’t wait any longer, so I just left. I had even called ahead of time to ask about a specific cake and to let them know I’d be coming in to place an order. Just disappointed in the lack of help I received.

I loved going to this store when I was on vacation from China, great deals!I know this relocated to Voorhees in 2006, but if ACME never relocated, this is the perfect spot for it!

Ok I went to acme to get a few things and the chicken counter i waited for 5 minutes and I asked if any one was here to help customers an i was told they were doing a job with chicken in the back. And still no one came to help. They need to be fired. So I left and now I will shop at a store where they wait on customers. I went to pick up medicine and get chicken and a few things. This time the shopping was ok.

I never experienced this before. I bought 3 cans of enfamil. When I got home, one of them is damaged. I went back to get it exchanged, but the staff said there’s nothing they can do. They won’t let me exchange or return.

ACME is the cheapest place to shop in South jersey. There was one place cheaper but it closed. This location is always well stocked and I have never had to wait in a line to check out. Plus, if you like seafood, this is the cheapest place to get the highest quality seafood... Especially shrimp. They have a frozen shrimp cooler where I can Always get large or XL shrimp for about $5-6 per pound. I could not get that when I lived in Florida. I also get my prescriptions filled at ACME. (different location) where after 5 prescriptions I get a 20% off coupon. That brings the prices down closer to where they were before January 2020.

Maureen (and Nicolette) who do pick up orders are the absolute best!You make being a working mom, with no extra time on my hands, easy and a little less stressful...your attention to detail, calling and asking about substitutions and just plain knowing when something is in stock you know we would like....it's the best!I hate relying on someone to food shop for me, but work, kids activities and life in general its tough nowadays...Thank you for always making me feel like I am 100% on top of life, thnak you for the help you give and the pride you take....please know it is sincerely appreciated!!

Was watched and followed around the store while shopping. I showed no signs of behavior that would call for that to be done to me. Is it because the hood of my hoodie was up?!?! Is that a crime now days?!?!

I've lived here my entire life in Washington township and Acme was always there! The staff throughout the years has always been wonderful, helpful and kind, I even had a friend who worked there who would let me come upstairs and eat and be able to look over the whole store throughout those windows, so it always feels familiar and safe. Once that pandemic came, I was going to Acme but I wasn't finding a lot of the things that I used to get, the shelves were empty... And I know that was a direct effect of the pandemic.... But then the price is also went up and I just could not afford to shop there and I'm sad that I now have to go to some place way cheaper, even though the new place is considered expensive today with the inflation rates. Nonetheless, I'm making moves and I'm hoping to one day be able to shop back at Acme! Until then I'll just swing in from time to time to say hi.

I hope the right person reads this because in this day and age good customer service is hard to come by but GREAT customer service is just unheard of. Joey who works the front end assisting with self checkout is amazing! My husband and I came in on Wednesday and He was so patient as self checkout gave us so many problems yet he never once got frustrated infact he assured us it was not our fault and proceeded to help us. I mean I must've called for him a dozen times but each time he came over each just as sweet an calm. Ive worked grocery retail I know its not easy not to mention the store was a bit busy and he still held it down. I was so impressed with his work style I had to come exspress it publicly. Please honor this young man for the hardworking individual that he is. This was my 1st time at this location and I absolutely would return just based on my experience with him.

My fellow peers and I walked into acme and were asked to leave our backpacks by the front door and we happily agreed. We continued shopping in the candy and school section. As we were shopping, one of the many workers were watching our every move practically stalking us. We were looking at crossword puzzles when a worker asked if we were done shopping. I politely said no, not quite and he rudely said “No I think you are.” This is no way to treat a paying customer and I am truly appalled to have been treated this way. I will not be returning and I will take my money elsewhere.

This is a nice store. Always clean. Friendly staff. Including the pharmacy. I've been a customer for 11years. Although the grocery store is a bit more expensive, you can ALWAYS find awesome meat prices. Bakery always has fresh breads too. Always great sales..

Today was a gd day at acme in Washington township. I got everything I needed on my list. The meats are pricey but they're pricey EVERYWHERE!!!! Its a huge store so I have to make sure I'm up for the 2 hrs I usually spend there. Even had some other friendly shoppers to chat with today. The store is very clean and well stocked. Food shopping is my outings these days lol. This acme is well worth the trip. Chk your ads and seniors get 5% discount on Tuesdays. Happy shopping😁

I have always had a great experience with this store. They are rarely out of stock and provide a various array of products. They never disappoint and the store is big enough so you're not tripping over others while shopping.

Store was clean and orderly. Prices are what one would expect from an Acme Market. Their 10 for 10 is a great value and their meats have always been one of the best. Restrooms are also clean. The bakery had many splendid surprises. And there is a florist/gift area for one stop shopping. I'd rather shop here than the overcrowded ShopRite! Still clean and a pleasant place to shop. Pharmacy was extremely accommodating and helpful.

Yesterday was the 1st time I shopped online for my groceries at Acme and I was quite happy at how easy it was (compared to another place) to shop. The Sales Ads are nicely displayed with links to available coupons also. My order was ready in no time and Maureen (? that was the name on my personal shopper card and I assume it was her who delivered it to my car) was extremely pleasant. I will certainly shop online with Acme again now that I can find the coupons easier when logged into my laptop vs. the Mobile App. I especially love how it displays my previous purchases to make shopping easier!!!!!

Don't care for this store , there was an advertisement about a certain flavor chicken in the Deli, and when my sister and I got there , deli didn't have a clue about the advertisement, so I don't get it. Is this a normal thing 🤔 clueless they charge incognito without you scanning , so watch what you are buying closely.

Wish they had more weekly specials but this is a great store with very friendly employees. Excellent meats and chicken. Huge deli department. Very convenient. Their seasonal aisle is always a draw thanks to the variety and quality of the merchandise, all times of the year.

Not many people go to this particular store. When other supermarkets are jammed this one is usually quiet. I kind of like it. That being said I only go here for one thing and one thing only... the meats. The sales on the meats are spectacular. For anything else this place is way too expensive compared to some of the other local supermarkets and I would never shop here on a regular basis. But again if you want meats such as chickens steaks ribs etc it's a great place as the sales are really good.

I've never been in a store with so many excellent selections and options. Being from Florida, this grocery is a total delight. I did get turned around looking for specific items however the staff was very cordial and helpful. One gentleman gave me bad information on where an item was but he found me and walked me directly to what I was looking for.Kudos to ACME Markets for their vast selections and very helpful staff 👏🏽 👍 🤙
