The pharmacy staff has a serious attitude problem..Very unprofessional. Always out of stock prescriptions time & time again ..They like to blame the manufacturer for the failure of having LIFE SAVING medicine on hand ..This store needs a whole new makeover ..

Twice I have used the self-checkout here and both times my card information was stolen and used in another state the SAME DAY. I told an employee the first time but it seems nobody cares. Don't come here unless you want to spend time with your bank disputing charges from theft!

I was visiting Jersey last week, and my monthly prescription was due for refill. My medication happens to be a controlled substance for chronic pain due to spinal injury. I had called a few days prior to make sure they had the medication in stock which they stated they did, then proceeded to say I had to wait one extra day because they put the wrong pick up date in the system. I arrived on the morning I was due to pick up and the woman at the counter was SO rude. I don't have anything for you she says..then she goes oh the tramadol, we sent a request for your doctor and they haven't responded and walked away. The way people with chronic pain, and the stigma behind having to take narcotics to kill the pain is crazy. They treated me like I was some sort of junkie. I don't want to be on these medications, but unfortunately I need to be to get through life without being in excruciating pain all the time. CVS needs to do sensitivity training or something because that is unacceptable. I have been in healthcare over 15 years, and would never discriminate against anyone for anything, and that is what happened here. It's disgusting, and they should really take a look at who was working on 8/10/2023 in the morning.

Very upset and disgusted with the pharmacist there. Didn’t have my glasses so I specifically asked her if a certain medicine was okay for a 3 year old to take and she said yes - it’s fine. Well do your homework again as when it was looked up it says NOT for children under 12. So I guess she couldn’t be bothered into really looking at the product and didn’t care that I was going to give it to a toddler. Check yourself everyone and don’t ask the pharmacist as she will yes everyone just to not be busy

Juliana in the pharmacy was so helpful and patient and kind! She helped my mother and I when we got down for vacation and my mom realized she left her meds home. She helped us figure how to contact her Doc and what to ask for! Thank you again Julianna, you helped make our vaca!!

I come to this place fairly frequently. The location is very convenient and I've seen solid service there. However, they absolutely need to make a point to upgrade the washrooms, which have not been properly cleaned or otherwise maintained. I would expect CVS as a whole to make more of a priority about this.

I was able to make an appointment for a covid vaccination on line because it would not give me a verification code. I called the store and they told me that was not unusual but I could come into the store at a specified time. I went to the store when they told me and once I was there they told me they could not do it because I didn’t make an appointment on line. I explained that that was not possible due to their system and I had spoken to someone and was told to just come in. They denied speaking to me even though I showed the call on my cell phone. The pharmacy manager was extremely rude!!!! She got very nasty even though it was their mistake. I hope I never have to deal with that pharmacy again!!!!! Extremely unprofessional!!!!

Saw Benjamin in the pharmacy for my Covid vaccine a flu shot. He had a very pleasant demeanor and made the experience light and easy . The pharmacy was also very accommodating with changing my apportionment day of. Would definitely recommend for a virtually painless experience!

rude pharmacy staff, only CVS that takes a lunch break and shuts down the whole pharmacy.... are you kidding..... also VERY rude on the phone and not willing to help with delivery services.Assuming that other people who have left reviews and are complaining about the same person, she's the "Supervisor" and is terrible at her job. Should not be working in this field if that's how nasty you are.Switching my pharmacy, that's for sure.

If you like a rude pharmacy staff, then definitely shop here. My son’s meditation was running out and I was told that they would transfer the script from another pharmacy and fill it. The pharmacist then asked if I was going to pay for it. Not sure why she thought to ask that. Not a nice demeanor.

The lady at the pharmacy is extremely rude.Went to pick up a medication that I had transferred to this pharmacy and she kept telling us we couldn’t wait at the drive thru for it to be filled (obviously, we didn’t plan on it). However, as she’s telling us this she is still asking us questions, which we are answering and then she shouts how we can’t be sitting in the line (meanwhile there was not one car behind us).Strange and extremely unprofessional and disgustingly rude. Would not recommend whatsoever.

My children would like to thank the manager of CVS because on April 2nd 2022, my kids were short .98 cents for a wiffle ball set.The manager literally went to his car and gave my children .98 cents to purchase the wiffle ball set. Thank you Mr. Manager whose name I dont know- there are still kind people in this world.

this isnt my normal cvs but i will make an effort to stop here more. the staff was so wonderful & welcoming (especially the woman who helped me checkout, there’s just something about older women calling me sweetheart that makes me smile), i honestly considered applying for a position because they were all just so kind. kudos to the hiring staff!

Very disappointed with the Pharmacy staff. We are on vacation and my wife had to go to Urgent Care for a side effect to her chemo treatment. They called a prescription in to Seaside Heights CVS. About 10 minutes later we get a text saying the prescription is filled. We head right over and my wife arrives as they are locking up. She mentions she just got the notice of the prescription being filled and needs it for pain management and to fight an infection. Through the doors they tell her they are closed and go to a 24 hour CVS...they yell out the address once and leave. Very unprofessional especially in the medical field.

This CVS in Seaside Heights is great. Had a flu shot there today & everyone in the store was very nice from the pharmacy to the cashier up front to the nurse that gave me my flu shot. Very good experience.

Extremely rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff. Appt was at 3:50pm, got in line prior to 4pm when testing nurse leaves, explained how their website text us the wrong address having already driven an hour there and was still refused testing even though we got there before 4 and there was a truck in line before us. Not acceptable. Will never return and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Had a very rude cashier on 10/10/20. I was buying a Halloween sweater for my dog and the cashier said that "you know he hates it right" I replied "he actually doesn't mind it" he replied "you just use language barrier to ignore your dogs true feelings and justify your choices" I responded "ha maybe" he said "it's okay, he's just gonna piss on your floor tonight anyway". Rudest cashier I had. Aside from the incompetence of the despondent pharmacy staff, the rude cashier was the cherry on top. Just go to rite aid in lavallete y'all.

Excellent place to save money when staying at seaside heights beach over night or for a few days stay at the local hotels. The boardwalk food is terrible so having CVS there as an option helps big time!

The overnight staff could of been a little more helpful. I'm here visitng the beach and I needed some things to grab.. But first there was no staff around and then when they did come around I tried to ask for some help but they were quiet.Good prices.. Service needs improvements.

I am usually treated courteous by staff members. They're Always helpful in finding an item. Sales are good too with rewards card key tag. Rewards help!

How do you not carry a simple ace bandage????? Oh buy the disposable garbage for way more. We only carry 1 time use tape at high prices to gouge you that is why. Cheap lousy company
