7-Eleven in Seaside Heights is trash. The employees are trash. No clue what they’re doing no matter what you get. The food is stale bad drinks outdated no help ever you should be ashamed. To hire such a losers!! The disrespect that I got because the employees spilt my coffee, then had the nerve to hand me a roll of paper towels to clean it up and then when I went to get another coffee refused to ring me up I cannot believe the people you hire there

I was screamed at over some French vanilla creamer the sample size thats normally free since he never puts out the larger one I go every day with my son and that guy had the opportunity to be humble and nice and he said he was the owner wish to meet the owner one day

Sign said farmers grove juice 2/3.75 must buy 2 good til Oct 31. I was charged 4.98 when I questioned it they said I had to pay it they couldn’t correct. I never heard of any store making you pay more than advertised offer. They said they can’t do anything pay what it’s scanning or return it. Very rude employees that overcharge and get away with it

The wings said 5 dollars, come up as 8 scanning. The icee will taste like soap. No cups so I had to use a coffee one and told the guy but still charged me 3 bucks. When on the sign at the sodas says 1.59 for medium. Moldy, prices labeled on hardly anything. Will not be coming here again. Please add a Wawa here

One of the best 7-eleven’s I’ve ever been to. The staff members are so amazing. They were very nice to me and my 3 kids. Debbie was a very wonderful employee and she was so joyful. I will be looking for her and her wonderful spirit when I come back. I definitely recommend this 7-eleven. I will be back every day to get a coffee.

Overnight woman name Debbie is the worst employee I've ever dealt with. I work at 711 and this is not how you handle customer service I bought over 50$ worth of glass drinks plus others. .she refused to double bag my items ...my bag broke which broke one of my glass .coffee drinks and she refused to replace my drink ...cursed at me andS.aid she would call the cops..worse 711 and if I was you I wouldn't spend not even a penny there this was from night shift girl working on 7/23/21 at 102 am.

Horrible workers horrible service horrible stale donuts price gauging is an everyday occurance prices dont match shelf price tags coffee station dirty store itself dirty they take advantage because there is no other close. Go to Seaside Pk on Central to 7-11 there friendly customers clean always fresh coffee ect. Always stocked .. Seaside Hts Boulevard store closes at any given time for a few hours at a time 2 / 4 am sporadically without notice .. Corp doesnt care owner doesnt care workers dont care ..

Came here 4 or 5 times during my families vacation. Each morning for coffee nothing was stocked up. The woman working was clearly being overworked and her attitude showed. It was very clear she did not want to be there. The gentleman who rung up my order did not even give me a bag for my items, I had to ask for one. And even after asking, I had to bag it myself and oh the attitude for asking. If you don't like people, don't work in costumer service.

Here for vacation and bought a pair of headphones here. They did not work and when I went back I was told to come back next day for owner. The next day the worker said the owner will not give me a refund or store credit. Don’t worry though because I called corporate. I just wanted another pair. I had to go elsewhere and I do not want to eat the cost of $15 headphones that don’t work brand new.

There's this Lady that's fairly new there and is always looking to argue with customers & try to impose rules of her own,like you have to put 90% coffee & only 10% cream in addition if your in rush or especially cause COVID When purchase Hot Dogs or Sandwich you can not take package of Ketchup,Mustard, Mayonnaise or NOTHING.. I never heard of this and if so there's Surely NO SIGN for either thing she stated.. I been going there for 4yrs and never had a problem. This lady with short hair/heavy accent (sorry will get name) is way over the Top and looks for ways to entertain herself.. She has no understanding nor she should not hold a customer service job!!! She curses at ppl and always threatens to call cops cause their station is across the street.. She is very rude and looking thru complaints,I'm not the 1st or last.. I know the owner and Her standard are better than this.. All the workers are Kool ,but she has to go and try different profession..

The store was absolutely filthy. The whole back of the store was covered in fruit flies and bugs. The guy at the counter put his hand in the cup for drinks in complete disregard for food and safety standards.

The worst 711 I have ever been to in my 29 years of living . The staff is absolutely slow and doesn’t care about customers . EVERY SINGLE TIME IM IN THIS BUISSNESS THERE IS A LINE OF 6 people or more while your staff is not behind the counter ever. They all curse and talk like there from the projects . Whoever the owner of this establishment is needs to fire every one of there staff members and start fresh . Good luck

The lady behind the counter, completely rude and unprofessional. I came in to buy a pack of cigarettes, she had attitude and couldn’t believe I wanted to pay in quarters, I understand it’s not fun counting out 9$ in quarters but i was the only one in the store and she asks why don’t I go to the bank before I came to the store, I let her know I was sorry for the inconvenience and that I didn’t have a bank I could take my change to. I let her know I was sorry that quarters were all I had and she refused service to me because I had quarters, I used to go in there all the time she always has some kind of attitude towards someone. They will not be getting my money again, not until they get someone who’s happy to do there job behind that counter

Store was dirty. Employees were slow and didn't seem to happy to be employed. 3 people behind the counter and only one till operating. All the fountain drink machines and slurpee machines were out of order. Won't be going back.

Pulled into parking spot and the lights went out then the guy locked the door. It was only 5:30pm. Whenever this clerk is there there is always a issue. Lottery machine with this clerk always broken. This place you should not use stay away.

Tiny. Oddly set up - with the registered islanded at the middle and afront the entrance. Only one staff. Mystery yellow slushie, because staff doesn't, even, know. Slushie and coffee stations are split, so, if you need to wash your hands, you're gonna have to go to an opposing corner. No napkins, but there's a roll of paper towel at the register. Seems to have frequent-enough customers. Wasn't packed or empty... 2-3 customers, at most (when i went, that one time, anyway).

One of the best experiences of my life all the people who work here are amazing you can tell they really take pride and love there job...I asked for a bag and they even put my items in it for me I have never seen that before in my 16 years of traveling the globe they should really get paid more then they do there doing gods work

Listen we all know if we are stopping here it's for the convenience of it, not looking for anything gourmet. But Freshness, well that should not be an option, it is always a requirement. Sent my husband in for Half and Half, it was curdled, almost to the point of being cottage cheese, but almost. When he went to exchange it the Owner gave him a swift no bc that's normal. PSA: Curdled Half and Half is not normal. If someone in your life has told you it is, or forced you to drink curdled half and half you don't have to and you shouldn't. Please everyone stick to the air filled bags of Doritos at this establishment.
