Extremely friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Jordan and his manager Halee treated everyone like they knew them for years. They were genuinely interested in knowing about our day of fishing and also offered to take our pictures. They definitely added to our vacation and my first time fishing experience. I would recommend this place to anyone. We are going to make our trip an annual event which is going to include renting a boat from Two Chum.

I will never rent from Two Chums ever again. First off they have a cheaper price online and then when you rent the boat over the phone it's a higher price & they blame that on new ownership, they say they have no control over what's on their own website. Secondly they will send you out in low tide to get stuck on a Pontoon boat that is literally falling apart on a rainy day, & not even warn you of the dangers that will come. Screws were falling out of the ladder, the entire dash on the Pontoon didn't work except for the Garmin. They say they put these boats in for service, I highly doubt it. They treat Military Veterans like your some low class citizen. They will not reimburse you even if they are at fault. They have no customer service skills. They just care about the mighty dollar and not the family that could be in danger. I highly recommend to stay away from this heartless business.

This was our first time renting a boat from Two Chums, or fishing this particular area of the back bays. I must say, my expectations were exceeded. The condition of the rental skiffs were more than satisfactory and the tackle shop had a few things I didn't bring with, and per the recommendation of the shop we were able to catch 10 respectably sized fish on our trip, we threw them back this time but it was more about the early season experience than anything. The rental rates were fair and the staff was excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone, experienced or first timer. They will be able to get you setup and out on the water for a fair price and the customer service is worth it.

Nice people but should not have recommended the pontoon boat at low tide. We got stuck 4 times and had to get out and push. Crabbing was pretty good, not the fishing. Sinkers too heavy, got hung up on seaweed. Next time I'll bring my own tackle.

We have used two chums quite a few times for boat rentals and we have always had a very pleasant experience. That staff is beyond friendly and very knowledgeable. The rentals are very affordable and we always have a great time on their boats!

We rented a pontoon boat for half day & had an absolutely wonderful experience!! The staff were friendly, caring and took care of all the fine details! I highly recommend this business from the moment you walk in & are greeted by Waffles the white pug!
