Out and about in Sea Isle City this morning, picked up some real donuts this morning! As someone who once worked in an independent bakery, as a teenager, I can tell you what is passed off as a doughnut in Dunkin, or the local chain of Duck Donuts is a pre-concocted mix and full of artificial flavors and sweeteners. I don’t eat donuts much, because even real donuts have no nutritional value, but as a child our beach days started before sunrise, and breakfast was donuts on the beach. It’s nostalgic for me and a craving on beach vacations… so I am always thrilled to find real donuts in a beach town!

Hot fresh doughnuts are always the best and these are no different. Love all the flavors available, lover the blueberry hill and nutella churro. Got the Prunewich as well, which was like getting all your favorite breakfast flavors in every bite. Gonna be must stop when I come back.

We had a dozen donuts from here for breakfast yesterday. I called ahead and placed our order. When we arrived around 10 minutes later to pick them, the warm donuts were ready to go. This was our first visit to a Fractured Prune and the donuts were different and delicious. These donuts are much more filling and heavier than typical donuts. None of us could eat more than 2 for breakfast and we are big eaters. We would eat here again.

Yum! We ordered online the night before and picked them up early morning shortly after opening. Online ordering was a breeze and pick up couldn’t have been easier! Our donuts were fresh, hot and delicious!

I'm so glad I randomly stopped in there today! As I ordered they mentioned its their last day! I would've been so sad to have missed out on this! So happy I could experience their donuts! Their funnel cake donut and pumpkin spice donuts were out of this world! See you in the Spring! 😋🍩

We just came to the Fractured Prune for the first time and have such regret for not coming here sooner!! O my gosh what an amazing experience. Not only were our made to order donuts the best we’ve ever had, the staff was so incredibly friendly!! Wow!! Our dog also enjoyed the pup donut treats! Do not hesitate, stop by the Fractured Prune with the fam. There are a couple outdoor sidewalk spots right in the sun. It’s also worth mentioning the story behind the name is so thoughtful and heart-warming. We will be back as much as possible : )

Delicious and fresh donuts made to order! The service is quick and kind, and the donuts taste amazing. Not the cheapest breakfast, but I love trying new varieties—haven’t tried a bad one yet!

I am a bit confused re the ratings. A cake doughnut with blue food coloring and powdered sugar on top in my estimation is not a blueberry doughnut. No blueberries in sight. Not bad just not anything special. Coffee is ok. Again, nothing special. Over roasted beans. Just giving my honest opinion. Folks were really nice there and clean surroundings. Maybe we just ordered the wrong thing.

July 2021I tried the Ocean City Sand donut, which is glazed with cinnamon sugar and it was fresh, hot, and delicious. The iced coffee was decent, too. Great, friendly service.

This is the best place to go if you want a genuinely enjoyable donut. They have a wide selection of donuts and coffee. I’d prefer this over any other donut on this island.

We really like this place. The staff was friendly and the donuts are freshly made to order with the topping of your choice. I got the Boston Creme and tiramisu flavored donut. We will be going back next time we are in Sea Isle.

I’ve had YumYum Donuts, Federal Donuts, Voodoo Donuts in Portland, Daily Dozen in Pike Place, and countless others. These are the best donuts I’ve had in my life. The breakfast sandwiches are great too, as were the beverages, and all of the prices are fair. We will be back every day until our vacation ends.

Recently stayed in Sea Isle and ended up ordering here 4 days in a row! LOVED being able to order ahead for pick up and my order was all ready every time I went. All of the doughnuts were fantastic, the breakfast sandwiches tasty, and loved the combo of the iced coffee flavors.

Pretty good service, order gets fulfilled quick. They also serve breakfast sandwiches. For donuts, you can order a single, half dozen, or dozen. Surprisingly, they look very close to how they look in the photos on the menu, it's amazing. Food tastes great too, you could get breakfast then a few donuts for desert later if you are in the area. The coffee is good too, for a coffee person like me.

Extremely friendly staff, helped right away but also did not feel rushed ordering through an unknown menu. The cold brew was fantastic. The Pr egf&chz on a bagel was awesome and hot and the bagel was that perfect boiled bubbly perfection you only get in New York, light and chewy but crisp on the outside. The prune breakfast sandwich is on TWO donuts and it is absolutely huge and also phenomenal.Now the doughnuts. They’re light yet doughy and filling the outside doesn’t get mushy and they are fried hot to order. All the toppings are done afterwards which means any and all flavor combos are available, which I love. No looking at a menu online only to find the special flavor donut you’re looking for isn’t being made that day. I definitely recommend chocolate covered cherry but they’re ALL amazing.Absolutely wonderful addition to sea isle and I really hope they stay!

Best Donuts in the world - the staff are super helpful , friendly and all around creative . I order a half of dozen donuts and when I open the box it look like I just open a box of heaven . Best donuts ever .
