If I could give it 0 stars I would. Took the day off from work because I had an appointment for my two dogs at 1215pm. I get a call around 11am that they have to push it back to 1230pm. Then I get a text saying it's now 1pm. I explained that was going to interfere with my schedule having a doctor's appointment at 1pm, but I would still try to make it work. I got another snooty unprofessional text saying that's not good enough so we're just canceling your appointment. Thank God I didn't waste my money here.

Alexis is a very talented and skilled groomer. We have a difficult puppy but she manages to always make him look beautiful, smell great and does so in a timely manner. I really like that she never cages the dogs there. I used to go to groomers that would have my dog there all day and that is really hard for him, it’s nice to drop him off and have him basically done under two hours. Thank you so much for treating our baby with love and care ❤️❤️❤️

My daisy girl was very happy after her full groom today and so was I. Spirit animal does not cage your baby during the visit. They even gave me a call 20 minutes before she was ready to be picked up. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much spirit animal! ❤️

I have a 10 year old spaniel mix who is super friendly but always had issues getting groomed. He doesn’t like to be touched in certain places some for medical reasons but as he gets older he tolerates less. I had taken him to get groomed at a big box pet store who Shall remain nameless be state they were awful, he bit the groomer and they threw him in a cage for 4 hours without calling me. I can almost guarantee this would NEVER happen at spirit animals! They are so different, Brenda did a great job he went in excited to see her and came out the same way. First time in almost 10 years!They are so different here, they care! Also they have great prices, I would have paid 2-3 times more willingly just because of how amazing they are! They care and I can trust he’s in good hands here and that means more to me than anything else.Thank you Brenda for taking such amazing care of our baby and thank you Nick for figuring out how to get us in so quick. Leo will be back to visit way more regularly than he’s ever been!

I would highly recommend Spirit Animals as I just had my 2 Australian Labradoodles groomed and they look amazing. The owner, Alexis, was super friendly and put this helicopter dog mom's mind at ease the moment I met her. She is easy to talk to and I felt extremely comfortable telling her about each of my dogs. My older one (10 years) is a big baby and she treated him so gently. My 15 month old puppy was allowed to stay and watch his brother get groomed. I like how she spaces the appointments so that there isn't too much going on at one time.

Had my 65LB Golden Doodle groomed here. It was full service groom. It took 2 hours. $191.00 plus $20.00 tip.I said ok and accepted the price. What a dummy I was. The second time I went in it was 2hrs and price was $256. $20.00 tip. I won't be back. I learned my lesson.

Everyone is friendly and professional. They ask all the right questions and groom with love and precision. The owner is very kind and does her best to accommodate everyones wants and needs for their pets. I for 1 treat my pets like family and I love that the owner and groomers treat every pet like they are a part of their family. They do great work thank you spirit animals I highly recommend ❤

I took my cat here for a bath and nail trim and am super impressed with the entire experience! It was easy to make an appointment, the groomers I met were friendly and professional, and my kitty came home smelling fabulous! I will definitely be coming back.

Our toy poodle has been getting her grooming for almost 2 years with Alexis. She does a phenomenal job! Our poodle always comes out looking adorable and perfectly groomed. The boutique has cute handmade dog items including handknitted dog sweaters. I strongly recommend this dog groomer.

This place is fantastic! The owners were great very nice. I have a very anxious big dog so I'm always trying out new places. I tried out their animal reiki and I swear it's like I brought home a whole different dog! I definitely recommend it. Also i dont know what magician they have trimming nails because noones ever had any luck cutting my dogs nails but they got the job done! And not only that they gave my dog a manicure! And they gave her treats that she took from them, like I said she's very anxious and never takes treats from strangers. I'll definitely be back again, already scheduled her next appointment.

I guess my first experience with the new owners happen to fall into the “getting the kinks out” of them getting the business going.When the employee came to get my dog she asked, “Are we doing the usual” . You would think if someone asks you that they must have kept the records from the previous owner. I replied yes, cut everything off up to 1/4 an inch. Basic cut. Well, the groomer did the opposite. Just cut off 1/4 of an inch. When I came to get my dog the bill was $85. A bit pricey from previous owner. My dog is small, 15 lbs.When I expressed they did not cut the hair short enough the owners looked at each other like they didn’t know what to do. There was some attempt to try and resolve but the way it was handled was strange.Bottom line, it’s ok to make mistakes, it’s the way you handle and try to resolve them that matters. Good Customer service counts.Never had a problem in the 14 years my dog has been getting groomed . Switched to Brielle Dog groomers about a year ago when COVID caused my previous groomer to close down.

Alexis and Nick are wonderful people! My girlfriend have two Bernies Bernese mountain dogs big dogs ton of hair. Alexis and Nick handle them with no problem. Our dogs are our children and we trust their lives with Alexis and Nick. Can’t say enough about them!!!

Yet another wonderful experience at spirit animal, my dog is a 115 lbs black Lab/Pit mix with dark black nails & he doesn't let ANYONE cut his nails, it use to take me, my husband, & 4 vet techs to hold him down to cut them at the vet because no one else would until we gave the owner, Alexis, a shot & now it doesn't take more than 5 mins to have him clipped & out the door happy as can be, without the traumatic experience of having to be held down by a bunch of people, she is very gentle & calming & makes sure my dog has a good experience each time, thanks again Alexis at Spirit Animals Dog Grooming! 🐕
