I'm giving five stars on the fact that it's an independent pet shop. Bill, the owner is a great guy. This combination is almost gone in this country. The store is small, but it has the old school charm.

I get my fish supplies here , they are local . Not a big chain. I try to support independent businesses. They are fish knowledgeable, always friendly and answer my millions of questions. I like to learn more about aquariums and sea creatures in general. These guys do just that. I dont feel like I'm talking to a local clueless teenager working in a pet store chain who will sell you just about anything. I've been there, done that and lost lots of fish. This particular visit was to help my older betta overcome an infection. They knew exactly what to use. Their plant supply of anacaris is pretty good too. My fish all nibble on it and babieshide in it. And I couldn't resist this pair of show guppies .....

We bought a beautiful black lab from all about puppies took her home and noticed she wasn’t acting right so we took her to the vet and she tested positive for parvo. She passed away 2 days later. Do not buy dogs from these people. Go to an actual breeder and get a dog. You’ll be paying a lot less and they don’t have the health problems.

The saddest pet shop I’ve visited. Multiple rodents and birds for sale that look sickly. It was actually depressing. Not to mention the creepy vibe from the owner. Something’s not right here

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Walked in and wanted to walk out asap. 3 guinea pigs, 2 female and 1 male plus a rabbit all in the same cage. Guy there, maybe the owner idk says "I think one of them is pregnent but idk which one." There was no hay, no food, no toys, no hiding areas, no kibble or veggies, the water bottle was leaking. Lastly, all of these beautiful animals were locked up together in the smallest cage you can imagine. One that you find at petsmart labled as a "starter cage." As someone who has guinea pigs like myself, these piggies and rabbit werent happy, healthly nor comfortable whatsoever.If I had the room, I would've took them all just to save them from the messy living conditions that they are all currently living in...So many issues with this. Dissapointing. :(

I trusted them with my beloved rabbit, Blue, several times and they took great care of him, and for super reasonable rates. I recently moved an hour away otherwise, I'd be a customer for life. One of my favorite local shops. Small but crammed with things. The workers are attentive and knowledgable. The prices are a little higher than the big box stores, but I don't mind paying a little extra to help out the little guy.Bill, the owner, can get you whatever you need and has been in the business longer than I've been alive.Their freshwater fish selection is pretty awesome, but they also have a limited small reptile, mammal and bird section as well.If you're looking for something, the place is worth stopping by just to check it out.

My favorite local pet store, Bill and Bryan are probably some of the most knowledgable guys in the business. Every time I walk in that store I learn something new.I love supporting the local guy, especially when I can still get what I need at a reasonable and fair price. I can say without a doubt, the best freshwater fish place in the county. Definitely walk in here and check this place out. You wont be disappointed.

This NON-CHAIN privately owned pet store houses an amazing array of livestock and equipment for a wide variety of pets including fish, reptiles, birds, and mammals. I have always been supplied with excellent advice over the years even if it meant not making a sale. Another advantage of this great store is that if what you want is unusual enough to not be in stock, it can be ordered. I highly recommend this shop for all your aquarium and pet needs. PS They also clean tanks off-site if you really want to be spoiled!

The owner and everyone who works there is great! They try their best to help you and they are extremely knowledgeable. They love the animals and the customers there. I have been going there for four years now and I can't say enough about how great they are. I bought a cockateil from there and he is friendly, smart, and really well behaved. I have four fish tanks from there with at least 60 fish and I gets compliments on them all of the time. Bill will help you with anything.

They are by far the best pet store I have found in the Brick/Manasquan/Point Pleasant area, and I have been searching for one for a little while now. I'm looking for a healthy young bearded dragon, and most of the stores I went to had a very small selection which weren't very active. The bearded dragon's at All About Pets are so active and healthy, and not to mention really tame. Bill could not have been more helpful, and even gave me a great deal on a used 40 gallon tank. That alone saved me around $100, but I will be sure to come back for life. The staff is very knowledgeable, and they really seem to care about there animals. I can't wait to go back to pick up my Bearded Dragon!

This is the place where you feel like stopping by just to say hello even if you don't need to buy a thing!! Highly recommend. Best quality tropical fish stock in the area.

This pet store is great!You can buy fish, lizzards, rabbits, and other pets anywhere, however its the owner (Bill) and his knowledge of pets that makes this store great. He has suggested turtle and lizzard alternative food , and probably save our lepord gecko's life when she wouldn't eatWhen my filters were not keeping our 50 gallon turtle tank he dismantled both units and cleaned them for me (at no charge) Who does that?If you want someone who cares, Go Visit Bill. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED.

All About Pets is wonderful. They helped me and my Family find two adorable bunnies recently for our Daughters. They were knowledgeable and helped us learn as much as we could before we got them. Bryan, Bill and Dean are all great and truly care about the well being of their pets. Thank you for bringing us Pancake and Waffles (not my choice in names, lol). Absolutely amazing! Went here for one shrimp that is hard to find, but left with an entirely new aquarium set-up for my mom, and the most amazing delta-tail Betta. The young gentleman there helped us for over an hour, was patient, and super knowledgeable - WAAAY more than any big chain store I've been to. The shop doesn't look like much from the outside, but the breeds of fish he carried really stunned me, as I've rarely seen them in a store instead of online! If you need driftwood or spiderwood, he had a great selection - it took me ages to track down a nano-piece of spiderwood online, and I wish I'd known about this shop before, because his selection was huge, and his prices were spectacular! I found a panda molly I wanted to go home with for myself, but when I noticed a little fin rot and ick on two of the other fish in the tank, he instantly treated them and refused to see me the molly, since he might've been infected as well. To me, that's responsible and honest salesmanship right there. Really, really was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had at an aquarium store. I will ABSOLUTELY be going back. You guys have made a life customer out of me!! Can't wait to see when you get your bamboo shrimp back in!! :-)

This place is terrible. Rabbits and guinea pigs cannot be kept together. Especially with no hay. They are in tiny wire bottom cages. Bird cages are way to tiny, as well as your hamsters wheels and tanks. Would not recommend. Never going back.

I have been going to this pet store for the majority of my life. Not because it is a good pet shop but because it was close. Recently i descended upon the store to see how much a larger fish tank would cost. The first day the day point at the on sale sticker on the tank and says its $49.95. So i left that day with intentions to buy this tank. Then to my suprise when i return to collect this fish tank they says the sticker on it says $99.99 instead. This employee said this literally right next to the one that said itd be $50. I told them i no longer wished to purchase the tank. Then as im walking out I hear the guy who told me 49.99 that the price was lower than 99.99. Like seriously?

The people who work here are so nice! I came in for some new guppies and the guy gave me the fattest females iv ever seen from a new shipment. He even let me have a few of the itty bitty babies for free. I always go to 88 for fish, but now i’m coming here!

This is a very nice and convenient store and great pet supplies. It has a great selection of pets. However, the only hamster they have are Chinese Dawrf Hansters. I don’t think that this is bad but I wish there were more types of Hamsters such as Syrian and Robo but other than that, I believe that this is a great pet store and is far better than crappy stores like Petsmart or Petco

We had a nice conversation with a gentlman over the phone and went their to purchase a bearded dragon. The gentlemen was nice to talk to and pleasant. However, what we found was not. We saw one bearded dragon with a black toe and was told its broken and will most likely fall off, but its ok. Sorry I dont want to buy a bearded dragon with a toe thats gonna fall off. Another one had the same issue. We looked at a third and he said there was a bigger bearded dragon that bite its tail. From all the research and discussions with breeders, this is not good. A black toe could also be a sign of disease which can lead to death. I mean simply offering us to sell one with a "toe that will fall off but it will be ok". Its like buying a new car saying one of the tires is going to go flat but its a good car. No thanks. Very disappointed as he was a nice guy to speak with. Going to go straight to a breeder . Only reason i even gave this place 2 stars because the gentleman we spoke with was intelligent and patient, but cant go any hire because of the quality of the dragon.
