Excellent customer relations. I do all online orders. Shipments are quick and accurate. Always come with handwritten thank you on receipt and business card of person who sends it. Also, packing is perfect. Very happy with this store.

I've been shopping here for years. The owner/manager(?) is very friendly and helpful. The black oil seed is much better than some I've gotten elsewhere. There is very little chaff in it. I especially like their Finch food. I never got goldfinches till I used it. The No Mess Blend is also excellent, although expensive.

Nice store - friendly service and good location on US 22 in Scotch Plains. Wide selection 9f feeders and seeds. Not cheap (cheep?) But their feeders are good and last a long time. Go for their "Daily Savings Club" for $25 a year and get 15% off bird food and other deals. It will pay for itself if you regularly support a feeder or two.

This store is nothing short of spectacular. My mother in law bought us a bird house for Christmas last year. We thought it would be fun to put it out back and add some feeders just for fun. Little did I know that my wife and I would be hooked on everything birdwatching. Wild Birds Unlimited in Scott Plains has been an asset to our new favorite past time. I ordered the APS feeder system Sunday morning and want it shipped to the house. I thought it might be a few days later, but out of nowhere, I get a call a couple hours later that they had dropped it off at our house! First Class service every single time. Thank you to the WBU team in Scotch Plains, we brag about you to everyone we know!

If you love birds and feeding all types, this is the place to go. I also stopped in to find a product to stop birds from flying into my windows- the prismatic window clings they sell have stopped the carnage in my yard.

I have been a customer here for over 25 years and the owners have always been polite and professional. I have only good things to say about this establishment. To insinuate otherwise is inconsiderate since this is a new owner and some new workers. I will always be a customer here.
