Employees are very nice, as well as the managers. One of the ladies who work behind the deli and sometimes the register is SO nice and friendly!! The employee's name is Miranda, she's an excellent customer service provider!!

I love Wawa, and normally visit several locations, all have been great. However, this one by far is the worst one I've ever been to.They are understaffed and it leaves the associates there having to do more than normal and it shows. Employees have attitudes, people having to wait longer times, people waiting to pay at the registers, etc. I'll be sure to avoid this store in the future.

The "manager", Melissa gave very racist vibes. She refused to even acknowledge me. She then was annoyed when her colleague told her my special order. She made the drink, while not filling it to the top and handed it to me like that. She then says "This is how it came out because we're not supposed to make rechargers frozen" Us customers pay for a full cup - not 3/4! Most importantly , her statement about rechargers is a lie because I get it all the time from the menu. It's an option ON the menu! It's sad that a "manager" doesn't know the company's menu & unprofessional to say the least. This location gotta do better!Flipside- Ava was extremely nice and welcoming. She was professional as any worker should be.I left a note for the STORE manager , Maggie. Let's see if I get a response!

I love all the staff been coming here for the past 5 years but will take the drive to the oldbridge wawa since a women with the tag “willow” took me long time since she never has a name tag always talks with disrespect when questioned I try to avoid her but she’s the only one sitting around. Had phrases towards me such as “not my problem” “there’s another wawa” ask for help with a sandwich on the top not slid down says “your almost there” instead of stopping to help how embarrassing I have never met somebody so rude towards elderly.

I use to come here in the morning around 5.30 am But not no more. Employees here always have a bad attitude at that time. They don’t say good morning or anything at all. Employees seem despondent and hostile. Made me feel uncomfortable. Rarely any breakfast sandwich’s ready. Dirty floors and food prep area. This is a badly managed Wawa. Now I save my money and eat breakfast at home not worth giving my money to these miserable people here.

My order number was 308, I ordered my food at about 6 am... I always have a happy heart whenever I go to any Wawa but this time disaster striked me in the face. I drove 35 mins away then when I finally opened up the box to enjoy my breakfast wrap my soul was so crushed. The wrapped was overcooked and it appears that the cook cared less about quality and professionalism. I ended up going to the Wawa in Springfield NJ on Morris Ave to get another breakfast sandwich.

I guess she was the manager. She had no name tag. I asked for a bag she told me she forgot to order them. So I asked if I can get one of the Uber bags she told me she couldn’t give me one which I can understand, but she should’ve at least offered to have somebody help me carry everything out to my car. When I told her, how am I supposed to carry everything out to my car? She basically told me too bad. It was very difficult and I dropped my drinks in the parking lot.Shouldn’t she have a ID badge on?This Took place around 11:15 AM.There was just one lady working on the food and beverages with no one to help her The lady with no name badge wore a brownish hoodie was one of two people checking out at the register.

A young man named Anthony D gave me a great experience at wawa that i’ll never forget. While waiting in line, we had got into a conversation and i was telling him about my financial struggles, and how being a single mom is hard. He not only paid for my order, but started attending my youngest daughters softball games every thursday! He invited my little family to his Dewise Thanksgiving dinner. We are more than pleased. Who knew you could start lifelong friendships at your local Wawa. If you ever go, ask for Anthony. Give him a hug and kiss from Barb. See you on Thanksgiving honey xoxo

The women in this place all have attitudes. Everytime I go there my order is not correct and they get mad if they have to redo your order. They are never really working the staff is always talking to each other and not paying attention to what they are doing. The manager Malisa was not nice at all she was rude and got my name wrong. They are not kind to my skin color and I feel offended when I go in their every time. I only go because it is the closest one to my house. I do not recommend this place after my last experience!

I used to enjoy this wawa. And I still do but hopefully this sheds some light. I live right down the block. It has turned into the worst Wawa that I have stepped into. The store is managed and ran by young teenagers who don’t know what they’re doing. The coffee is filled up half the time or it’s cold, the ready to go hot sandwiches are never, ever stocked. Literally every morning i walk in there, nothing is prepared. They need to sharpen up the management side because it’s a bad look.

I’m a fan of Wawa store but not a fam pf this location. Everytime I go, one or the other coffee pots are empty and it’s not hot. The coffee is warm if you go after noon. Also the place is not always clean and well maintained.

Ordered through my phone. My ride to Wawa was 10 minutes. Got there, paid and my food wasn't ready. No one in line. They didn't have my soup. They put 1 tomato on my on my sandwich, 2 pieces of spinach leaf. LMAO. Whoever made this sandwich is a joke.

Slowest Wawa I ever been to. Waits 10 minutes to tell me they out of Mac and cheese and made it difficult to give me a replacement. Which took 10 more minutes..........Also there’s a really annoying beggar selling political hats always outside who cries if u say no…I go out of my way to avoid him.

I love WaWa!I grew up with WaWa around almost every corner, and I'm very happy to see them popping up everywhere in Central NJ now!Their hoagies (and other sandwiches) are delicious! Their gas prices are very decent. Their coffee is really good with lots of different flavors to chose from here!What's not to love here?

I have been living out of wawa territory for four or five years, but every time I go back home for the holidays this is my first stop from the airport. Last year they had no gobblers at any of the many wawas I checked, I was so disappointed.

The best coffee!! I gave up coffee 15 yrs ago. One day I bought a small cup and now I have coffee twice a week! The rewards program rocks!!! Got my free 24 oz coffee this morning! The staff rocks too!!

Meat was undercooked and the avocados are not fresh, pasty yellow and made my entire family and I sick. Coffee is ok. I will never be coming back here ever again. Management should be over looked ASAP. Don’t think it’s run well what so ever .

This location and in fact this entire town is a bit hard to get to for those not from the area. The Wawa store, however, is strategically positioned. It has all the usual Wawa convenience foods. Unfortunately, on a recent visit, the parking area was very messy.

Just a wawa store not gas station. Google doesn't mention that since most wawas have gas also but this one is pretty old. Decent food everything u expect from a wawa besides the gas.
