Great experience! My beautiful 12 year old Molly had many teeth extracted on Tuesday and has been nothing but her usual self! You wouldn't know she has a mouth full of stitches the way that she's been eating her soft food and loving her usual routine walks. I followed all their instructions pre and post extractions!

Dr. Chiosi and his assistants have been wonderful. I have a new frenchie puppy, and they showed us how much they care. Dr. Chiosi would not leave until all my questions were answered and before he left, he would summarize our visit just in case anything was missed. I'm very happy to have chosen a vet that gives me and my puppy such undivided attention. It was a late appt at 6:45pm and he was not rushed during our visit. Their prices for the care are very reasonable. I am sticking with this veterinarian hospital, doctor, and staff. Thank you to Dr. Chiosi and your team.

I've never been to another vet but the employees here care and are typically friendly. We all have our days and are not always chatty or social but who cares when the wellbeing of our pets is what matters most. I love and appreciate the thoroughness and knowledge shared by all. And the added bonus is my dog is always excited to visit.

Vet was great, assistance were great, even the custodial women was amazing. My issues lie at the front desk; I believe her name was Megan, she didn't want to help me get my pups prescriptions filled there, infact told me to go else wear as they we getting ready to close even though I told her I can get them the next day. It was a hassle to get the prescriptions from her as the vet forgot to give me two in which I picked up the following night but she didn't not believe they had. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Over all decent experience they were all great to my pup and calmed him down as he is not a big vet guy to begin with, the front desk was just very off putting and rude.

The employees are all extremely friendly and so good with my puppy.. my puppy pit is very mean to other dogs and needs some extra time to get comfortable. The staff makes her feel very comfortable and my girl is always so happy to come here. I building and surroundings are clean and well maintained. If I can give more than five stars I would! I made an appointment after a long conversation specifying that I need a 2nd opinion on a surgical consult for my dog. We discussed xrays, bloodwork, and finding out the cost of surgery. Instead, I went to the appointment and ended up getting a regular vet appointment. I did not need to drive 80 miles for a regular vet appointment you imbecilesLuckily I paid amex and have disputed the charge. They refused to give me a partial refund. By the way, if you ask the doctor, the nurse, and the front desk about if they do surgery here, you will get 3 different answers. What a joke of a practice

I’ve been taking my cat here since I first adopted him. Not only are they the most caring staff I’ve dealt with in all my years of being a cat and dog dad, but they’re reasonable in pricing, and they explain any concerns to you straight up. There’s no guess work with Sayrebrook. The tech staff is amazing and kind, they really are great with the animals. Skip the petsmart vet, and put your animals best care in the hands of these people. You won’t be disappointed.

My rescue boy Kái just got neutered by Dr Aylward at Sayrebrook. From the pre-admission consultation, to the surgery, and post op calls; it was a wonderful experience. The doctor and staff were so compassion and professional. They kept in touch with me throughout the process, which made me feel so comfortable. Above all my lil boy recovered nicely without any complications. We had a good experience and recommend their services.

The staff is so friendly here and they handle your appointment as quickly as possible. The facility is also extremely clean. I'm relieved that there is a facility in the area who knows how to treat exotics. They don't just say they have exotics vets - they actually have them! I appreciate the time and care put into making my pet feel better and am relieved there is a facility so close by I can rely on.

I've been taking my boxer Lola here since she was a puppy and we love it. Even during covid times they made sure to make our fur babies and us to feel safe. From the reception area to the techs to the doctors, you will feel very comfortable. They show they really care. Thank you guys!

If you have a Bunny bring them to this vet. They are caring and have techniques to help get the examination done. The check up fee was $65 which is a great price. They were so gentle and caring with my bunny.Update 11/1/23 I got my seven month old Holland lop bunny spayed here. They were so caring and informative. I was so scared but they did an excellent job explaining everything. My bunny recovered so quickly she was doing little binkies five days later! Also the office told me about the rabbit society voucher that costs $110 and I only paid $56 for the spay!

I am grateful to have found Sayrebrook Veterinary for my furry children. Dr. Toolen is super compassionate and treats them like her own. The staff and assistants have been great and responsive, and always pleasant. I never wait more than 5 minutes for service once i arrive. I had to euthenize one of my babies recently and I really was grateful for the compassion shown to my little girl and myself. A rare find I believe. Thank You Sayrebrook

I rescued my dog from someone that was neglecting her. She was in such bad shape. Infested with fleas, matted hair. The doctor made our visit very pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. I took her for grooming right next door after our visit. She is the happiest dog and I’m so glad I chose Sayrebrook to tend to my Emma. She’s like brand new and feeling a thousand time better. I took my bunny to Sayrebrook Vet two weeks ago for a neuter. I was nervous about the after care for my little bun but the staff answered all my questions and really made me feel at ease and comfortable with the whole process. The doctor even printed out some helpful tips for me to help my bunny get back to his old self in no time. The staff followed up with me the very next day to check in on my little Carrot. I would definitely recommend this vet, and will be back for our annual visit. Thank you so much!!

I bring my two rabbits here and am always happy with the Dr. they visit. One of my rabbits was neutered here and from the appointment time to discharge time was only 3.5 hours later. Everything is straightforward and the other employees are friendly and helpful.

The Vet is thorough And the vet techs are always so kind and gentle with my dog, Ollie. I am so grateful for how helpful they’ve been, especially since Ollie gets extremely anxious going to the vet And barks like a maniac around the other animals. They always help make the visit as easy as they can for us - despite his anxiety. And the staff always is sure to provide a he care and attention Ollie needs! They have even accommodated us by helping me maneuver Ollie in and out of the office in order to help me avoid having him freak out more than necessary. The reception staff is always super helpful as well And have helped us acquire his updated records on numerous occasions. I love the staff here. We just wish we lived closer, for convenience sake.

I’ve come to this animal hospital for my 5 ferrets since 2019. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. More affordable than other vets for ferret appointments. Have been great through the process of diagnosing and caring for my sick ferret who we caught insulinoma in a year ago.

As a new dog owner this place was AMAZING to us (compared to where we were taking him). This facility was clean, bright, spacious and oder free. They treated him like the prince he is. The exam was even better (head to toe like a physical). Really great experience for us. Definitely going back. Thinking about looking at the grooming shop next door.

There are veterinary clinics that are run by people who care about you and your pet, and there are ones run by people who care only about money. Unfortunately, Sayrebrook has shown themselves to be the latter. I was lucky to have worked for a vet whose clients could call any time asking a question, no matter how silly it seemed. We would get photos and call back with advice or instructions. There was never a charge for this. We treated our current clients like family and always welcomed new ones. Here, if you have a question that can easily be answered in a couple of minutes, they will tell you to schedule an exam so they can collect the exam fee. The Reddit boards are more helpful. There is no excuse to treat clients like this. Even the person who referred me to Sayrebrook years ago no longer takes her pets there after seeing the direction the place has gone. There are so many veterinarians and animal hospitals in the area. I strongly advise you take your pets to a place where they and you will get the professional attention and care you deserve.

Great service, took really good care of my bunny. They had explained the risks of a bunny receiving anesthesia where they may not be able to wake up but my bunny came home, healthy and drowsy, and is continuing to do very well after his surgery. I would definitely recommend this veterinary hospital to whoever is looking for a trusted vet.

I have been bringing my 2 rabbits here for 4 years and couldn't be more pleased with the service and treatment we get every time we walk in the door. From the girls at the desk to the techs who do a wonderful job trimming nails every few weeks.Dr. Birmingham is a superstar in my eyes!!! She saved my little guys life. I didn't realize the severity of his sickness until I got home and googled it. She was very certain that we caught it in time and the treatment would work. She was right!
