They have the best and highest quality jigging and popping fishing gear anywhere in the Americas. Our Fishing Team Shake N Bake has been working with them and buying products from this store for many years. A wonderful fishing paradise for fishermen. Worth driving to and visiting the store.

I went there to buy a new rig for tuna. I bought a sweet pole, but cracked it in two pieces trying to show off the flexibility to my friends. I brought it back expecting to be sent away with the broken rod, but instead was given a new one and instructed on the proper way to bend a rod so that this doesn't happen again. It pays to go to a professional shop like this. Want to be cheap and save a few dollars, go to a big box store and have some high school kid sell you a pole. Want to learn something and be guided by a true professional? Go to this place.

Sami is the man! I ordered a Centaur Combat Arm jigging rod and it was sent the same day. Unfortunately, the rod tip was bent and damaged. I called Sami and he dealt with it immediately. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

I have bought 3 rods, multiple hi end lures, rod case, fighting belt, and quite a bit of terminal tackle. Without exception all products have been of exceptional quality. However the most impressive aspect of dealing with Saltywater tackle has been their level of service and willingness to share their knowledge. I went back to my E-mail history. Sami and Paul have responded to my e-mailed questions 164 times in a little over a year! I don't know of another business that would give this kind of service. I am more than a little embarrassed that I bothered them with my question that many times, but they were always willing to share their knowledeg and help me every time I have contacted them. They have earned my continuing business for sure

Very rude woman that works at the front. Doesnt greet customers or acknowledge them. I recently visited the store with my uncle. The woman rolled her eyes at me numerous times in person while I had question to ask about a Carpenter Rod. She replied with "I don't know what a Carpenter Rod is you'll have to ask Sami that question". She then mentioned with an attitude, I don't know anything about fishing, Im just a cashier" then continued to talk on the phone to her friend. I asked if she could relay the message I had or write down the message and leave my number but she replied with "just call back in a few days instead". I will take my business elsewhere now and just order from TackleDirect as they treat customers well above and beyond.
