My family and I have been coming to this NJ staple for well over 20 years. We come for the classic food that is always fresh and never disappoints. I myself had the Cuban sub, which was delicious and had a sweet tang to offset the meat on a crisp roll. As always, you have to stop over to their separate custard stand to get a sweet treat to top off dinner. I had the medium brownie sundae. My only suggestion to better this would be to have home made brownies, instead of Little Debbie's classic topping it off.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Wide open area with outdoor seating makes bringing the kids a breeze. They can run around outside and have fun.Wheelchair accessibility: It's flat outdoor seating and parking lot making wheelchair accessibility a breeze.

I love their hotdogs. The pricing is on the medium side. No free refills on drinks. Bathrooms are available but a little sketchy. It's a Springtime ritual. What can I say?Parking: Parking is on two gravel lots on the property. There's usually enough room for parking.

First time I went last Monday and they have a huge variety of food.I ordered a 8 pc nuggets, cheese fries and a large chocolate milkshake...took them a while to give me my food order but my food was good and hot. My milkshake didn't take long. Be patient because their food.. it's worth it 👍

Nice little place to grab a quick meal. Stopped on the way to the beach with some friends. I went with the footlong hot dog, the Bellybuster, then split some fries and my wife had the grilled ham and cheese. Everything was simple in a good way. For the Bellybuster I went with cheese, fried onions, pickles, and tomato. The fries were done just right. Now I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way, but coming nearby and needing a meal, it's worth a stop.

Great food and service and very reasonable prices $12 for a large shake and cheese steak. If you're near the area it's definitely worth it to stop in and grab something to eat as they do have a pretty big selection for just a little place. Outdoor sitting area was nice as well. 2 things there are 2 buildings the little building is ice cream only and the bigger building is for all the food and probably the MOST important thing about this place is that it's CASH ONLY.

Fried Wings out of this world. We had some fried mushrooms and corn fritters. This roadside stand, carnival like food, fried food, burger joint, whatever you want to call it, it's a MUST GO for all you poor souls that got sent to Salem to do your DMV stuff.

The vanilla ice cream is the best around. Hands down. The. Best. But their sizing is wonky. The small is too small. Stay away from sundaes. It was a tiny amount of ice cream a tbsp of peanut butter and a ton of whipped cream. I didn't get a pic because he ate in a minute. Total rip. The blizzard was very good.

Complete nostalgia! This is a vibe in itself. Outskirts of town. Crop fields around you. Beautiful to take pictures. Great for kids. My son thoroughly enjoys himself EVERY SINGLE time. 💙

Tried and true. This place is an institution that closes sometime in October. The hours are good. I think it closes around 9:00 p.m. most nights, and the experience is consistent as it has been per years.If you like my reviews click the little thumbs up, like!

Great small town grab n go.Amazing corn fritters. Burger was great. My son loves the hot dogs. And of course after lunch or dinner you go get some ice cream. A favorite place for us to eat.

It was my first time here, and I enjoyed it. The corn fritters and the Cuban sandwich were worth it. I had the vanilla peanut butter ice cream, and it was ok... I was hoping it had frozen swirls of peanut butter throughout, but instead it was a real lite peanut butter flavor. Give it a go... you won't be disappointed. Loved the outside seating under the tall trees.

I stopped off at Hudock's with my parents and my kids on a whim. Their ice-cream-cone-shaped sign was all I needed to see. Three of us had mint chocolate, one had cherry, and one had maple walnut. The servings were a good size. The ice cream was creamy. The chocolate sprinkles were chocolate, not just brown camdy. The flavors were on point. The maple walnut in particular was especially good - not too sweet, and the walnuts still crunchy. We plan to stop in again on our way back home. High praise in particular from my dad!Thanks, Hudock's, for giving an easy coast girl a taste of home ❤️

Great old time business reminiscent of better days. Big creamy good ice cream cones, hard ice cream for a reasonable price. Just had their boasted chicken meal which was moist well seasoned delicious! Customer service was good as well. I usually go there for ice cream but now will try their food menu again.

We love this local favorite icecream stand! In addition to a big selection of all your icecream favorites, they also offer a food menu. Burgers, dogs, French fries, plus more and the food is good. The service is good and prices reasonable. You can call ahead, pick-up, or just stop in and enjoy your food there. They have picnic benches and shade.

This place was the absolute best growing up here. I am 49 moved away at 21 , first time back and was absolutely disappointed, I got a belly buster burger , so thin you could see thru it , not to mention dry and chewy. Sad to see this happen to such a iconic landmark.

Great little ice cream stop. There's another building across the parking lot that has food (which we didn't try) that looked good as well.Great ice cream flavor choices, toppings and extras. Had a strawberry cone which was delicious and Maple Walnut in a cup, which was good. Would stop by again.

Almost the end of the season, but we enjoyed both our burgers and fries and the ice cream for dessert. Popular spot and service was NOT fast food. But it was well prepared and correct. Catch them again next year.

Wow, this place is the best. Since they are only open seasonally, I am sad from October to April.But when they are open, oh boy is it worth the wait.Actual foot long hot dogs and buns to match. Burgers are perfect and the banana milkshakes are the best. It's just like it has been for over 50 years. Friendly people working there and friendly people hanging around waiting for their orders.Just go, you'll be glad you did.

I'm thankful that I have the best soft serve custard, extra thick shakes, and great homemade brain freeze blizzards, in Salem county, within minutes from home. Whether you want to cool off with some custard, or head next door to grab a good old fashioned burger and fries, Hudock's is where you want to be. Great spot to take the kids after the game or the family for a treat, you won't be disappointed. The staff is always polite and friendly. Very well maintained and ran too. Best part, you get to satisfy whatever it is you're craving, without hurting your pocket. I recommend it to anyone and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
