The Doctor, and especially the staff, are extremely friendly and inviting, making you and your pet or pets feel comfortably right at home. This is a great way to instill that sense of calm energy into your pet right off the bat prior to the visit, which can sometimes be a very stressful experience for your furry friend. Alyssa, one of the techs, has a very good way of always making my pets feel relaxed and at ease. As a relatively new client of theirs, I very much appreciate the way they handle their business, and of course, all my pets (2 cats, 1 dog)! I certainly trust them (the doctor & staff) with my pet’s lives. The place is always very well-kept and clean, which only adds to that high level of a quality experience. The prices are more than fair/reasonable. I would highly recommend anyone living in the Northeast NJ area looking for great, trustworthy experiences between client and doctor/staff, as well as phenomenal and friendly service to call up the Saddle Brook Veterinary Clinic and schedule your furry friend(s) for an appointment! Great place! Got my cat Akira Spayed and distempered and it was a wonderful time. My cat had a quick recovery and seemed very happy with the whole procedure. (Though they said she was a little upset after the surgery~sorry!)😁😅Thank you so much for taking care of my baby Akira. I highly recommend this place but make sure to call because it’s appointment only! They are very busy! Overall great team and great services. God bless 🙏🏽

Dr. Aronovici has taken such great care of our 2 bulldogs these past few years, we never felt rushed at our appointments because she always goes out of her way to answer our questions, which is so important to us. Fair pricing and never tried to sell us on things our dogs don't actually need (definitely dealt with this at other vets) You can tell she truly cares about the dogs that go here, which can be hard to find! The office is always very clean and the staff is always super friendly to my dogs, they even give them treats while they are getting shots so they are calm and happy! My favorite thing about the office is how private it is, you only go in when they are ready for you..which is great if you want more privacy and quiet for your dogs in the waiting room. We are moving states which is bittersweet, I hope to find another vet who is as patient and as caring as she is, highly recommend her :)

I have been taking my two dogs here for the past 3 or four years. The doctor is wonderful! Dr. G. has the heart and soul of an angel! She has taken the time, and care, to see my babies, even with a full schedule, when we have had emergencies, needed any medication refills, or just questions in general. Although she has changed staff members in the past,Dr. G. has always given quality care to her clients, and patients. Dr. G.’s new staff are very polite and professional. This place is always clean and spotless! I recommend this clinic to anyone that loves their fur babies and appreciates awesome quality care!

Horrible manners! Over, over priced. I paid for my pups medicalRecords and they never sent them. Never known a vet to charge for Medical Records. Again, over priced. I called and they said they emailed them. I’ve had my email address for 20 yrs and never had issues. They could have called and left a message or mailed them. Simple. I asked for Heartgard & Nexgard she shoved down my throat some other stuff she wanted to sell me.Went in for Anal gland expression and my dog got it literally 1/2 container of peanut butter.WTH!!!!Had to leave them and go elsewhere.

I took our dog Rumba to see Dr. Gianina Aronovici for an annual exam/vaccinations, as well as pre-dental workup. I have been impressed with everything, but following things need to be mentioned. First, for the first time in 11 years I have seen Fear-Free approach work (without the risk to the patient or staff)! My dog is a nervous biter and has always been muzzled (I have nothing against that). Dr. Aronovici conducted her exam with minimal stress to the patient and lots of peanut butter. Our dog, who was paralyzed with fear in the beginning, was not too eager to leave at the end. Second, the thoroughness of the exam. Dr. Aronovici examined every inch of Rumba, and took a very thorough history: examined every page of his records and asked me a lot of questions. She then proceeded with explanation of everything she believed needed to be done. Third, pricing. It is very reasonable, and I definitely feel the quality of service exceeds it by miles! That statement also applies to the dental procedure that was performed a few days later.To put this review in perspective: I worked as a veterinary technician for 11 years, and I worked closely with over 100 veterinarians. I am not easily impressed, and I am very picky about who can treat our dog. I also live 1.5 hours away, but will keep bring Rumba here.

Gianina Aronovici, DVM - “Dr. Genna”participated in a sponsored event for advertising purposes to grow her new practice and failed to make good on services honoring a gift certificate. My husband won a free spay and/or neuter gift certificate at this event prior to Covid. There is NO EXPIRATION DATE or stipulation ANYWHERE on the certificate. We recently rescued a puppy and called to use the gift certificate that was won at the event. DR. Genna informed the receptionist to tell us that the gift certificate WILL NOT be honored due to inflation and too much time had passed. Her code of ethics are questionable and definitely unfavorable as it obviously was a sole means of free advertisement for her new practice.

I arrived as a new patient for my senior dog for his updates on vaccines and to be seen by the vet. Upon arrival I was asked to sit outside with my 13 year old dog and fill out paper work in the 96 degree heat. The tech took my fecal sample but not my dog and said to fill l out the paperwork in the car. I came from across the street and my vehicle is older so the air doesn't work until its been driven a few miles. It is unfair to expect people to have the convenience of air condition. Or what if I arrived by cab or bus??? How can you assume someone has their own transportation? To not even ask if I had the option is first and foremost the biggest mistake this person made. I called and let them know I was leaving the clipboard outside and that I would not need their services. The person who answered the phone did offer to take my dog inside but said I would have to wait outside in the heat until the vet called me in discuss. Why is it ok at that point for me to come inside? I am the paying customer I should never be treated this way. There was no mention of this requirement when I made my appointment either, it was a complete surprise when I showed up. I walked by 4-5 businesses on this strip and all of them have people inside wearing no mask but this one wants its customers to stay outside in the heat. NO thank you I will take my pets elsewhere.

I wish I could 10 stars ⭐️. The clinic is clean, spacious and very inviting. The staff are wonderful and helpful in person and over the phone. We recently had to say goodbye to our dear cat that we had for 18 years and it was the hardest thing we ever had to do. Dr. Gianina is trust worthy, compassionate and very smart. She takes her time explaining everything with detail. I would highly recommend her clinic for any of your pet needs.

If you want someone to waist your time and money, this is the perfect place for you to go. I had scheduled and coordinated my dogs spay for August 17. Had everything planned out from requesting the day off at work, had labs and exam done on my pet since I live in New York and was making the trip to come to this clinic. And when I call them on august 16 to confirm my appointment since no one had called me, and had the voice mail tell me their closed for the week. Now why nobody reached out to me to inform me that they might be closed ??? What if I would’ve went to Jersey, paid for the toll, missed out on work, just to arrive to a closed clinic ? Tuesday morning and I decide to call them since I haven’t hear from them and I ask the lady to confirm my appointment so I can head over there. She tells me that I need to reschedule because my dog needs an exam before the spay. I specifically asked the person who scheduled my appointment if I can do everything at her local vet and he said yes I can and just send them the results. This is very unprofessional and very inconvenient. I scheduled this appointment ahead of time and did everything I was told to do and now I’m being told because someone gave me the wrong information, I lost a day at work and PAYED for blood test and exam at her local vet for nothing ? Very unprofessional.

Dr. Aronovici is a phenomenal veterinarian. Her experience is incomparable to many vets I’ve seen. From my experience with this center, they always went above and beyond to treat every animal with excellence along with going out of their way to attend to any emergency situation that came in. They treat every animal as their own and give unconditional compassion while providing an extreme level of excellence to care and treatment. This veterinary center is always spotless and I know cleanliness is also one of their main priorities. The staff is so friendly and informative and made me feel so comfortable and special. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SADDLE BROOKE VETERINARY CENTER. Dr. Aronovici is the only vet I would ever take my puppy to. They are truly outstanding. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone who is thinking about finding a new veterinary center or is just looking for a trustworthy vet for your new fur baby!!!!

My cat was a kitten when I brought it for his first Vet checkup/exam and this vet wrote in the paperwork that it was a female. This Vet saw him several times after the initial appointment and still never said it was actually a male cat. Does this Vet check the cat for everything during the initial examination-I sure don’t think so! 9 Months later, my cat is obviously a male. Also we had appointment back in January and due to COVID they said they cancelled it, but never actually called to let me know. (Not professional at all). Not going back there again for sure!

Dr. A is an amazing doctor and person. She cared for my furbabies for 10 years. She is so warm, caring, loving and helpful. She cares for your babies as if they were her own. She took care of one of my cats emergencies as the office was closing, on her time. She made me feel loved and cared for even late into the evening. I was a mom in need of help and she was there. I still have him today because of her help that night. She loved my pups and cared for them for most of their lives. Dr. A is a support from the heart that can't be matched. Even though she has moved out of my area we are still in touch and she is such a supportive comfort!

She has open her practice on a Sunday to help my dog when everyone else turn us away if I could give her a million stars I would. This place is a waste of time. I had an appointment last week for my dog to have oral surgery. I get there and the girl tells me she has no record of me having an appointment. So I reschedule for the following week and I get there and they are "closed for covid". How do you not call your patients to cancel an appointment. Someone finally came to the door and was very rude. She stated the receptionist called me, which never happened. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of time!!!!

We took our 13 year old dog Ginger for the first time a month ago to see Dr. Gianna...her office is immaculate and bright ... we were very impressed with the time she spent with us explaining everything in detail. My dog literally had peeling skin ... and was miserable. She immediately gave me a fish oil supplement to give daily in her food, got labs on her to rule out other issues. She noted her to have an ear infection, as well. She literally spent 2 1/2 hours with us ( we were last one for the night). Amazing woman who truly cares about your pet.I was extremely impressed. More so, found out her liver enzymes and bilirubin were very elevated. She has her on a liver supplement everyday for now and will recheck her again soon. After one month of the fish oil supplement her skin and coat are so much improved. No other vet ever prescribed this even though I had asked about the supplement.I went back to get another bottle.Between the 2 supplements and some food tweaking per her suggestion my dog is more alert, energetic and happy.I am so happy I took a chance and took my dog to her. If you need a vet who cares like you do about your pet... make an appt to see her... prices are reasonable as well... A great asset in Saddle Brook.

Our dog was misdiagnosed at a local pet hospital and we brought them here for a second opinion. They were able to properly figure out was wrong and provide treatment. The cared for our dog and even continued to follow up and check in on her. The doctor is great and I now don’t have to think twice about where to take her if something occurs because I know to go straight here for the best service!
