My Waffle (westie) loves coming here. He always looks so good after his grooming and he smells so good too! The staff is super nicer. I love how they listen to what I want and if I ever need any emergency nail cutting, they always have time for Waffle. This groomer is so much better than where Waffle used to go in Fairlawn.

We've had our scottie for almost 3 years now. In those 3 years we've sent her out to be groomed 3 times to a different local groomer aside from the touch up grooming I do at home. The first time she came home looking like what I call a " schlama". Her head was cut like a schnauzer and her legs looked like Llama legs🤨. I had used this same grooming business when we had our first scottie about 20 years ago.Back then we never had a problem and our dog always came home looking perfect. So I made the next appt about 8 months from then and specifically told them to give her a scottie cut. She came home looking completely like a schnauzer. A,bout 9 months later my son took her for her next appt and again requested they give her a scottie cut. This time she came home looking like a Westie. So I decided to change groomers. LEASH N lather is the same distance from me as my old groomer and had nice reviews so I took a chance and called and made the appt. Explaining our past problems at the groomers and was told not to worry that they knew exactly what I wanted. She came home a beautiful perfectly groomed scottish terrier. It's been 3 weeks now and she still looks perfect. This groomer was fantastic. We have found THE groomer to take our dog to!!

Erin is terrific with my dog, he loves going to the salon to be groomed. I had taken him to 5 other salons before going to Leash N Leather and each time I was disappointed with how much I had paid to make my dog look awful. Finally, I've found a place that grooms my dog well, gives him the perfect hair cut, and gives him back to me happy! We love Erin and how professional she is, we will continue to go to her forever!

Don’t know what we would do without Leash N' Lather. My 4 year old frenchie is not old stubborn but likes to scare me and refuses to let me cut his nails! Erin is incredible. She keeps him happy and calm and he’s done in 5 minutes. I know it seams small but she is a game changer for me! 5 start all the way! Love this place! It’s clean, fun and all the dogs are happy. Not to mention you can actually trust them which is huge these days! They are super accommodative and fit you in when you need to get in quickly. Erin is super professional and she is very fairly priced. She loves animals and you can see that right when you meet her. You trust them and you aren’t afraid to leave your fur baby. I have the worst anxiety and leash n lather is the only place I will take my baby.I can’t say enough good things! Thank you leash n lather!

I'm a new customer and the first time I took ( in May) my shih tzu was for an urgent grooming. Was away and my husband took good care of him, but my groomer got sick and could not get an appt anywhere else. The owner was kind enough to fit me in the same day. Did a good job, and exactly what I asked for. This week I took my daughter shiba inu and you know how much they shed. She did a grrreat job furminating him, no more shedding!!! Will def go back. They are very pet friendly, their open floor plan is the best. You can se everything. Glad I found them, and reasonable price.

if i could give this place ZERO stars i would. i have been bringing my 3 year old shipoo there for about a year and have had many different incidents occur. he has came back with CUTS on his ear as well as stomach. they have people there that don’t even know what their doing. The last time i went to pick my dog up SHE GAVE ME THE WRONG DOG and seemed like the owner (erin) was just not paying attention nor caring . In addition, everytime i bring him there he tries to turn away and use all of his weight not to enter through those doors. they use to muzzle him as well when getting groomed which was shocking to me ; i brought him today to a new place and the lady said he was very good and didn’t need a muzzle which made me realize that they were doing something to my dog which made them “use” a muzzle. ridiculous . if anyone is thinking of bringing their dog there DO NOT!!

Great place. Owner is very nice and try to accommodate everyone. Peter was in and out fast, unlike other places that hold him for 4 hours, that I'm always so worry if they at least give him some water. I will definitely come back.He was happy and not scared. This place is awesome, it reminds me of a nursery, very safe and cozzy. Your baby will not be scared.

Our boy Jack is very difficult. We've actually been told not to come back to one place. First 2 times we gave him meds and had no problems .this time we tried without them and they did great . Couldn't be happier with our experience. In and out in less than an hour nails cut and he smells great. 🙂

I brought my puppy for grooming and a bit later we've got a call from the groomer asking us to come over and take my pup to emergency room since they cut her ear... we end up in the hospital from 3.30pm until 12 midnight. My pup got sedated,5 stitches, antibiotics, pain medications and she couldn't stand on her feet until the end of next day....Terrible experience I wouldn't recommend this place if you care about your dog...
