Worst customer service I've probably ever experienced. A very rude older white lady who seems to be upset with the world. If you've ever watched those Karen videos on YouTube this is her. Rude and unhappy lady. Please do not shop here.

Good store overall, the man at the counter is always very helpful. I would not trust any hours of operation though. It seems they are very random and I've commonly been met by a closed sign when google says they are open.

Great local place to shop. Owners are very friendly and nice. They will help you with all your needs, and will inform you if/when items that you want arrive.Shop has fish and supplies, reptile supplies, dog/cat supplies and other items along with live crickets and a variety of live fish. There is also an area in the back, full with pet food.They carry hard to come by "Primal" brand dog food that my small breed is crazy about.Prices are fair. Would highly recommend shopping here.

I walked in and immediately got stared at and felt very uncomfortable. I was looking for some items for my snake or fish tank and found nice backgrounds. I walked up to the counter and was going to purchase the background not realizing I left my credit card at home. I politely asked if I can come back tomorrow and the guy said, “yeah whatever see you tomorrow.” Then as I was walking out he says, “ball busters.” Very unprofessional and definitely not going back.

I am a Rutherford resident and wanted to give a local small business my money. However the welcome itself started off very cold and standoffish. Almost felt unwelcome there. The lady who came to help me was not very at all. Most of my questions were answered in single sentences without any helpful alternatives offered. Finally before leaving and not wanting to still leave empty handed, I asked for kitten food. I was told that they don’t carry any kitten food, while she had already turned her back on me and was walking away. WHAT?? Why operate a pet store when you don’t carry the most basic “pet food”? Anyway, I left very disappointed. No “sorry we couldn’t help you”. Or “please come back again”. Nothing! Needless to say, I will bring my business elsewhere. To a more deserving small business.

A nice friendly local pet shop that has many supplies for all your pet needs. I just met Joe a month ago and I feel like I know him for 20 years. I purchased fish for my new aquarium and they are all doing great. Thank you Mike C.

This store is the worst. Dont go by business hours on google. Closes whenever he feels like it. Walked in the store one day, he was on the phone and never bothered to see if we needed help.

I read from some others that they thought the Guy working here was "Mean". I found him to be really nice in all ways. Great Local Store that has been there for 30+ Years, must be doing something right. I'd surely go back there and its way better than going out on the highway.

Huge variety of different fish, much healthier fish then petco or petsmart. Very helpful and a lot of knowledge of the fish. Species of fish you can’t get any where else. I’ll definitely be buying my fish from here on out!

First time going and came out with a fish tank and supplies. Very friendly and they explained what to do as well . Good prices and its super clean .

Store clearly says it opens at 10, I came here at 10 stood outside watched some guy inside talk on the phone come out then say he’s waiting for help … this is a pet store and I was only 1 customer how busy do you guys actually get in Rutherford?
