It was just our luck, that The Dog Room opened right when we were looking for a new groomer. We were easily able to schedule online and get our two pups in at the same time during opening week. Fast forward a few months later and we couldn't be happier with their services. We have two large German Shepards and the big box places would often turn our Brody Bear away. He is all bark and no bite! They are very understanding of the breed and although I feel bad when he's a little extra vocal, they make us feel comfortable that it's nothing they haven't heard before. If your dogs are shedders, I highly recommend their de-shed package. Our Daisy can get a little ratty come winter and they offer an excellent furmination package that makes her feel like the best dog on the block! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and talented. They were also completely understanding of large breeds, rescheduling and best of all make the dogs feel comfortable. Cheers to small businesses and kudos to The Dog Room. We love it there!

Def will be returning. I struggled finding good groomers since my dog gets nervous and jumpy. Being quoted even $150 for a haircut and nails at other places. They were super friendly (and affordable).

I took my dog here for the first time and is very happy with how she looked! The staff are so kind and knew of my concerns for my dog. But they worked with her and knew how to calm her which made the experience a smooth process for them and my dog. The price was very affordable. I will definitely be booking future appointments here!:)

Amazing experience! My 10lb rescue pup Sheldon needed a haircut, and the team fit us in last minute and he came back looking incredible. So glad I found the dog room!!

I brought my baby Ozwald aka a huge German Shepherd for the first time today and I was so impressed. I was taking a chance because its right down the street from my house and so cute looking from the road. The owner handled him so well. He is a big baby typically anywhere else I ever have taken him but he did great here and I was even allowed to be there so he wasn't scared. His nails have never been so fabulous. Which I know probably sounds insane but if you knew him you would understand. The price was also great! I will continue to go back here for all his needs and have already told friends and family about it as well. You won't be disappointed!

Today would have been my third visit there with my shih-pooh. 21/2 weeks ago I messaged through their website but never heard from anyone, you can’t leave voicemail because it’s full, so finally last week I was able to talk to someone and made my appointment for 9 am this morning. I arrived a few minutes early to basically be told that whoever I spoke to didn’t book my appointment…very disappointed and unprofessional!

I’ve taken my dog Artie here 3 times, and my dog Phoenix 1 time, so I believe I gave them the benefit of the doubt. None of the times was really good. This last time broke the straw over the camels back! They charge me $180 for a De-shedding, de-matting and a bath on Phoenix, and a bath and cut on Artie. They never on matted phoenixes tail. And Arties haircut was horrible. They did not trim around his Paws, and his tail looked ridiculous! Sorry, not, sorry never again would definitely not recommend.<OLD REVIEW>NEW REVIEW: So the owners of this place took my claims very seriously, asked me to come back in, and promised me, that is not their standard. The woman that botched my dogs, was let go. The young lady said, They would make it right & they did with a whole new cut, bath, groom, nails, brush, for both dogs & I mean like THE WORKS! In conclusion, the young lady’s made this redemption a big one! I would recommend them, they believe in the customer experience must be right, if not, they go the extra mile to make you happy! Thank you ladies!!!

The dog room is simply the best! They do a great job with all of our grooming needs for our dog Max and our new foster dog as well. They are very kind and gentle with our dogs and the pricing is very reasonable. Can't recommend them enough!!! Thanks again!

They took our dog in very last minute after he rolled in something very foul at the dog park. The woman who gave him his bath was very nice and was actually able to trim all of his nails as well. He came home smelling better than any bath he’s had before, and somehow when it rained 2 days later, the aroma came back! We’re going to be coming back here from now on.

She was sent home early for being "ungroomable" every single time - until now.Amanda and her team are miracle workers and have earned a loyal customer. This by far the worst place I’ve ever come across when it comes to costumer service. I’ve been a server for many years so I’m aware of proper service. These people don’t answer the phone. EVER. How does someone call 3 times a day for 5 days straight and not one answered phone call? Then they say “ oh text this number to book an appt well get back to you” but they don’t even respond back to the text either! I’m sorry, but they should be absolutely embarrassed lol. You decide to open and run a business but you don’t answer the phone? I will be stopping in next time I pass it because I definitely have some words for the owner.

We were so lost in finding a new groomer for Harley. He is very skiddish and scared of new faces and places. His anxiety is always through the roof.As I was driving home last week from getting my haircut, I drove past the Dog Grooming Boutique. I got home and brought it to my wife's attention. The next day we booked for an appointment with Amanda. Getting there today was quite a chore because of our little guy being so skiddish. Upon entering, we were welcomed by Amanda and she immediately started warming up to Harley. That made my wife and I feel so much better. As Amanda was taking Harley back he took no caution into jumping up into the bathing station for her. From that moment, we knew Harley was in caring hands. When Harley was all done, we recieved a text and proceeded into the store to get him. Everything was wonderful and Harley came out all smiles.Amanda told us that her sister, Devon, recognized him from a previous grooming spot that we used to take him too. Another positive note from this visit! Moving forward, we will be bringing Harley here for his grooming needs. Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
