Found this store through Amazon, and instead of shopping on there, I went directly to Rasta Imposta's website to order directly from them.I placed my order early on a Monday morning, I got a shipping notification about an hour later, and it arrived the next day!I was really impressed at the care instructions and guide that came with my costume. I was expecting just a costume in a bag, so the fact that it had practical suggestions for how to get out wrinkles, how to wear it and stuff it so it keeps its shape, and even practical tips such as 'you can wear a beanie so the top portion doesn't shift' really shows that they are the pros and have thought this stuff through. Absolutely going to recommend them to all my friends who need last-minute creative and party-friendly costumes. Thanks so much!

Excellent customer service experience. I ordered an item for express shipping. Jodi emailed me first thing in the morning to let me know it was out of stock and suggested a substitute. She waived the express fee and my costume showed up on my doorstep the next day. I was honestly shocked at the care and service I received. You don't find that often when shopping online. Thank you!

i returned items i the company charged me a 50% restocking fee was never told i’m giving bad reviews with this company they suck before anything is returned they should let the person know about this

If you are planning to buy from this place, you have to order online. They don't have an actual store. Its a warehouse and its not open for public shopping. So if you want a costume from here, you must order it online. Honestly, I think that they should put that note on the website instead of making you drive there just to be turned down.
