What a great experience! I'm general the bud tenders are very knowledgeable, kind, and up beat. If your lucky enough to get Tony or Marie they will even take the time to check the #'s on the batch and make sure you leave with what you came for. Both very helpful any way they can. You get a friendlier more personal experience where feedback is welcomed. They keep all of the top strains on rotation, and have steady sales on all their products. All together it makes for a really positive and personal experience every time. I definitely recommend this dispensary to anyone.

Loved walking in and them having what I wanted…oh wait I forgot to hit the purchase button?!NP, the nice people at the front desk immediately enter it & send me in behind one person and done - but even BETTER -The bt knew what I was buying might be a tad dry and offered a Bovida free! Nobody does that. I enjoyed a -20% ; will def go back. Good guys.

This place is a 10/10. The sales area is gorgeous and the vibe is welcoming like a coffee shop in a tween novel. I'd sit here for hours.Staff is wonderful, product offerings are plentiful. Make sure you have your payment method all set when you arrive and you'll be golden here.

This place has such a nice atmosphere. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Great prices for what you get. Definitely worth the money- you get what you pay for. It’s clean and easily accessible. I will definitely be coming back again soon.

this was my first time here today and i was so happy!! there’s more than enough parking spots, as soon as you walk in you’re greeted with respect and kindness, and the budtenders are super nice as well! i placed an online order so i didn’t have to use the tablets there but online shows everything and anything you could want! their prices are fair and pretty normal which is a plus as wellthe transaction was fast and i was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes!! i highly recommend this place and i definitely will be back! :))

Nice location, no hassle with parking, convenient for handicap or veterans. Inside was very nice and the staff was amazing. Budtenders were able to explain differences of products and help me find what I wanted. Easy access using tablets also if you already know what you want! I wasn’t waiting long either. I’ll be back for sure!

I used to come to phasal a lot! but i will NEVER go there again. i was there for the grand opening and they sold me bad product. i called them and explained that i wanted to speak to a manager. I showed them the product and they knew that it is no good. They acknowledged that it was defective, and offered me no immediate solution or remedy for the problem. They told me to send pictures to their email and i could get a refund in a few days time.

I likes it but I already told them if they get the 2 gram distillite back in stock I'll be back. 3 weeks later a bunch of other cool stuff popped on menu but not those. I need 2 gram or better because my hits is huge and require such. Normally 1 of my hits held in is a big and long as 4 people and the combined time they each would have held it in and then some. I grew up smoking With Cypress Hill and We didn't take small hits of anything with them.

Best customer service! Budtenders are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They answer all your questions and guide you in the right direction. Phasal has ATMs and POS systems which is very convenient! You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and aesthetic because it's absolutely gorgeous inside. 10/10 recommend!

DO NOT BUY FROM HEREIve had nothing but problems with this place since the soft opening. Everything from being overcharged on my card and pens not working, to employees making racial remarks towards minorities has happened in the few times I went there. .

I came to this place for the twenty percent first time discount, although I work at a dispensary.However , we're pretty short right now on selection And don't have what I want right now. Phasdale were already having a 17% sale on the items.I wanted so the cashier convinced me to wait on the 20% for my second visit.I wish I had known it would be my last visit here. Every other dispensary I know of gives you back a cartridge if it's defective. Every single one. Not here. Make sure that if you vape, You can either open the package in the store which is illegal in Every dispensary I know in NJ or go to a different store. Because if your cartridge is messed up ur screwed you have to "wait a month For the company to get back to the manager." I had an issue with a full gram cartridge that was discolored and tasted horrible, which sucked cause the main reason besides getting high. I got it was for the usual amazing flavor. This one tastes like Burnt metal when I went back to tell the people I needed a replacement cartridge. I was told by the manager he needed to email the company. And see if he needed to wait until next month. Which, of course they did.. The other cart I got here also tastes terrible, It's supposed to taste sort of vanilla and it tastes like a plastic toy. Please learn to store your carts correctly, phasdale! And customers please go elsewhere especially if you're a vape person. Now I know why my dispensary, Which at the time only had a selection of a few items, had a line out the door on a while this place had about two customers. On a Friday night. Last visit here.

Nice place, nice people, Unfortunately like every other dispo, unless its a sale, your getting ripped off big time.I mean, are people really buying $60 8ths? I get 8ths for $20 on the street.
