I absolutely highly Recommend! Since the moment I walked in I was helped! I got stranded in NJ traveling from MD to MA alone; when some mechanical issues that came up with my car. AAA wanted to charge me 1200$ to tow my car home. When I walked in and shared with Tom my situation he called a local tow (that showed up fast) to help me get my vehicle to this shop. After consulting with Tom and getting a thorough diagnostic, I was able to make it home safe and paid less than half of what AAA was trying to charge me. Tom was knowledgeable, transparent, and resourceful.

Our car was making weird noises and all other auto repair shops were closed for the holidays. We came in and apparently our tire was falling off! Super dangerous! But they had us all fixed up and ready to go in an hour. They were very kind and helpful, very grateful!

Great place. Tom is top notch. Brought my daughters Jeep in because it was Making a noise. Tom had three bays filled so I know he was busy. I asked him if there was any way he could check out the Jeep. Without hesitation or a single "well I'm pretty busy" he said "where's the key". Great mechanic, friendly and knowledgeable.

Stopped & got gas on 5-31-2023 because their prices were much cheaper than the surrounding stations. Attendant was polite but sadly does not know how to tighten the gas cap. My check engine light came on Friday afternoon. Of course my first instinct was to check the gas cap. It was super loose. I tightened it. So be sure to check your cap if an older polite gentleman there pumps your gas at Fuel 1 in Runnemede.

I called the shop to ask if they do tire patches not just plugs. I was told yes and to come right over. When I arrived I showed the owner a nail i saw in the tire. He took it back and sprayed the nail several times and did not see the leak. Most tire shops dip the tire in water to find leaks……. I asked the owner if it could be a valve stem leak. He looked at me and told me he was older then me, knows what he is doing and asked how old I was in a sarcastic manner. I held back from giving him a piece of my mind and went outside to cool off. 2 minutes later he came out with the tire and apologized for his sarcastic remark. Told me there was another nail in the tire that was leaking and he fixed it. WITH A PLUG!!! I bit my tongue from telling him I could of plugged the tire myself in 2 minutes with the $1 dollar plug kit I have and I paid the 25 dollars. Now I’m going to a real tire shop to do what I asked to be done from the beginning a tire patch. I NEVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS but after reading some other customer reviews saying how rude this guy is I felt the need to share as this man obviously doesn’t care about how he treats people nor does he value his customers.

I got towed to the shop 30 minutes before closing. The owner stayed and helped me get my car running. It was one of the best auto shop experiences I've had.

I stopped in on a rainy day with a low tire pressure warning light on my car. Tom stopped what he was doing and came out in the rain to help me. He added air to all of my tires and got me on my way. He was very pleasant and courteous. I would highly recommend him for your car needs.

Tom knows what he is doing. He is efficient and bent over backwards to help me when another repair shop botched my tire replacement. We were left by the side of the road with a flat. Tom took the time to diagnose the problem, explain what happened, and got us back on the road safely and quickly. I will make the trip to work with him if I have a problem in the future.

We were on our way to our family vacation - a very long drive and very full car with dog and kids. Our check engine light came on and our engine sounds like the transmission was broken. We stumbled upon H & H Auto. He saw us immediately, diagnosed the problem (not transmission - phew). He ordered the part immediately and within an 1 1/2 we were back on the road. He didn't even charge much considering it was a Saturday morning and emergency work. just parts and labor. We truly appreciate his quick turn around time and positive attitude. He made what could have been a bad situation much better. Thank you!

Owner of this place is extremely rude and does not know how to treat customers. Someone told me to pull in front of a spot and the owner started to yell at me telling me the other guy doesn't make the rules around here he does. This was my first time coming here so how am I supposed to know. Don't understand how someone so rude can stay in business. Then again there was not much business here to begin with.

One of the most unprofessional mechanic shops I have ever been to. First off the mechanic is rude and grumpy he has an attitude problem. It’s no ones fault if your having a bad day but to take it out on your customers is absurd. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I should of done my research before coming this shop.

Stay away, he is ripping off people, he lies to costumers about their cars that they need a lot of money to fix it , so he can buy it for cheap and flip it , be aware
