Pretty much fits the bill of all Dollar Generals. Dirty, unorganized, and items hard are to find. The only positive is that the staff is helpful if not slightly overwhelmed. It is located near Powerhouse Gym and a closed Asian restaurant named Koi. There is a pizza place around the corner that is decent.

Normally, my experience here is quite pleasant. As of recently, the last few times have been nothing of the sort. There is a fairly new employee who has been extremely rude each time I’ve been to this location. To provide a description, she looks like she’s maybe in her 20’s and appears to be Indian. Every interaction I’ve had with her has given me the impression as if my presence bothers her, or that she simply does not want to be at work.Since self checkout is not currently an option, I was unfortunate enough to have to have her ring me up. After passing her in an isle, saying hello with no response, and obtaining my items, I stood at the cash register for almost 3 minutes. The entire time she watched as she continued her conversation with another employee. Once she finally arrived, she refused to greet me once again and knocked over a soda I was trying to purchase. After allowing it to rollover, she then picked it up to scan and didn’t even apologize. Being that it’s a CARBONATED beverage, I told her I would get another to replace it. She then said something under her breath with an attitude. I am not sure why she is always so unpleasant. I am only giving an additional star because there’s a tall slender guy that works there that is very nice.I would love if you guys would just bring the self checkout back so that I never have to deal with her again.

An unorganized mess. Why is there always boxes in every aisle. Be careful, I’m sure there’s safety issues. And definitely check all your expiration dates. Dollar Generals have really gotten filthy.

Good selection of everything. Some aisles are narrow except for the ones that are promoting the new seasonal merchandise that is just coming in. For example, school supplies. I noted fall cleanup gear like garden rakes and more are showing up. I appreciate the refrigerator and freezer sections. They do have reduced named items (Dollar General) that are cheaper than other brands. A circulars are available for further savings. Their clothing section is lacking women's wear.. Plenty of parking out front with a couple handicapped parking spots. The staff is friendly and have a pretty good memory for where items are located. It's in a strip mall with a roof which is great for rainy days. Don't remember the time the store opens but it closes at 10pm. Shopping carts and hand baskets are available.

I love this store. The prices are reasonable. You'd be surprised at their inventory. It like an old hardware store I'd go to with my dad. He'd ask the clerk who would disappear for a minute and then return with item. That's how the staff is there. Friendly, willing to take you to where the product is located. They have many seasonal items and other items you wouldn't expect. It's fun to walk around and just look too. They have a little bit of everything!

Moved here from NYC about 2 years ago, been going to this dollar general ever since it’s literally across the street from me. They are understaffed and sometimes the store closes well before 10 pm. A lot of the store isles aren’t fully stocked but I’m sure that’s due to just not having enough employees. Every time I go in this store and there are other customers in front or behind me, I don’t get greeted but the ppl that literally just came in before or after me get a “Hey how you doing”, I get nothing unless I engage them except for Doug, it’s not a big deal it just bothers me a little. I come in there at least 3-4 times a week, like I just want to know why I’m not greeting worthy lol. It wouldn’t even have crossed my mind if I walked in alone every time but I go there so often. Good store and the self checkout was a good addition.

I love this store as it saves me from having to go to the other bigger supermarkets. It is small, but once you’ve been there a few times you can usually find the things you need pretty quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful and I never mind waiting in line for a few minutes. They have great digital coupons and I try to stock up on my paper products on Saturdays when they have $5 off $25.

The employees r great at this store. Even tho they have to be overwhelmed they still make time to answer my questions. I never feel rushed when i go there n i love that they r not following me around the store. I take a long time shopping and sometimes feel like im being watched n they could care less about my ocd over every item i pick up n just let me be to shop my way. Some stores make me feel uncomfortable but this store is awesome n they let me wonder the store as long as i want.

Look I can't say nothing bad about your store y'all have cauliflower rice and asparagus in the dollar store I can't even find it in the regular Market just fabulous I can't say no more your cashier's be on top of their game they get out there when they'd see a long-line forming other dollar stores will let that lie go around the store out the door down the street around the corner and will still sit in the office or continue stock the shelves and not care that the lines are long and your staff is nice and the young lady I had the other day name Shakira she was very nice and helpful and she let me run back and get something so I want to mention her very nice and she was very helpful thank you and thank your crew

Quick service cashier however was to concerned with side bar conversation then properly bagging my items. Mixing food n cleaning products in one bag . never mind double bagging the bleach n soap

This store still needs to better clean checkout counters and floors and has improved in restocking the shelves. Great prices and helpful associates, she's back and it shows!

Look the people,prices and convenience is great. I went into this Runnemede nj store. This store is nothing but a mess!!!!!!!!!! What a pitty. Nothing is in the place it should be. So very disorganized. I don't know if they have enough help or what? If I owned by this store I would be embaraced. Needless to say I will take my shopping to another dollar general. Magnolia or Bellmawr.

It is what it is, a corner shop. Has a little of everything, their prices rarely match the shelf price. The register is either unmanned while someone is stocking the store, or the line is five deep and no one comes to help.

Closest store to by my parents' home, I usually visit for convenience's sake. That said, the store brands are reasonably priced, and the employees are friendly. Also, cheap stickers for my daughter. :-D

I really like this place the staff were very friendly and patient the only reason why I'm giving it a four instead of a five-star is because the store is constantly trying to keep the store stocked, but it's usually picked threw and what you are looking for is not always in stock.

Never have enough help. The last 4 times i have been there the line was 6 people deep with 1 cashier and the other one was right outside the door smoking. Then after i waited 15 minutes in line, the other girl comes in and asks to help the next person when the person behind me jumps over. No control or organization in that store. Furthermore another time i was in with my 3 year old and they wouldnt let my son use the bathroom. I let him pee on the building outside for that one, especially because the other employee let him a few weeks prior. The smoking right outside the front door with the employees and them talking out there to their friends is just the worst part. Very unprofessional and rude especially when you have to walk through cigarette smoke with your child to get into the store. Not a happy customer and im sure nothing will change. The manager is 18 and you can tell she wouldnt care because she is the one doing it too.

Usually have everything I need. Only drawback to this particular one is that they really do not seem to clean it often enough. And there is usually 1 very slow cashier and they are not very friendly.

This place is a disaster & employees are disgrace!! Most of them are clearly on drugs!! Always smoking outside the store while customers are waiting in line!! Foul mouths & nasty conversations out loud for everyone in the store to hear. Will NEVER go there again & I suggest anyone with children DO NOT go there!! This is a nice review, don’t want to put on here what I witnessed at this location!!

I love dollar general I'm always take my baby with me to do shipping in this place, but unfortunately I feel disappointed because I went today morning for shopping but there's lady she work over there she bother me alot she always disrespect she has a bad bahevier and bad reaction every time I say to my it's OK no problem ,but today she was very very bad and disrespectful so I asked her excuse me why you doing this why you always never respect she said I know I disrespect she try to say she doesn't care , she also Scarry my son he baby he just couple of months.. I need really to talk with the big boss about this because this lady this not first time to bother me I think she very racist or just bad I don't know but I feel bad she made me very upset .I hope if the owner for this position can take care of this ..thanks

Was there a few days ago and man has it gone down hill . Super dirty and the cashier was making everyone uncomfortable with complaining about work drama . I almost dropped my stuff and left . I understand that there is going to be drama in the work place but god damn keep it professional and dont make it your customers problem.

Gone to this store ever since i was small! Not bad of a store. They have cool seasonal stuff.
