On Thursday October, 5 2023, I entered the Dollar Tree Store, located at 67 St. Georges Avenue Roselle NJ. Store 7735. I shopped for energy drinks and purchased quite a few 24 to be exact. I got on the checkout line, and because I am disabled with Rheumatoid arthritis and recent spine surgery, I asked the cashier if it would be possible to borrow one of the shopping carts without the stick barrier to bring my drinks out to my car. She responded that I would need to talk to the manager. The manager (Giuliani)came to the front ignored me and opened up the cash register on line number three, so I politely asked her if I could borrow one of the Five shopping carts without the stick barrier to transport my items to my car, because I am disabled, and unable to carry anything heavy. She said no, that would not be possible. So I asked her if she would be able to help me carry it out to my car. She asked me where my car was, and I responded, It’s right in the front of the store, in the handicap parking spot she then told me that she wasn’t able leave the store. I explained to Giuliana that I had recent surgery on my spine and her response was, “If you had spine surgery you shouldn’t be shopping for things that You can’t carry” Not only did I feel like she was out of line responding with such a condescending comment, but it was very upsetting and humiliating!! Fortunately a young lady behind me on the line offered to help me. I guess there are still kind and compassionate people in the world just not at Dollar Tree. I am extremely disgusted Embarrassed and humiliated about the way that I was treated

the employees are under appreciated, overworked and they are always so tired at the end of their shift. they are so nice and funny too however the ignorant customers still would argue with them for no reason. kids and teen delinquents come there to steal as well. these workers deserve so much better. it’s not even rarely their faults for any of their customers problems..it’s usually always the customers who start it.

Ive been going there since I moved here a year ago. Great staff but yesterday the customer service staff William went out of his way to help me looking for item I need it. Great customer serviced service also what to mention the great customer service from Brigitte,Judy,Roxane great customer service very helpful and kind. Dollar store should be very proud to have these wonderful employees working for them.

This store is always fully stocked but the downside is lines are always long and one register open. They have self check out but its so disorganized. They only have one line whether you wait for self check out or you wait for a employee at the register. It makes no sense it should be 2 different lines. Why make people wait 15 minutes to tell them when they get in front of the line they can now use self check out. The point of self check out is to speed up the line not make you wait in the same line as everyone else.

9/17/22 I'm not exactly sure why this store offers buy online and pick up at the store when they have no intentions of actually fulfilling their customer's orders. I placed my order around 3:30 pm today and by 7 pm it was canceled. I personally went to the store and found all items with the exception of 2 items. This took me less than 10 minutes without knowing the store layout. So imagine how long it would take a DG employee to fulfill this order.This store was recently remodeled and they reduce the number of registers. Now the line is long and scratches back to the back of the store at any given time. Since the remodel the self check-out has worked maybe one time. I'm not exactly sure what genius at Dollar General thought it was okay to eliminate the additional two registers. Be prepared to stand in line for at least 15 to 20 minutes since there's only two cashiers and the self-checkout is never available.

Asked an employee if they can unlock the door so that my special needs cousin can use the bathroom. You can clearly see that he is special needs. Employee told me that he had to be a senior citizen because “it’s policy”.

I run into the store most of the time to grab something quick but usually end up walking around because they have good deals.But today I went in and right out because the music was obnoxiously loud and inappropriate and to top it all there was one of the guys that work there singing of the top of his lungs.I get that working and listening to music is always a way to keep your mind off the long hours of a work day but please be professional and keep it at a decent volume and stop singing blame it on the alchohol all loud.

I worked a few blocks from this Dollar store. I usually stopped there after work to purchase a few chips, juice and why. The store is quite understaffed. Perhaps, it is upper management bright idea. Huge lines are the norm when ever I go in. Awhile ago, I stopped by to purchase a few things. One cashier was manning 2 registers by himself. This is what the country has turned into.

Great prices and you can even find some national brands there for really good prices, like in the make-up and hair care sections and also their food section. Very convenient location as well and staff were friendly too. A little disorganized in areas, but overall clean.

Love this location. They always have what I'm looking for. The staff are great as well. Friendly and accommodating. They also have a self checkout, that's what makes me come all the way to Roselle!

This store is not good, always disorganized merchandise all over the place I went to buy candies and it said 2 for 3dollars when I went to pay it was different price the cashier call the manager and I show her and she said it wasn't the price they put then in the wrong spot and I had to pay full price like if I put them in there. Not good service

Just had to put $100 worth of items back. I was in a rush and there is always one Cashier when I come in there. I was in the line for 15 mins. This locations has to do better. Terrible customer service

The line is always long here, and I don't find the store to be well stocked. I've gone here a few times and been unable to find the items that I wanted.

Nice and convenient store located in Chestnut Avenue in Roselle NJ.One day I bought a product there and I didn’t get the discount that it was on the label,then I spoke with the store manager and I explained to him the situation, then he gave me that discount and save some extra money.

Went there to get some laundry detergent and a few other things before heading to laundromat. I had to use the bathroom, so I asked a representative who told me the bathroom was up front. When I got to the front of the store, I realized the door was locked and asked if the door is always locked, he stated that it is and he would need to get the key. I walked to register to get the key and was told by the cashier that she couldn’t give me the key. Needless to say, I spent $60 dollars in the store only to be treated like a bum who is unworthy of using the restroom at the local dollar general.

Randomly will decide they want to close at 930 and put sign outside. Other times they just shut off the doors with no sign so u simply cant get in. No idea how the owner/manager allows this place to be run so bad.

Brand name foods. The greatest selection of brownies anywhere; including Ghirardelli. The DG tall kitchen bags are Glad quality. Inexpensive holiday decor.
