If I could give this pharmacy a zero, I would there is always a mistake. They give you an attitude when they make a mistake, which is very comical and be prepared to wait at least an hour on the phone or an hour in line every single time no matter what it’s a terrible pharmacy. The customer service sucks and if I could give it zero I definitely would it’s time to change pharmacies.

By far the worst, most incompentent pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. After years of having my stuff filled here, the store manager Q (the only capable employee there) suggested to find a new pharmacy since they can not fill the prescriptions coming through their store anymore. I spoke with my doctor's office after I spoke with Q, and was told from their stand point this is the worst pharmacy in Union County. VENA DOESNT CARE IF YOU DIE WAITING FOR YOUR MEDS. Seems like they are suspiciously out of stock on most medication 90% of the time. Someone from corporate should do an audit and clean house. Unprofessional at best.

Place needs to be razed to the ground. You got crackheads flowing in left and right, people begging for money in the parking lot, it takes 30 minutes standing behind 3 people on line to pick up a prescription, and for the love of god save yourself and don’t even try with the drive through.

This review is for a pharmacy staff member called Jasmine who feels the need to hang up the call when questions are being asked. The most rudest thing a pharmacist can do is not listen to the patient or guardian. You are doing the job for the paycheck or because you care for what your profession is? As for the pharmacy itself, how is it that a much needed medication for a child is place on hold because the insurance won't cover it? How about calling the parent and seeing if they are willing to pay for the medication. How about checking the history and seeing that the medication is paid for out of pocket when it was initially moved to your pharmacy. This place is not worth the time.. Go someplace who will care for what their profession is for rather than a paycheck. .At the end of the day, we should be able to trust them and hope they are giving us correct / helpful information.

Lazy pharmacists... Every time I come in for my prescription, apparently there’s nothing even though my doctor said its ready (for several days at this point). And then they give me a bad attitude as if that’s my fault. Just quit your damn job if you hate it so much! Oh and they treat their own people nicer than us. Will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy close by! 😊💕

I would love to give this location 5 Stars, as the store is great. Everything is always well stocked and all of the employees are really helpful whenever I need them.But - the pharmacy is a different story. They really need to step up the customer service. There is one girl in partucular who is very rude, I didn't get her name. She knew I was waiting in store for my son's script and when I saw that they closed the area and went to lunch, I asked her what happened to my script. She acted like she didn't know who I was and said I had to wait until AFTER they came back from lunch to get my sons meds. She literally yelled at me in front of my son and another customer. The customer that saw the whole thing told management. I was just going to let it go because I have no time for the aggrivation. Regardless I left and I had to go back later to get the script that I was supposedly waiting for.

That’s a shame see the guy is setting the prescription laughing and yoking a lot with the ladies and made me wait for my prescription more than 30 mns. At the same time see him touching and touching his beard, is really disgusting. He’s name is Daniel. At the end they give me the prescription because I was really sick thinking call 911 because I really needed the prescription for my asma and bronchitis. Just for updating another shame from this pharmacy.

Unfortunately the pharmacist I dealt with here did not go out to their way to promote patient care or medication adherence -- I was told my mother's rx was too soon and was given the option to pay for the days difference as they will only supply a carry over if there is no refill and a new script is pending (asked twice and was told this was their "policy") - being in healthcare, and knowing the pharmacy industry I had to call the insurance company and request an override for a refill for my mother (which the pharmacy should have done, or at the least suggested, rather than being told to pay an overpriced difference for the days she was early -- generic pills cost cents to produce, so even the quote was bogus). I understand pharmacies have prescriptions to fill, calls to make, etc. but it's also important to care and advocate for your patients in an industry where the pharmacy staff are the "professional" experts and supposed to promote medication adherence. I had to write this review as I hope the patients who do not have an advocate demand more from staff, question what they are told, and sadly advocate for themselves as the pharmacist cannot be bothered.

I had never filled a prescription here at this CVS but it is a good place to buy health and beauty products. Can’t beat the benefits of the lower sales tax when every penny counts.

I have to say I am sick of this location. I went to the pharmacy and the male pharmacist looked at my prescription and asked me if I knew what was prescribed ? ( of course I do, I was at my doctors office when he made the prescription). After I told him what was on the prescription he said I can only fill one item. The other ( which was a cough syrup) is a controlled substance and we have to order it because we do not carry that item in the store ???????. It will be at least Wednesday. Today is Friday. In stead of complaining I simply had the other item filled.When I went to the pharmacy counter to pay a nice young lady asked where is my other order? I said “ HE “ told me not until Wednesday the earliest. She said stand by and went directly to my prescribed medication and filled my order. This man is playing with peoples lives and should be removed from his job. I thank the young lady who showed professionalism and decency. I feel as though this man judged me the moment he saw me and based his decision on filling my order due to the color of my skin.I am filling a complaint with corporate immediately.

Fairly decent CVS, location is pretty convenient since it’s near the city hall & a few restaurants on the entire street. Experience seems all right, did a self check out, something came up on the machine & a staff member came out quickly without me glancing up & it got resolved. The place seems a little dingey & old though, could be brightened up a bit.

Store#2064 roselle NJ. I have been in retail sales 40 years. Retired now . I walk in to my CVS store this morning to print my granddaughter pictures but didn't now how to do do. I ask Denise uf she would help me she was so amazing an patient. What a great staff in the manager Que,Denise,xena,Ruth. CVS should be so proud to have these wonderful employees represent CVS in roselle NJ. If I could leave 0 I would. Every single time I go here there is a problem. Been trying to pick up my prescription that is ready for two days now. Everything in store is behind lock and key, with very little staff. Needs to be closed.

I hate the Customer Service from this location. They don’t take care of their Customers neither have any type of commitment with their Customers. I went to pick up my prescription around 8pm on a Monday and they were closed. No sign, no explanation, nothing. Needed to ask the cashier because no one told me that they were going to close earlier when I dropped off my prescription from the Doctor in the afternoon. The Lady was has told me they were updating their System, really? A Company with that size is closing their Pharmacy due to a System? Don’t buy it.It’s amazing how people don’t care about others. We are talking about a Pharmacy. People need their Meds. Got really disappointed with the miss communication from their employees. No wonder CVS is closing 300 locations. Hope they can close this one.

I’ve been back and forth with them for 5+ weeks about a prescription they claim to not have received after my Dr. has personally called the pharmacy to transfer over. Every single time I go in they give the same excuse of not having anything on file. Beyond ridiculous.

I've been at this location a few times over the last 5 years, but my most recent experience on Saturday night an hour before they closed. RUTH really stood out!! She was friendly, helpful, & is the ideal CVS employee. She went the extra mile!

Similar pharmacy experience as other reviewers. I used this CVS for the past 2 years. On average, it takes 2-3 visits to get my meds. (luckily they are only 5 mins away from my apt.) They said they can’t control the automated system that texts when my rx is ready, i should just call before coming in. Whenever I try calling to check first, no one answers the phone.I’m switching to Walgreens across the street but my dr accidentally sent my last round of prescriptions to CVS. I called to have the new rx cancelled so Walgreens could put in a claim with my insurance. I was on hold for 10 mins earlier today, then 23 mins later this afternoon. Once I got a person, it took 2 mins to handle my issue.

The worst location. They continually place you on hold for minutes at a time. Very unprofessional and incompetent pharmacy staff. My dads doctor faxed a prescription for a antibiotic and when I called to see if it was filled they claimed they didn't receive it. They then sent me a text stating that the medicine prescribed was on order. They gave me the option to have it sent to a different CVS but when I called them they kept me on hold. Very disgusted with this place. I am going to move my prescriptions and my dads prescriptions elsewhere. Horrible service.

The pharmacy service has declined greatly over the years.I called to refill an old prescription that i have been getting for many years. I get a text back from cvs that my doctor declined to refill the med and i need to make an appointment with him. When i called my doctor, he said the office sent what was needed back to the pharmacy the same day and i needed no appointment ... I called back the pharmacy and after sitting on the phone waiting for 20+ mintues i spoke to someone who said the medication out of stock and needed to be ordered and will be ready Monday.Mind you, I intitially called for a refill tuesday and i called back thursday to advise what the doctor told me. I had to explain the importance of the medication and that it was needed now and not acceptable to take almost a week to refill the prescription. They then state it would ready by friday end of day. It is friday now and have been calling all day with no answer on the phone. I waited 30+ minutes twice during my attempts. So i will have to go check the status in person 😡It's a shame. It used to be a really good pharmacy

I live a good 20 minutes away from this pharmacy & started doing business with them because of the Insurance I now have. Their customer service is terrible! I get the impression that the younger personnel, thinks they are "doing us a favor". What they seem to forget is that without us (the customer) none of them would have a job...

This is the worst CVS I've ever been to! I've never had been told that they were on backorder for almost every prescription. I've had doctors send prescriptions there for my daughter and myself on several occasions and they always say its not available for over a week. This last time I had to call twice and both times it said my medication was on back order. After waiting two weeks, they finally said it was available. I couldn't go on the day of, so I decided to go 3 days later and they tell me they no longer have my medication and its again on backorder. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Why am I getting a text saying to pick up my medication, if its not going to be available?!?! I usually don't like giving bad reviews but I'm tired of the lack of customer service as well as the terrible service in general. If I could give five NEGATIVE stars, I totally would.

I went to this location on Friday June 18th. Scott, the pharmacist on duty was extremely rude to my mother. He never allowed her to even finish her sentence! I stepped up to the counter and explained what my mother was trying to say as Scott continued to talk over me stating WITHOUT EYE CONTACT, “ there are no refills on the medication.” That was NEVER the question my mother was asking!! If you are going to sit in a “lab coat” behind a computer at least LISTEN to the customers who approach the counter. As a Doctor who wears my white coat proudly I would NEVER treat my patients this way. I am completely shocked that a pharmacist who is considered the face of the department would be this rude and insensitive.Maybe employ people with actual degrees rather than certificates and you would receive better reviews.

As usual, just hung up from waiting on hold for 1 hour 8 minutes for pharmacy. Not one person came on to say please hold, be right with you, nothing. This is not the first time. Absolutely horrible. I got tired of waiting, and I still don't have question answered!

My elderly parents live with me and much of their medication is called into the pharmacy. I have a simple question and this is what happened....First call waited about 15 minutes, then someone hung up.Second call waited 59 minutes before I spoke to someone! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!I have screenshots of wait time!

One of the counter clerks had her mask down around her chin. Her nose and mouth were completely uncovered. Her total disregard for customers' health and safety have made me consider never returning to this location. I would hope the managers would have done a better job of educating their staff.
