His favorite part are the ties and bandanna’s he would come home with after being groomed. We are moving out of state and so sad to part ways with such an amazing groomer. Overall amazing groomer!! I routinely take Chester to Tia Jana for grooming. Every time Chester comes back, he has a perfect haircut, clean teeth, and a wonderful scent. Tia Jana's professionalism and genuine care for her furry clients shine through in every interaction. I always recommend her to friends and family looking for a groomer. She definitely is one of the best groomers I've ever encountered!

Tia Jana did an amazing job with our new rescue, Kiwi, who is still decompressing and very skittish. Tia look the time to build trust and make her feel safe. She had lots of matting that Tia was able to remove and still leave her looking adorable! We are so glad to have found a groomer that clearly loves these dogs and her job. Thanks Tia! She even did a photo shoot and sent us the pics. Super cute with accessories my kids loved to see on Kiwi.

Tia Jana & her assistant are the best in the world!! I’ve been bringing both my poodles to her for 5 yrs now & had never ever had a bad haircut. They always come home looking & smelling amazing. These ladies always take the extra step to make sure my dogs are well groomed & there treated as if they were her own. A+++++ definitely recommend!!!

Absolutely wonderful. What a most positive experience. Our first time to Tia Jana and will most definitely be returning!!! I cannot say enough about this amazing place for dogs to be groomed! Jana, the owner called me with a cancellation for our most precious 12 year old yorkie named Louie and said because he is a senior, she would take her time and do him personally for his grooming. He was so comfortable with her, so relaxed and calm when we picked him up and so happy!! We found a bonding friendship with Jana and will return to her open arms again for his next grooming. I was so nervous dropping off my 8month old Standard Poodle but am so happy I did. The ladies at Tia Jana Dog Care were so patient and caring with my little girl. This is my go-to groomer. Owner is lovely and my dog come home looking and smelling great. They take their time especially with my dog that doesn’t like dryers. Will always go back here. At other grooming places they would call me saying my dog would be ready to be picked up in 30 minutes and she would come out so hyped up and agitated. When I pick her up from Tia Jana, my dog is calm and loves the owner.

Amazing communication and care! We had a delicate situation with our Bichon Frise who will be getting surgery, and he was in need of expert grooming. A great price for thorough and top notch service. Our dog is skittish and nervous, but he was welcomed in and well taken care of. The cut was perfect, and he left with cute neckwear. I am so grateful to have found this place. She possesses expertise beyond grooming and gave us many helpful suggestions. Tia Jana definitely earned our trust!

I took my 2 Shih Tzu's for the first time here. And oh my gosh, this is an unbelievable grooming place. My 2 babies look so happy and not stressed out. Tia Jana is the best groomer my dogs has ever had in years. I will be so distraught if Tia Jana moves away from our town. Omg! Tia Jana does an amazig job. I can’t believe she’s only been 15 minutes away all this time. She’s so sweet and treats your dog so nice and most importantly I saw how much she cared about my little boy and I was just a first time customer. Last time I took my Maltese dog to petsmart he came out bleeding from his nails so bad that he couldn’t even walk & he looked so scared I said NEVER again. I picked up my dog from Tia yesterday looking happy and not scared, smelling really good, nails were done perfect, great haircut and she also took the time to clean his teeth & explained to me how to take good care of his hair. She also took the time to tell me my dog had an ear infection put some drops for it and Now thanks to her I know he has an ear infection that i will be taking care of this week. Affordable prices, and a amazing groomer. I even scheduled his next grooming day with her already. Definitely recommend!

AMAZING PLACE!!!!!!!! My puppy came out smelling amazing, wasn’t scared, had the best cut he’s ever had (and we religiously get him groomed every 2 months). They were able to catch a small ear infection early so we can get it treated. My pup even got a tie and picture included!!!! It was a great experience and a great price. We are happy and my puppy is happy. The place is open so you can see everything that’s going on there’s no doors hiding everything. They truly care about the animals. My pup usually shakes like crazy and is so scared at the groomers but not here. He was very calm and let her do everything she needed!! We will be customers for life!!
