Splash Paws has done an amazing job with our dog Rosie! They are always friendly and so good with her. We tried taking her somewhere else once and they said they couldn’t cut her hair because she was nipping and not used to it. She is a puppy but Splash Paws takes their time with Rosie and had no problem safely cutting her hair, even around her face and eyes.

I took our Shih Tzu to Splash Paws, and I must say, I am impressed with the service we received. The groomer showcased exceptional skill and attention to detail, making sure that our furry baby looked absolutely perfect.From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, it really created a pleasant and stress-free environment for both our pet and us. The groomer took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided personalized care that exceeded my expectations.The grooming session itself was meticulous. The groomer's expertise with Shih Tzus is evident. They carefully trimmed, washed, and styled my dog’s coat, achieving a look that was both adorable and breed-appropriate. I was particularly pleased with how gentle they were, making sure my pet was comfortable throughout the process.What impressed me most was the groomer's ability to connect with my pet. They handled our Shih Tzu with such care and affection, it is clear they have a genuine love for animals. This connection made the experience enjoyable for my dog, which is something any pet owner would appreciate.The end result was nothing short of amazing. My Shih Tzu came out looking refreshed, happy, and impeccably groomed. Absolutely going back! As soon as you walk in and meet the groomer you know your pup will receive the best service possible. The groomer was incredibly friendly, kind and patient. She was very professional and you can tell she takes her job seriously and has a big LOVE for these animals. Our pup came out happy, smelling great and feeling soft! We love this place!

I highly recommend Splash Paws for your pup’s grooming needs. I brought my pet for bath/haircut and detangle and was incredibly pleased with the results. Crisan was so gentle and patient with my dog, and all around helpful and kind, I am only ever coming here for pet grooming.

Horrible experience…I had bought a Groupon for grooming about 3 weeks ago and had made the appointment. When my daughter took my dog for the appointment. The owner was about to charge her $80 (regular price) and lied and made an excuses that dog is extremely matted when he absolutely wasn’t. My dog is not a street dog and I get him groomed regularly. She asked for $18 for dematting so I told her ok charge $18 but then it should be the Groupon price but she refused and wanted to charge my daughter $80 and was extremely rude to me when I questioned her and very unprofessional. This is a fraudulent way of attracting new customers and then charging them her own price. This business has been reported because SHE IS A FRAUD..!!!

Well, the first visit was not a good experience, I had an appointment on a Friday at 1 pm, when I arrived she told me ,somebody had the same appointment online and had three dogs. If I could come back an hour later, I came back 2 pm and at 5 pm my dog ​​was ready, I paid extra for being extra large$97 and for shedding $18, my dog ​​didn't even smell good, no nails, no teeth, a very poor service! Maybe she doesn’t have enough experience with golden retriever! First and last time for me.

What a great experience!!!The owner is a true dog lover. The love she shows the dogs is real and you can tell by your dogs reaction.She really listened to me on what I would like here to do with my 2 Pomeranians and did a beautiful job with both my 10 year old and 5 year old. You can tell she loves her perfusion and dogs. You can tell it in her work and the way the dogs act around her. Best experience with a groomer ever. Extremely professional and caring! Don’t hesitate to take your dogs there. You and your dog will love her and her place.

The Owner did a fantastic job on my dogs. I took 3 of them in at the same time and she treated all of them with patience and love. 2 of my dogs were really anxious and she handled them with kindness. I 100% recommend and will be returning in the future

Amazing experience!!! The owner is a true dog lover. She was patient with our anxious pup and we couldn’t be happier. She carefully took care of all the matted hair in his ears which I did not even notice that were there. Extremely professional and caring! Don’t hesitate to take your dog in. The prices can’t be beat as well.
