It’s 1 am and I needed some sanitary napkins and the doors were locked. I rang the small bell located on the door. They doors still did not open. The person at the counter looked directly at him and continued scanning the cigarettes. He then proceeds to go to the back of the store without giving me an explanation as to why I cant enter. I felt completely disrespected. I had my mask on and was dressed appropriately I couldn’t see a reason for him ignoring a paying customer!

Literally inhumane! Skip this location at all costs! I paid twice what I usually pay in other 7 11 locations for food and drinks for my 9y.o. Then I asked them to use the restroom and he casually said no. I hope they get the Karma they deserve. Cruel!!

Very very rude and no people skills when it comes to customer service zero they always have what you need. Go in and grab what you need without having to open your mouth, pay and leave. Also look at your receipt they like to overcharge for things. Happened to me multiple times.

They had run out of buttered rolls but had plain onesThey refused to make 2 buttered rolls but would sell me 2 plain and a package of 4 sticks of butter. At the same time the manager showed me that they had open butter?? While convenient to me I will make the effort to shop somewhere else.

First time I went there about 3 weeks ago, I was disappointed. Maybe the clerk was having a bad morning. Since then, love the store. Morning kid is talkative and remembers what I get every morning. Glad I did not review based on one stop

Most of the staff with the exception of 3 and thats including all shifts are very rude. Will even disrespect you in there own language so you cant understand. Like the previous guide said, dont expect to be treated nicely and most definitely expect to get dirty looks once you walk in... Very sad, but there's another 7/11 up the street. Far better service, you might even get a smile 👍

What I didn't like is expired pizza being displayed , when I asked when is the next fresh of pizza coming out, I was told it made too order and sold as an entire pie not slices!!
