PROS: the pharmacy assistants are patient, sympathetic, kind, cheerful and helpful; they always make the time to explain things to me, help me find items, or just make sure I am getting my money charged correctly or discounts; the store is well clean and stocked and items are easy to find.Cons (and why I have started shopping at CVS):(1) the pharmacy is always out of stock of my regular prescriptions! I've had to drive to other Walgreens to get my prescriptions(2) the Pharmacists are obnoxious--one make a snarky remark when I went on a certain type of prescription (of a delicate nature) and the other, when I requested she speak to the express online pharmacy company as they told me to ask them to do because I was trying to move my prescription from online to the physical Walgreens pharmacy, scoffed at me, and said "sure, but they'll never do it," and she never called it in! pharmacist!)(3) the man at the register at the front of the store is the worst: his attitude is nasty unless you are a "regular" customer he knows or a friend or just random people he deems he likes (literally he will be cheery, patiently walk the person in front of me online through checking out an entering their customer card, and offer a bag), and then to me he also gets impatient and does not offer a bag, tosses my items out of the handcart onto the counter as if they are contaminated; and, he also never calls for backup no matter how long his line is!

I go out of my way to go to this walgreens. Everyone is always helpful and the store is kept well stocked and its a pleasure to shop there. I also luv the drive thru pharmacy Fast and efficient and friendly.

How can a pharmacy close at 7 o’clock every day? It’s almost impossible to get to there after work and they don’t open until 9 or 10am.For some reason, my company switched from CVS because of new insurance. I miss CVS especially the 24 hour service.

The service is as great as it can be.. there is always an issue when here , whether it's the register or power outage or something you always end up waiting & there is always a problem but I do love it & the people thatwork there are si king they make it with all the trouble

Terrribllle customer service at this location! I just moved into the neighborhood this week and was delighted by the proximity to my new home. Unfortunately, what should've been a small and simple resolve was met with unprofessional lack of courtesy. While perusing there were tons of sale signs up and I saw a promotion for a few appetizers which read 4/$10. After realizing I had been overcharged, I figured it would be a simple fix for a small $9.16 difference.Instead, there was an Indian woman who became argumentative, stating that the sale doesn't begin until tomorrow and that they had to put signs up early because they were short staffed. I responded that it's no big deal but there's nothing on the tag that would've indicated that. She just kept pointing out that it ends 4/25 which doesn't tell me anything about when it started. Normally I would've accepted the mistake and dismissed it altogether, but her reaction caused me to stand my ground.Eventually, I was granted the difference. However, during that time she set her sights on another patron who had been having trouble with his card at the other register. She then told the cashier that was servicing my refund that the guy having card troubles must be broke. Her demeanor throughout the entirety of this incident was truly unpleasant and absolutely uncalled for, speaks volumes of her character.

Do not use this Walgreens. I witnessed mouse droppings on the shelves in several aisles at this particular Walgreens, sad in such a nice town as Roseland. On top of it there staff is terrible they are NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED! Roz Brewer Ceo of Walgreens you are dropping the ball!!

Pharmacy was completely and randomly closed for the entire day on a Saturday. There seemed to be only one employee the entire day in the store. Now I can't get the prescriptions I need. Not sure why hours are advertised as "open" when the pharmacy is completely closed randomly on certain days

I normally like this place as I go there quite often. Yesterday I went there and one of the employees was not wearing a mask but she was wearing a face shield that barely covered her face I asked the man at the register if she was the manager He said yes. Everyone should be wearing a mask the face shield does not alone prevent you or me from getting COVID-19. They also have a recording over the speakers that says everyone should be wearing a mask.I do not feel comfortable being in a store when it’s employees don’t follow the rules.

I don't see anything wrong with this place at all. This Walgreens is perfect! They even have employees standing around in case you need help finding something! Staff are friendly! Also, when the place does get busy, there are always more cashiers coming to speed up the checkout.

Fire Everyone in the Pharmacy!!!We've been going here for many years but once Ryan left two months back, the pharmacy has become a training ground for incompetence. They LOST my husband's prescription, which cannot be replaced. Its a controlled substance. It was two scripts dropped off two months ago. They won't admit to anything cause its a controlled substance.To be fair, the store itself is great. Great service, great people!Otherwise, they'd get a Zero here!

I went in for the first time after work and this lady was following me around and kept trying to talk to me the whole time she made me feel very uncomfortable acting like she was cleaning but was really trying to watch me i couldn't even enjoy shopping or looking around cuz this lady was annoying me i spend my money like everyone else why do that? She pissed me off so bad I didn't even buy everything I wanted smh will never go there again I will just stick with the ones around my neighborhood!

They want to scan your drivers license when you are clearly way over the age when you buy cigarettes and all your personal information is now in their system and then lie to you saying it is the law, it the only place I have been to in state and out of state that is doing this, buy someplace else besides there
