i had a really good experience @ dollar tree today. it was around 9pm (near their closing time) when i decided to pop in for a few goodies. i happened to purchase a jello parfait item that i wanted to enjoy in my car, but i didn’t have any plastic silverware to do so. i kindly asked the cashier if they had individually wrapped spoons that she could give me, but she respectfully told me that they did not. after me kindly turning down her offer of purchasing a 40-pack, she did a VERY generous act. she offered me a plastic spoon from her car, knowing that she had a brand new package of unopened/unused plastic utensils from a family picnic that she never used. at first i turned her down thinking i didn’t want to trouble her. she insisted that it wouldn’t be any trouble, and i took her offer. it was just so kind of her to go out of her way to please her costumer personally, even when the store itself couldn’t. her name was Gabby, and she had such a warm, welcoming, and outgoing smile. i hope DollarTree leadership reads this and recognizes how great her employee is! she really deserves some kind of recognition for this. thanks ;)

This is by far one of... well the best dollar tree I've been to in New Jersey!!! They have so much stuff here it's crazy!! I cannot believe some of the stuff they had here!! Manager has a great attitude and so do the floor and cashiers.

This is my go to dollar tree. Always have what i need and the prices are more than a dollar but the items are getting better and better!

Horrible customer service from the manager. She got mad because I asked for cash back. She said that they could not give cash back in the mornings and that this store is not a bank! Why would they offer cash back then? And they even charge you for it! She ended up giving me the money but with a horrible attitude! The gentleman who helped me in the register was very nice, but I feel bad for him working with that lady as his manager who also got mad at him for accepting my request of cash back as if it was his fault. REMOVE THE OFFER FROM THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GIVE PEOPLE CASH BACK!

This store is nice because it’s convenient. Not the cleanest store there is always boxes sitting in the isles. It is usually pretty well stocked but they do not get as much as other dollar stores. The cashiers are usually friendly but there is always a long line as they only use one register. They have a horrible parking filled with holes so be careful driving. They will close early when they feel like at times so watch the time.

This was my favorite dollar store, clean convenient when there were different people working there - pleasant. Ever since these new people are there I hate to step foot in it. They are so miserable, they have attitudes with the elderly and slam your things on the counter and the thing is the people working are older folks. Cmon working in customer service you should have a pleasant disposition. Peggy stood out today as one of the worse, usually I let it slide but man this older woman in front of me was missing 67 cents and she slammed her hands on the counter and sucked her teeth bc she would’ve had to void the transaction she even went as far as to say did you know you were short on money when you came up to the register and she said no I didn’t I swear it. We gave the lady her 67 cents so that Peggy’s precious day wouldn’t be ruined and then as I’m paying my things she’s slamming my stuff on the counter. I had half a mind to speak to a manager but decided against it and I should’ve done it bc walking out a woman tells me she’s always like that. That’s not right, where’s management at?

This particular one is in Roebling next to Rite Aid on RT 130. Fairly new to the area. Inside the store, you can see the store is clean and well maintained with stock items. The isles are always clear for shopping, products put away on the shelves. The employees are helpful and never too busy to help someone out. They are smiling and pleasant, almost one would say......happy. I prefer Dollar Tree stores because I know everything in the store is only a dollar. This Dollar Tree Store gets a thumbs up. Great job!

As always a wonderful experience, the personal service is second to none. I found a great value on a three carat pure white diamond ring that was made something I just could not pass up when they included and admittedly only lithograph not the original, of a Van Gogh. With the addition of a frame they already had ready for it, it pretty much broke my bank. My only complaint is the valet for the car did not warm it up completely before giving it to me.

Typical dollar store. If they have what you want and quality not an issue then with a shot. If you're on a limited budget and trying to stretch your money, carefully analyze what you're really getting for your money. Typically long lines. Not works fault. Cleaner than some dollar stores. Easy parking.

I ALWAYS find just what I need at this Dollar Tree Store. Since I live in Florence, I am able to go back there at least one or two times a week, because it's so close to home !!The employees are are very polite & friendly, & are helpful if I have a question or can't find something.

Love this Dollar Tree location; shelves neat and well stocked. When it's seasonal items, by them when you see them. They go fast. Helpful staff.

Great stuff. Wire baskets, rocks for terrariums, canned peaches (delicious), 647 bread, greeting cards, candy, paper goods, excellent variety. Staff is very friendly
