Today I had a horrible experience. I went to the pharmacy to get the medicine for my daughter, the woman was very rude to me. I think people to work with the public need to be more educated because they are being paid to serve people well.

I just arrive at this locations parking lot and I called 3/13/2020 exactly 9:58 a.m. , a lady picked up, I ask if my medication is ready to be picked up she said yes but when I ask how many tablets that would be she said oh I am too busy to check on that. She hang up and I went straight inside I ended up not picking up my meds since I felt the lady was lying, there were no customers at all. I called my Physician’s office told them I am changing Pharmacy.

Horrible experience! They didn't have meds for Pinkeye in stock. Said they would order it, come back in 24 hours. 24 hours later, no meds. Made them call Wharton store. They had the meds in stock the entire time. They could have sent me there yesterday. It's less than 5 miles away!!!

I never have a problem at this pharmacy. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

It Was horrible experience called Sunday for medicine.I was this afternoon and some body told me is not ready .She told me what name is the medicine.It was not there in the computer.I came 5 hours later ,and another person told me is too early to ask for medicine.this store need the persone work well

Worst customer service all of them are so miserable looks like they don’t wanna do their job and they don’t like what they’re doing and it’s sad because I wasn’t the only customer who has the same opinion I spoke with the manager but sheWe are working on it they don’t even say good morning to you how can I help you along face it’s horrible I’m looking for another pharmacy for my medication
