Pharmacy staff has an attitude. They will literally refuse to do their jobs. I worked at a pharmacy and can't believe they get away with being so nasty and lazy. The girl on the phone has plenty of time to tell you over and over that she can't take your info but not enough time to check ins info. They don't bill your ins and try to charge you full price. I had to ask why I was being charged so much and get my new ins info but she refused to take the info. This has happened before and then they give you an attitude when they have to type anything in. If you hate your job, go get a new one. Changing my pharmacy. AVOID

Hands down the worst CVS in Morris county. Every time you go you either get attitude, there’s a problem, or there’s about an hour wait. I have been sitting at the drive through now for 15 mins and some one has yet to acknowledge I’m here… stay away!

Pharmacy is very rude got a needed prescription and got it called in late. Would be there at 702 to pick it up but they refused to stay for two extra minutes. Don’t work in the medical industry if you’re not compassionate. I understand not wanting to stay open long but 2 minutes?! Unbelievable.

Never dealt with such miserable women in my life. Every single woman that works in the pharmacy is why I just called mine and my daughters few doctors to never ever use CVS again. I just moved to the area and always used CVS. Until now because of this place because I just cannot honestly deal with that disrespect and the first FEW times I went in I thought maybe they had a bad day but nah it’s been every single time with every single woman back there that ISNT even the actual pharmacist. If you hate your job THAT much, do everyone a favor and get a new job not dealing with the public. You’d be doing everyone a favor by leaving truthfully. Literally forgot what number my CVS card was under because I had to get a new number due to being a victim of DV and I asked if I could try another number when it wasn’t the first one I put in and the big lady in the pharmacy started rolling her eyes huffing and puffing she had to click a button so I could try again. I didn’t even want to try another time after that so I didn’t get any points for that order I guess. So sorry me being a victim of violence is SO inconvenient for YOU. Your job is just SO hard. What a cloud of misery over that place good lorrrrrd. ShopRite pharmacy it is! Hahaha yikes.

Absolutely the worse Pharmacy!!!! Rude, you call there wanting to actually speak to a human is laughable. Over 10 mins on hold recently and then I gave up. If I could use Shoprite Pharmacy I would. They can actually talk, work, help people and answer the phone with promptness. A great deal of laziness working at CVS Pharmacy. Good to know though...

Whenever I call to refill a prescription I get an automated service. I NEVER get the chance to speak to an actual pharmacist about my medications. Ridiculous.

Pharmacy staff is so incredibly rude. There's a reason why they have this many negative reviews. Go to the walgreens down the road or the CVS in the Target on Mount Hope Ave, they are much more friendly and helpful. Don't waste your time with these clowns

My mother has many injuries and can barely walk. She waited for 20+ in the CVS pharmacy drive thru lane for her medication and when she got to the window they said they couldn't fill her medication until tomorrow because of insurance.Frustrated, she left and called insurance who said her claim was not denied and that CVS never tried to process anything. My mother called the store and relayed what insurance said, and said she was waiting for so long in the drive thru line because of people taking COVID tests. The woman says "the drive thru is for convenience, you could have came inside" to which my mom replied "I can barely walk so I have to use the drive thru" and then the woman says "then go to walgreens" and hung up on my mother. We called back and her name was Jennifer.Just a heads up for anyone who expects competence or decency from CVS, probably go somewhere else!!!!Jennifer, I hope that if you ever have injuries that someone treats you like you treated my mother you miserable wench!!

Worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever been to. Every single time I go to pick up a prescription there is some sort of issue. Every time I go there, there are multiple unhappy customers in line, complaining about the horrible service. They literally lost one of my medications behind the counter the other day and it took them 30 minutes to look for it/ refill it. Today I go to pick up my other prescription and apparently they are completely out of the medication for the next two days, and no partial order can be given…? I’m done with this pharmacy, I will be switching today.

It's a decent store but the telephone system is the worst I have ever encountered. It takes several tries and as long as an hour to actually get to talk to a live person in the pharmacy. Then they put you on hold. When you do actually get a person it is not a pharmacist but a person who is ill informed about almost everything. My recent experience is the third such in less than seven days. Very disappointing and frustrating. Right now I've been on hold for 47 minutes.

Thank god we switched to Wal Greens. My wife went to pick up medicine for her mother in CVS, because my mother in law still uses them. The girl in the pharmacy section, Jayleen, not sure if I spelled it right, was very rude. My wife wanted to get a few covid tests and pay for them while she is getting the medicine in one shot, at the pharmacy. Jayleen was so rude, so abrupt and refused to let my wife pay for anything else in that section. If you are not able to deal with a customer, maybe you should not be one talking to customers. My wife went to pay for other items, which she shouldn't have to the front desk and asked for the manager. The cashier, who was this young man, said he was and she complained, but says it felt like it was all on death ear. No thank you. CVS lost our business and we are trying to convince my mother law to do the same. We used other locations with great results, but this location is terrible and should not be in business or hire some better staff.

A bit disappointed in the store because they are extremely understaffed which I can tell is a huge stress on the employees. The pharmacist MaryKate was awesome though!! She was very kind and very professional with me when I got my vaccine. I’m not great with getting shots, but she helped calm my nerves and I barely even felt the shot. Pharmacy staff gets 5 stars but unfortunately the store is struggling in my opinion. CVS, if you see this… hire more people! This place could thrive with some more help!

I would give no stars if I could because that is how many prescriptions they have successfully filled for me. The pharmacy at this location is completely incompetent. They will not notify you when the prescription is ready or if there are any issues.I learned my lesson the first time they screwed up my prescription but my doctors office accidentally sent it here and of course they screwed it up again. They have now failed to fill two different prescriptions two separate times three months apart. The first time I was understanding as it was the holidays and Covid was spiking but now there is no excuse and this is a pattern of negligence.I had my prescription filled at the Rockaway CVS in Target with prompt service and absolutely no issues. Use that location if you actually want your prescription.

There is one word that describes this CVS and it is: GARBAGE. I can never get through to the pharmacy and there is ALWAYS an issue. It's ridiculous. I am 100% going to pay more at Walgreens because getting anything done with this pharmacy is imossible. The last time there was also an issue so I confirmed all my info so the next time there was a problem they could contact me. Today the employee I spoke with claims I was left a voicemail and sent a text message which is literally a flat out lie. These are controlled substances my body is dependent on and they said they ran out of it. TODAY IS SATURDAY AND MY DOCTORS OFFICE DOESN'T OPEN TIL MONDAY. SO I WILL BE WITHOUT MY MEDICATION UNTIL MONDAY BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS PHARMACY COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO DO THEIR JOBS PROPERLY.

I dread having to fill my scripts here, there's always an issue, always a delay On top of that it takes 25+ minutes to get someone on the phone. Every month I have to call a week early to make sure my refill isn't lost(usually is) I've been on the same medication for multiple years and they still can't seem to figure it out.

I needed to refill a prescription at the CVS in Rockaway, NJ being from out of state I had called my Dr's at 8am to have them call in the prescription. They did so many times & I was told by CVS that they never called thwy had no prescription, when indeed they had recieved but bc I was out of state my insurance wouldn't cover it. Not a problem for me except I was NEVER told that everytime I called all the little girl on the phone could tell me was it hadn't been sent. After speaking with my Dr's office again, I was informed that CVS had indeed had recieved the phone call from my Dr's office at 8:45 am. This could have been resolved if the CVS in Rockaway had a more professional outlook, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I ran out of the pharmacy without filling my prescription because the girl Jennifer at the counter was not only stupid and nasty but her breathe was intolerable. Also looked like she hadn't showered in days!! Gross and unprofessional!!! She needs some of the Prozac they have in stock!!

I made an appointment to be tested over a week in advanced. I show up to my appointment and on top of having to wait half an hour, when I’m finally helped I’m told that my appointment can’t be found in the system and there’s nothing they can do about it. I had the text message, confirmation number, and all the proof necessary to prove that I indeed did have an appointment. Even after showing them the proof they refused to accommodate me. Absolutely horrible customer service, don’t waste your time scheduling with them.

Enrique is by far the best customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was so helpful. He went way above and beyond!!! This CVS is out of my way as I live in Sparta. But I will always be making the trip to this store. Its clean, well stocked with tons of variety.

This review is for Denesha the pharmacist. My husband and I came in as walk ins To the pharmacy for his booster (3)covid shot and for me my second. shingles shot. She was very accommodating and helpful. We really appreciated her taking the time without an appointment.. I know she was extremely busy in her job.. thank you again

Very unimpressed with this CVS. I arrived just after 9am to see the pharmacist - but the front doors were locked. Confused, I called and ended up speaking to someone at the pharmacy who said the CVS retail store has nobody to work the retail space - so the door is remaining closed and only pharmacy service available through the drive through. What a joke

very nice staff, extremely understaffed- management should do something about it. i've called 4 separate times and waited over 10 minutes each time to try and fill a prescription and no one answered. thankfully this medicine is not life threatening but extremely concerned for those who need these types of medications.

My friend who is a sick man has had a terrible service at the CVS, Rockaway! They are rude, incompetent, bad mannered , indifferent, unempathetic to list a few! Customer Service is non- existent! If you don't buck up your ideas we in community are going to put you put of business!!

Waited on phone to talk to pharmacist for more than a half an hour after being told pharmacist needed to talk over prescription with me. No one ever picked up. Drove over to find out what's up. Nothing, she didn't need to talk to me. I believe I will be changing location.

This cvs pharmacy has the most courteous helpful caring staff.The pharmacist is very professional over the phone and in person. I couldn't wait to give them my 5 stars because people with good work ethics are very rare these days and they deserve the praise. Good job Cvs.

This CVS is the worst! I was waiting 20 min for my covid test. I kept calling the number and no one was answering so I called the actual CVS and they were like oh all testing has been cancelled for today we suggest you try another CVS. What a waste of time. Thanks for nothing.

Love CVS Denville store always looks dirty .. no one around to help when you do ask questions they tend to be rude. Of course not all but most especially the manger.
