I think this store deserves no costumer anymore. First is they always say they are short staff in the pharmacy department. Slow, Mean and the line for for provider is always being sent to the voicemail. no hello no nothing. the store itself has no signs for things that are on sale for promotion.

I went to the cvs in rochelle park and met a young employee sultan, he was very helpful and seems like he connects with people and makes them feel valued. He's patient, and always willing to go the extra mile for customers to have a positive experience. Whether it's answering questions, resolving issues, or providing recommendations, Sultan is always there with a smile and I have seen him handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Ms.Rachel was not very kind to my friend and I, who were being completely respectful and nice. We bought saline and mucinex, for our sick friend, and we used self checkout. She asked for our ID’s and we said we don’t have it, obviously our bad we live so close i sometimes just forget when going nearby, we live three mins from the cvs. Anyways, she told us she couldn’t sell us the product which we compelty understood and said ok we will be right back, she snapped and said “we close at 10!” it was 9:16 and we said we live three mins away it’s right here we will be back soon. We pick up our ID’s and bring them, i walk in and she is helping someone else with her back turnt talking about us, real rude, to one of her coworkers. The coworker then realized we were behind her, i then showed her my ID. She then takes me to a register she checks us out and instead of giving it to me after my hand is out, she puts it in the counter after i’ve given her everything in here hand, just simple manners. My total is 19.48 but i had a coupon on my account, a coupon i applied at the self check out and she said it wasn’t there then i said yes it is i applied it earlier then it magically appeared. :)Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk, and a special thanks to you Rachel! !

Just passing through - thank God I don’t live near this store. Wow, so rude, so unhelpful. Employees who are mad to be there and dare customers to ask them anything. Lines everywhere, even though the store somehow seemed empty. Just awful - glad they’re not all like this one.

Went into Rochelle park cvs to pick up my medication with my dog and the manager didn't allowed to. Told me I had to leave my dog outside in the cold or tied up next to carts. Guess I have to go else where now

They are very slow at the pharmacy. Very unorganized. Pressed the call button 3 times, nobody answered. Didn’t have my prescription when they were supposed to. Also, I had bought a skincare trinket when there and it was broken. Don’t recommend using this CVS.

I came in to get a pack of coke since its less far away from where I live so I got angry because when I asked the employees if they had any more cokes and they said no. I dont like diet coke and I expect there to be more regular cokes in a pack than to buy more expensive ones separately for $1 difference.

I really can't understand all these bad reviews. I don't doubt they have issue. Don't we all? There is a superstar in Rochelle Park who also works night at Fairlawn 24/7 location and this guy was fun to speak to and never gave me anything but kindness, professionalism and impeccable service. If CVS hired more Greg's they'd have 5 stars from everyone. I'm probably going to change my CVS to one of Greg's locations. Rochelle Park. Thank you Greg!

Store #7105 Cashier #1767849The lady who helped me had the worse customer service. I printed 2 magnet photos yesterday and it said it was ready. I went to go pick it up and they couldn't find it. She didn't believe me until I showed her the receipt. Then I asked can I print a other one. She barked back I can only print what you ordered. So I said ok ill order another one. After I order it goes you'll have to wait the hour to process, and smirked at her Co worker. Noone was on line or waiting.I called the Bergen town center cvs and they told me they could print it right away. Sorry to inconvenience you by asking you to do your job. Will never order anything from here again.

If I could rate a zero o would. They never have medication prescribed me. You can never EVER reach anyone at the pharmacy when you call. They have a recording saying they can't be reached please call back later.This is a pharmacy for Gods sake.People need their medication. I have never ever heard of a pharmacy not taking calls because they are on a lunch break! Pharmacy should have coverage 25/7. I'm switching to a pharmacy who is 20 minutes away but at least they answered the phone, answer my questions and have meds I need. It's worth the trip CVS Rochelle Park, you suck!

Can't say any of these bad reviews are surprising. No phone edicate. I know they are busy but most people calling in to the pharmacy are sick and need their medication for relief of whatever ales them. They made me feel like I was a nusesence so in the future will take my business elsewhere.

The pharmacy Lady is the worse at costumer service. Perhaps she has an overload of work. But i have been there more than 6 times and she is always ride and rushing people. She affirms there is no such a medicine to be picked up and then realizes it is there. She affirms there is no generic for an overpriced medicine and calls back in a few hours to say it is ready to get picked up. She “cares too much” for the costumer’s pocket by telling them “is too expensive for you” is good she cares but she shouldn't assume, not needs to imply to a costumer that they can not afford it.

Great store. Quick pick things up a and do self check out. Help comes fast when the kiosk goes mad. Well stocked with everything you need. Don't worry if no one's at checkout, they hustle over there when you make your way to the line. Pharmacy is good and quick; it's the customers who may be a pain but what do you expect? Great shop for food and personal care.

UPS dropped off my package there today and a guy name "Andy" signed for it. I have the proof from the UPS web site. They told my brother in-law it was not there! I called the store and some guy says he "found" it in the back. I wonder how my package wound up in the back? Now I have to go back tomorrow to get my package, and he said it will be behind the register. UPS should consider the quality of people working at this place before using this place as UPS pickup center. Horrible experience.

It is the worst workers of cvs pharmacy in Rochelle Park NJI have called at 9am (they open at 9am) for my daughter’s inhaler refill, the person who answered the phone who sounded like this phone call was bothering her (rude) stated in a rude manner “ we will submit it!” When I asked approximately what time will it be available for pick up, she again stated “I don’t know! Maybe this afternoon!” And hang up.At 12noon I called to follow up, the same person answered the phone, she stated “ the truck delivery just came in” so I ask again “how would I know when it is available, are you going to text me or call me?”She answered “I don’t know! How do you get notified? Maybe they will call you!” hang up.At 4pm I still have not received a phone call or text from them, my 3rd call to follow up on my daughter’s inhaler, another lady answered the phone this time and she said “ it will be available around 5pm” when I said “okay I will be there at 5” she said “hmm maybe 6pm is better, if it will not be available at that time, when you get here then we will fill it”At 6:17pm exactly by the drive thru, the girl that answered the phone is telling me, oh it will take few minutes to fill it. Being frustrated I said i do not think it is fair I have been calling since you opened at 9am, called at 12nn, 4pm. then she said okay just few minutes., this time another pharmacy tech. Came to the window and is telling me they do not have it available, it might be available tomorrow or he will check other pharmacy if they have it. When I said “With all yhe phone calls I did, nobody mentioned that it is not available, I waited 9hours and now you are telling me you don’t have it, should I just bring my daughter to the hospital” and this Pharmacy tech. Finally said “oh let me check it in the truck” Noted there is no truck around this facility. He came back to the window with the medicine in his hand.I hope nobody will go through what I went through with the workers of this CVS Pharmacy.

I use to hate going to this location but the new pharmacist Matt has completely changed this store. He is the absolute best pharmacist I’ve ever had! He goes above and beyond to help customers. I have never met a pharmacist as passionate and dedicated as Matt. He should be a corporate manager for quality control because he holds his work to the highest standards! Thank you Matt!
