Great experiences with this company. We had a hornet nest infestation that worked it’s way into our house wall (it was terrifying)! We were getting a swarm outside and a bunch or hornets inside and they came right over and took care of it! We’ve had no wasp problems since. I called Pinnacle on Wednesday and they came on Friday. Greg was informative and pleasant on the phone. He sounded happy to help. They came on Friday, did their thing, explaining as they went. Greg asked us to call on Sunday to let him know how it went, but I did not call (It was Easter). Greg called first thing Monday morning to check in. Wow! What great service! We had a major any infestation, the worst I've ever dealt with myself. One visit, and there was a massive impact immediately. They were attentive to our needs and made sure they didn't spray anywhere we didn't want them to. Our ant problem was so bad it required a second visit within a week or so, which I understand is not typical and was due to us allowing the ants to get so bad to begin with. After a week went by we made the call to let them know there were still a few stragglers and they were at our home the next day for a second visit. No questions or hassles. We priced several other businesses in the area and it seems their seasonal package price is very affordable and effective. Thank You!

Our house had some small ants about a year ago that invaded our house. We tried all kinds of items we bought to trap or kill the ants but nothing worked. On 6/19, I walked into my automotive shop and found some unwanted guests in the form of wasps in the shop area. When we first moved into the house we were renting we found out the previous tenants left behind a HUGE problem. Our landlord had us reach out to Greg and he came to our house almost immediately. He let us know about the warranty, and I dont even remember how many times I asked him to come back and he always came right out if I saw anything crawling. After he fixed our problem he told us about his quarterly contracts and we've been using him ever since. We hardly ever see any bugs at all, even ants, but if we even see one he comes right out. I tell anyone who will listen they should use Pinnacle, im not sure what they do different but its working! These guys are the best! I first called a few years ago when I had a problem with bees/wasps. I got on the quarterly maintenance plan, which has been the best! Whenever I have any (even) minor issues, I make a call and within an hour or two, I have my issue resolved. Typically it is bees and wasps at my house, which I am deathly afraid of. The owner is a great guy too, and always makes me feel better despite my fear of bees. The quarterly maintenance plan has been great as well, since I do not notice as many spiders and other pests around.
