The lady working the front desk at 5 PM tonight went above and beyond with helping me print out pictures. They were very helpful and set up the computer so I could select the pictures and they came out great! thanks

I used this pharmacy for over 28 years. I used to walk in and was greeted by name. After Covid, this place was taken over by a bunch of Gypsies! New people every time who were rude, indignant & extremely uncaring! I was recovering from surgery waiting for an rx with a driver outside & was told I’d need to wait for 2 hours!!! I was the only person there! Don’t get your prescriptions filled here - they don’t care!!!!!

The pharmacist Gerald is extremely unprofessional and rude.My family member was having a lady issue and was told by the hospital to go straight to the cvs to get birth control and take two pills to stop the heavy bleeding. It was 15 minutes before close and he flat out said he wouldn’t fill the prescription. When it was expressed that it’s frustrating because she needs it and it’s a pre packed medicine his response was that he went to college? Which the person picking up understands because she too went to college to become a nurse.He told them to go back to the hospital.15 minutes before close is still open.And a young woman had to spend an extra night suffering because of his inconsiderate actions.She did infact have to return to the hospital because her blood pressure kept dropping and she lost too much blood.Everyone else we deal with there is beyond kind so this was truly a shock.

The people who work the pharmacy are often friendly but this place might be the most disorganized pharmacy i’ve ever used. I wouldn’t rely on their haphazard coordination if you have medication you can’t afford to miss. This place suffers from numerous administrative failures that will leave you frustrated, feeling ignored, and worst of all, without your medication.

I received a letter that a medication I had prescribed to me in November 2022 was recalled. In the letter, it said to call the pharmacy for assistance. The man working in the pharmacy was incredibly sarcastic when I asked what he recommends I do and he said "uh, stop taking it?" and said there was nothing else he could tell me, and if I'm not satisfied with my answer he'll be moving on to the next person in line regardless. Whoever was working at this location on 5/15/23 at 5PM needs to go.

In my opinion This CVS is the worst. (Pharmacy department) To be a big chain drugstore it's terrible the meds will be saying in process for a whole day, sometimes they don't even have your meds in stock. I been a customer with the same meds for the last three years the same date every month...But they dont have in stock. Customer Service is gone out the window. It made me give 1 star to post

The pharmacist was incredibly rude, unwilling to make a simple phone call (had to be made by the pharmacist, or I would have done it) to have a prescription transferred so my child could have her breathing medication overnight. Didn't have the decency to call and tell me he wasn't making the phone call, was told he wasn't going to reach out because he doesn't do them same day. And refused to, even after I explained that my child needed the medication that had just been prescribed by the Dr and our pharmacy didn't have in stock. Ended up calling the 24-hour CVS in Mount Laurel who were more than willing to call have the prescription transferred immediately could not have been more professional, and kind. I'm disgusted with CVS PHARMACY RIVERTON.

I have been a long time customer of CVS and quite pleased with the friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Staff would say "hello, " proactively ask if I needed assistance, assist with helping use credit card machines and thoroughly look for medication - even explaining use and answering questions. Unfortunately, customer-service has consistently gone downhill over the last 3-4 years. Nowadays, the customer has to find their own products, (if they're misplaced,) make sure it's not expired, self-checkout, bag your own items & be sure not to ask for assistance (sometimes resulting in rude behavior)- even more likely if it's close to lunchtime. Some people work, others are disabled, & some are caregivers who need their medication but can only get to the pharmacy during that hour; a solution would be to stagger the staff lunch times, ensuring there's always pharmacy coverage - after all, the customer is the reason for your success and deserve outstanding customer service. If you truly care CVS, don't tell us, show us!

I have tried to put this review off as long as I can but something needs to change. We have gone to this pharmacy since it opened years ago and since Covid it has been in a steep decline. Need to call to get stuff refilled and you will wait 15-20 minutes. I have had some instances of a rude man on the phone and at the drive-thru. I've been shorted on medicine also. Today I was told that my medicine is out of stock and if it comes in today I will be notified that it is filled. I asked if someone can let me know if it doesn't come in they can call me and let me know if another CVS has it in stock and was told no that I would need to call them back. Customer service is just non-existent anymore. It would be nice if the owners would look at the reviews and do something but customer service does not seem to matter anymore.

Everyone is usually great there and accommodating with the short staff at such a busy place. However, there is one man there, maybe named Dan, but I am unsure. Has curly hair on the sides and is always completely frazzled and COMPLETELY rude to everyone every time I see him working. I actually let people in front of me so that I can see someone else to talk to. I know I am not the only one who feels this way because I have talked to people in line about the same man. He is horrible, and should be nowhere near someone needing something to help themselves. He makes having to pick up our medications a nightmare aside from the nightmare of the prescriptions we are picking up. Corporate needs to be aware and LET THIS MAN GO.

the man working the drive thru window for the pharmacy was whispering profanity to himself. it made me very uncomfortable and awkward. he then looked at the cars behind me and he started talking profanities louder. very weird experience

Pharmacy is way too slow, inside or drive-thru. They and the entire location clearly need staffing help. Recently called about passport photos and my call was answered with "hello" and silence after I started talking. Called back, "hello" again and then on hold a couple of times without being acknowledged. Steer clear of this particular CVS if you can.

I was told (not once, but three days in a row) that my medication was out of stock and was scheduled for delivery “tomorrow” and would be ready for me to pick up shortly thereafter. I should have known better as I’ve had difficulty with this pharmacy in the past. Between being kept on hold for 30+ minutes and waiting in long lines on numerous occasions, I’ve finally decided it’s time to take my business elsewhere. Stay away from CVS if at all possible.

Great, friendly pharmacy staff. I've been going there for years and have never had a problem. Kevin and Basil are very courteous, helpful and kind. Charlene is such a nice person and so knowledgeable and helpful. Julian and all the girls are so pleasant and also so very helpful. I would recommend this pharmacy team to everyone !!!!

I just moved to this area. The pharmacy service is terrible. There is no drive thru service. Just a sign that says COVID only. But no on even comes to the window anyway so if you need COVID services you would not be helped. The drive thru is NEVER available. I have been there about 4 times and at least 3 times the drive thru was unavailable. This option should be removed from advertisement. Also the male pharmacy tech is terrible. No customer service skills and he’s mean. Awful just awful.

By far the worst CVS / pharmacy in the Burlington county area. I have had multiple problems with this place. Costumer service is abysmal, The pharmacy is just as bad. They will tell you your prescription your prescription we'll be available within 15 minutes however that's the biggest lie in the world sometimes it takes a day or three or four days. I tried to contact the corporate office and it was a complete joke. CVS is a terrible company!

My prescriptions are never ready, there is always a problem. At my last cvs they would say this is the last refill and call the doctor then to authorize more, that way I wouldn't run out. At this one I have to call to tell them I'm out and then they tell me to call the Dr. myself or they claim they will and never do. Always have to call them several times to get my medicine. Imagine how dangerous that is if it is an important medicine!

I went to this c v s pharmacy on Friday June 11th 2021 to place my prescription order and the pharmacist there were very rude while I was waiting on my prescription the pharmacist called my name I approached the pick up register while waiting for my prescription order they never gave me my order they ignored me and assisted other customers while I was waiting for them to give me my prescription they took other customers a head of me so I got very up set and went to speak with the store operation manager who attempted to assist me by going to the pharmacists to see what the issue they were having. I couldn’t wait any longer because I was in a lot of pain now that I didn’t receive my medication I am very painfully ill thanks to the CBC pharmacist s

I went to the drive thru to pick up my son’s prescriptions, the sign says to ring the bell for service, so I did, the cvs employee looked me dead in my face rolled her eyes and shook her head, she walked away and didn’t ask what I needed then slowly came to the window and said what’s the name and birthdate? Went and grabbed my son’s prescription threw it in the bin and opened the door, No hi how are you, No can I help you , so I asked to speak with the manager and he came over I explained what happened and he replies… We are doing the best we can! They need to really get out of the customer service business period!! If I talked to or treated one of my clients this way they would not let me touch their hair period!!

I called this CVS and spoke to the manager Wyn I asked him for assistance in scheduling an appointment to get my mother tested for COVID. He was so rude and disrespectful over the phone. I called today to ask about some insurance information for my dad and I spoke with Kevin, Im not sure if he was the pharmacist or a tech but he answered every question I had and was so thorough and helpful especially at likely the busiest time of the day. Words cant express my gratitude. I know I will recommend their team for family and friends in the future!

Horrible store, degrading store,horrendous store and upper management. The disrespect to not even put a customer’s medication in a proper medication bottle. Unacceptable service I will never buy anything from this store nor any CVS store again. Will greatly transfer all my medication to the competition. Never believe the online or automated system, they are never accurate on quantities or supplies. Don’t waist your time going there, because if it says they have it they won’t and they don’t know when they will get it. I understand this is the day in age that we live now... But don’t have an inaccurate online or automated system. Especially an automated system, updated it every once and a while.

Sometimes very slow but the staff is nice. Would have gotten a higher eating but they do not update their hours in Google. Rushed at at 10:15 to get some cough medicine because the hours said open to 12am on Google. If your hours change just update them. Simple.
