I came down with Covid - 19 and called in to my doctor for a prescription of paxlovid, I waited and called the store and was told we don't have it in stock, how about a phone call! The next day I put in an order for sanitizer and DayQuil 2 hours later I called the manager and was told we didn't have an item in stock, again how about a phone call, why have my number on the order if you don't use it.Over the past year I have had a few issues with the stores services, and am now at a point I will drive to CVS rather than go to this store.

This short Italian lady's named Lenny was super rude to me and my friend when we were shopping by the shampoo. She was loud and telling us to leave or buy something we were there not even 5 minutes. I might not come back here.

I Called beforehand to ask if they had Ethernet cables in stock, and they let me know they had them. Spend almost an hour looking for a product that they don’t even carry and the clerk told me that whatever is on hand is there and most likely isn’t in stock but informed me they have never sold them beforehand.

I had my doctor call in a prescription. After 3 days it still wasn't filled and the doctor confirmed he called it in on the day I requested it. When I called I was told the prescription was too soon to be called in but this was entirely wrong as the end date of the prescription was 3 months before the prescription was requested. And if that was the case, it was not good practice for them not to have notified me of this. I am no longer using this pharmacy.

Can't trust this pharmacy. The pharmacists that run this shop can't do the bare minimum of getting pills in bottles much less consult with you or your health care providers on the best course of action if a prescription needs to be amended. There are several small pharmacies on the same block that will treat you with respect, charge less, and get you what you need sooner.

TL; DR: Staff is quite nice but the pharmacy service is terrible. Started using them a couple months ago due to proximity and now I'm done done done. "Get Rx Help Pharmacy" one block over is wonderful.#Mid-December I ask for a refill on an Rx that I've been taking for years. I get automated messages from Walgreens saying there's an issue with the order. I try calling Walgreens pharmacy over the course of a couple days, only one of my calls was picked up by a staff member. They say my insurance must have changed. I read them the number, they say it matches what they have in their system, so they want to see the insurance card. I show up at the counter. It's the same as it has been all year. They see this.Now they say, oh wait, it must be the way the Rx is written. Fine. Never had an issue before, but fine. I go home. I call my doctor's office while her offices are closed for the holidays to ask for it to be written the way *Walgreens* tells me my insurance company wants it written (one 15mg tablet daily vs two 7.5mg tablets). My doctor's office informs me that a 15mg tablet *does *not *exist for that medication (thanks pharmacy!). The next available tablet is 20mg.When they're next open, I go to Walgreens pharmacy and tell them what my doctor told me. They say, oh right, there's no 15mg tablet, and while I'm standing there the pharmacist tells me they'll "override it" but that they still have to order it. Ok. I go home. The days go by, holiday closures, still waiting for the Rx order, and on 1/1, like everyone else, my deductible starts over. A $10 Rx goes back to being a $300 Rx.In the Walgreens app, the status of my Rx hasn't changed, it still says there's a a problem with my order. I call (it's January now). I wait for ONE HOUR for someone to answer the phone before I hang up. I ask my husband to please drive over there. At this point I'm also waiting on additional prescriptions - very common topical Rx ointments my baby. It's my husband's turn in line and they confirm the ointments are in stock but they're very busy (5 people staffing the pharmacy at that moment, mind you). Ok, he asks if it'll be ready by the time they close that evening. They don't say yes or no... they say they don't know (?!?!).My own Rx is (still) not ready. I go in today (1/5) and they say, oh we're having a problem with the insurance company. Your doctor has to call them, then we'll order it.Is this even real.At this point, I've been out of this Rx for two weeks. I tell the pharmacist I'm frustrated and this just isn't right. She tells me that I "just need to understand" that they're busy especially with Covid. I tell her that if it's too busy to handle people's prescriptions in a reasonable timeframe, they need to tell people that so they can get their medication somewhere else. It's critical.I go to Get Rx Help Pharmacy one block away - they give me a couple different ways to address the issue and also run it through my insurance company while I'm standing there. Get this. The insurance company approves it. Yes, re-read that. Approves it. No errors. Nothing. Approved as written. However, they regret to inform me that because it's now the New Year, the deductible started over, it's now almost $300 for the Rx.Get Rx Help's pharmacist lets me know how it can be cheaper for me (turns out 10mg and 30mg tablets come in generic and are cheaper, they'll ask the doctor to either write half a 30mg tablet OR one and a half 10mg tablets). The Rx, written in one of those two ways, brings the Rx down to $10 for me. Pharmacist says he'll work with my doctor towards a resolution and no further action was needed from me. The tablets are in stock either way and can be ready as soon as today.I'm grateful for Get Rx Help, but the fact that they worked through whatever prescription "issue" there was within 15 minutes when Walgreens couldn't do it in 2 weeks.... draw your own conclusions I guess. I'm done with Walgreens.

We finally started coming here after leaving CVS in Westwood. What a pleasant relief from CVS where you waited forever to speak to someone. Within a few minutes of calling here, a real person picks up the phone who is very friendly and helpful. Wish we would have came here sooner !!!

Rude and unhelpful pharmacy staff. Had a prescription that came in and did not inform me that a authorization was needed until I arrived 3days later to pick up my meds. Then was told they have contacted the doctors office, which my doctor says she did not receive anything. Now called back again and was rudely was told by pharmacy staff to instead contact doctors office and not the pharmacy. It’s as simple as looking to see if it’s cleared. Honestly, would NEVER use this pharmacy again. Second time getting a prescription sent here and they do not call you when a prescription comes in or when it’s ready. Happily going back to shoprite pharmacy where the staff are professional and helpful and goes above and beyond. So many negative reviews of this Walgreens location surprised management hasn’t changed much. AVOID unless this is your last resort.

Such a rude employee! She practically barked at me when I merely asked a question about a return—so unnecessary, I wasn’t rude to her. Maybe other employees there are nice, but mine was an unpleasant experience at this Walgreens.

Very nice and clean pharmacy store with friendly staff. Get their membership and you can get some discount on certain items. Some Chase credit cards have 20% off (up to $8 maximum) Chase offers deal.

Cashier lady Was very rude and did not give me time to count my money. When I could not find a penny that was hiding under a quarter she said “it’s right there come on” in a rude tone. She also threw a receipt at my friend.

The Pharmacy is awesome and the people knowledgeable and friendly. They just remodeled not too long ago and the store is laid out great. The Pharmacy is the reason I do not go mail order.
