Our vet recommended this place for medicated baths for my bulldog. It’s a little bit of a drive for us so I was hesitant, but it’s totally worth it. They’re incredibly knowledgeable on skin conditions, bulldogs, and everyone seems to genuinely love the dogs who come in. Tyler at the front is beyond sweet and helpful. He even ran out to help me grab my dog when he noticed I had my two toddlers with me. I’m so happy my vet recommended them and will definitely be recommending to them others myself.

Highly recommend Preppy Pampered Pups. The entire staff was extremely friendly and they took great care of both my pups. It was my first time at PPP since moving to the area and can honestly say it’s was the best haircut/groom they have ever had. Overall, 5/5 experience.

Pepper was the happiest dog after her first visit to the "groomer" at Pampered Pups!!! She smelled amazing and the staff took care of her. Highly recommend visiting them if you have not yet! I will see you soon!! 10/10

Helen and her staff at Preppy Pampered Pups have always gone above and beyond. My dog has terrible skin issues and they take the time to discuss options and a plan going forward to help my pup feel and look her best. I have been to many groomers over the years and NONE have given this kind of care and concern for my pup. I recommend this shop often and anyone who has gone have also remained customers.

So... where to begin. It started well but it seems they've been getting busier.The big problem with the groomer is that they don't seem to "care" that I don't like the way they groom my dog. Because she is. doodle they let her facial grow out into what look like "muttin chops." When I mentioned that I wanted her face cut short they told me she "wouldn't look like a doodle." Ummmm, how does one even reply to that. I simply want her face clean and short; the long hair holds "all the food and all the liquid; it is not clean. After multiple requests they finally cut her face short; it was adorable and clean, I was so happy.Then... one day I brought her in and they were, apparently, very short-staffed. I think several groomers have recently quit but I'm not sure. On this particular day they kept her for well over 2 hours which was double the usual time and when I finally picked her up they had not cut her hair; honestly, I don't even think they bathed her; I think they gave her a brush out.So, I figured it was a one off but today was the last straw; I specifically mentioned that I wanted her face cut short the way I have been requesting and, low and behold, again they didn't trim it. When I called to complain I was told they trimmed "a lot." It's confusing why they don't just cut her hair the way I ask? I'm not sure what is going on in this place but, now we are done...

Preppy Pampered Pups is the best dog grooming/spa in Bergen county. The staff is amazing and they treat your doggo like family. Put a smile on your pup's face and try them out. You'll be glad you did!

I've had my dog groomed their twice and both times he's come out looking great! The staff are all really friendly and the store itself is nice. It's a professional operation and I recommend it.

We have had many, many dog hair cuts over the years. Some think making a poodle mix look like a schnauzer with a long mustache type face was good - I never liked it. Others just shaved off everything. Preppy Pampered Pups has repeatedly made our 5 year old dog have the cute puppy rounded face cut and neatly cut body. They were on time and friendly. Great place.

I don’t know what to write here… Seriously I am shocked.When they first opened this place I had a bad experience and I thought I would never go back there again.I even posted publicly about my visit somewhere online that I don’t even remember.Almost after 3-4 years I changed my mind and decided to give them a second chance (my friend mentioned that place and she said she had a good experience and that encouraged me)I went in and they told me that I wrote a “nasty” review ??(hope she proves that) saying that I won’t be back and why am I back again …I told the owner there that I wasn’t treated nicely and those were my feelings.There you go again,same is happening twice.I just wanted to give one more chance.Everyone deserves a second chance.If I were her I would be happy to gain a customer back.She handed me my dog and I just left saying this is ridiculous…

Absolutely beautiful space! Everyone is so great there! They have natural dog treats and nice merchandise for you to browse at while you drop off or pick up your dog. I switched groomers because my dog just didn't' seem happy and was overly nervous even at the mention of him going to the groomers (he doesn't even get nervous for the vet), so I had to make a switch and was so glad I did! I brought his favorite lambie toy so he can feel more comfortable and they had no problem keeping it with him, which I loved. His cut was also great and he left wearing a little tie which was to die for! Highly highly recommend!

Wonderful Staff members . They’re very accommodating. Clean and well put together facility. Had no doubts about leaving my Schnauzer in their capable hands. They did a beautiful job and will definitely be making a return visit🐶
