Yesterday I made the mistake of taking my Ford Expedition to the Tire & Lube center here at the Rio Grande, NJ location. Store 03337. An hour after leaving the car is making all kinds of noise. We pull over, see nothing amiss by sight and turn the truck on and off and the sound stops. We get to Philadelphia IKEA, shop and drive back to NJ. We get home, shut the truck off then have to go out again 15 minutes later and the sound is back again. We shut it off and the the truck sounds as if it has been shot and makes a shutting down labored sound and then off. It literally sounded like if it was a person they were dying a horrific last 10 seconds and then done. I call Walmart. It's after they closed so show up the next day at 7:30am. The Lube and Tire manager, at Matt starts the truck and says, "there's no sound now". That's it. Nothing else. I call the manager a Frederick and tell him about the issue. He says how unacceptable it is to have not at least done a new oil change and tells me to come back and he will meet me there at 1pm. I arrive at 12:50 and wait until 1:10pm. No Frederick the Manager ever shows. The Lube area also has no idea I was to come back at 1pm to have it redone and the tech says that me, why would we put a new filter on it? How about under abundance of extreme caution that the first one was defective. I go to find Frederick who is no where to be found. Now the tire tech comes up behind me and says if I want a new oil change they will do it.Long but accurate. This was such a simple fix. Sometimes items are defective. It seems if a person who had no issues with their truck until after an oil change more than likely the issue happened BECAUSE OF THE OIL CHANGE. REPLACE IT AND SEE IF THE ISSUE IS CORRECTED. Don't waste a customers day denying any copibility instead of just trying to help. I didn't want to file a claim for what happened. I have a new engine in the truck and I am not trying to get anything from the store other than a second oil change to see if that was the.issue. To have gone through this fiasco for a replacement $8.00 filter is just mind boggling. The amount of shoplifting and items going out your front door for loss, and your pushback for a second $8.00 oil filter is just too much to believe. Thanks Manager Fred for failing to do the one thing you were to do for someone today, meet them at 1:00pm to fix an issue that had already gone wrong at your store. Maybe Fred is ultimately the entire issue.

Place has directions on line how to use Venmo, I hate to complain this is nuts no one checking out had any idea how to use Venmo. “Answer was we don’t do that hear.” No one pays attention and the stores do not hold anyone accountable. Walmart train on payments

This Walmart is a cut above the rest. Maybe it's the area it's in, or maybe the employees care more about the presentation. It could be they have a great manager. But whatever the cause, the store is extremely clean and my wife found the things she was looking for. We will definitely go back.

The older lady named grace is a wonderful representative of your store. She’s 76 years old and if you ask her a question, she’ll not only show you where to get your item , she’ll take you there. It’s never too much trouble.

If I could give 0 I would. Placed a online order for pick up between 9 and 10 got there at 10 couldn't check in on my app,called the number that was there and they said they closed at 8. Went inside the lady's were absolutely no help I used to go there all the time I can promise u acme and shoprite and aldis will now be my place to go. The lady said oh they close at 8 but dispense until 10 ok well if I can't check in on my app how am I supposed to get my order she told me I don't know what to tell you. What a rude person I've always gotten rude ppl but this was a topper.

*SPARK* Drivers are treated like ... Workers at Kmart... I had an account that was surreptitiously deactivated [ through extensive research, I haven't been the only one with this issue]. Contacted: "Customer Service" - Walmart only employs humans at Walmart. *Spark* apparently is left to run itself, albeit through the watchful eyes of I'm guessing AI. These are allegations, assumptions, well versed claims- NOT FACTS. FACTUALLY, NO HUMANS CAN ASSIST ME WITH RESTORING MY SPARK DRIVERS ACCOUNT NOR ADVISE ME AS TO WHY IT WAS DEACTIVATED INITIALLY. AND THEN THEREFORE IM OUT OF THAT EMPLOYMENT. SO THANKS, EERR, NO THANKS, BUT THAT AI EXPERIMENT FAILED. If there'd be nominal human oversight, they'd be able to increase their revenue AND ENHANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you're looking for a Regional Manager, seems like I'm AVAILABLE.

I had gone to two Walmarts in Delco (Eddystone & Glenolden) toPurchase a few different supplements. Both stores were out of stock. My third visit was to the Springfield Walmart where I was successful in purchasing all the items. It seems like they have better inventory control with products always in stock.

Don't use the coin star in rio Walmart. I counted out my change just to see if the machine would be counting it correctly. Sure enough, out of $200.00 it took $19.98 from me & it charged me $21.67 in total they took was $41.65 leaving me with $158.35! Plus I didn't add in the penny's there was $6.57 so I really had $206.57. I'm vary disappointed with them, how many more people have they robbed in the past years. You worked hard for it, you saved all your change for the whole year for a Christmas dinner or gifts and they take it from you!!!

Was out this way in Rio Grande to cover a store for my job. So went over to Walmart to grab some food from Subway. They've recently remodeled this Walmart and it is huge. Since I was only on a lunch break I didn't have time to browse to everything, but I know it's a super Walmart as it does sell food and produce even a deli. I feel the layout of the store was done quite nicely. The Isles were spread apart nicely. The parking lot is also finished and parking is much easier than it used to be. If you're on vacation and eat something or if you're just a local this is the place to go.

I purchased a tire and installation in the automotive department. I went in for the insulation and the person at the register confirmed it. Unfortunately, every employee there is of Latino dissent. They assumed, because I am white, that I didn’t understand what they were saying. to their surprise, I speak fluent Spanish. I watched four different Latinos and Latinos pull up, get certain work done, and leave without ever going to the cashier. They did not give me the service that I paid for because I am white! It’s a sad day in America And Walmart sucks

I always have a good experience at this Walmart. The one thing that really Irritates me. Is that a lot of the works are Mexican. And they are at the front end of the store. Speak in spanish and laughing looking at me. Makes me very uncomfortable. Besides the fact its unprofessional. I worked in retail for 27 years. And I would never never speak anything but English. I would go to Walmart for everything I need. But I only go there maybe 3 times all year if that. I grew up in North Philly the neighborhood was mixed. And the puerto ricans would talk speak Spanish. And it would piss me off. My grandparents came right from Italy. And they learned how to speak English. Walmart in Rio grand New Jersey would do a lot more business. If they would tell their workers not to speak Spanish on the floor. If you need to take it to the backroom. You should never make your Customers uncomfortable. They are the ones keeping you working.

I like this store alot, though always crowded, this is where I found the prepaid hot Cocoa pouches that you add to hot milk, it's better than nothing. They have alot of good buys. I visit when I'm up this way, I get to the Rio Grande store on a regular basis.

Called on my way there about an oil change. I was told they were running on a two hour wait. Dropped my car off and completed the shopping for the week. The service was unbelievable!!! I can't remember the last time I experienced customer service like that. What a tremendous staff throughout the auto department.Nice work Everyone!!!!!!!!!

Customer service girl (Afro-American) was not friendly at all. She didn’t even smile or was welcoming at all to the approach. Anyone else would have been afraid to even talk to her. I kindly asked her for help with the coffee pots that were at the top shelf which indicated I needed to cal customer service and she said in a non friendly manner that she would cal someone. I waited by the coffee pots for over 15 minutes and no one ever came. It was not until I went back and at that point I wasn’t the nice one and when a Hispanic worker saw my face and heard me she said “don’t worry sir, I’ll help you” well she went above and beyond. She explained that the top shelf coffee pots were only online and she helped me find an alternative. The one I wanted wasn’t there but was on a pallet in the back and she went to get it for me. She said “here’s your coffee pot sir” This associate really made up for the other one’s rudeness and sour face. Thank you!

Around 8 PM on 7/2 I was grabbing a few items and was walking to the self-checkout aisle when I slipped and fell on my knee, sending everything in my hands careening across the ground. There was an open plastic tub of fresh mozzarella that was dumped slightly north of the self-checkout aisle, no warning brackets put up or anything. With a swollen knee and a bruised ego I just wanted to pay out and get back to my place before the ice cream melted.Several of the self-checkout machines were asking for the assistant to swing by but I found one. Except, whoever was at that machine last rung up a bag of ice and left without paying, thus causing THAT machine to lock down until the assistant swung by as soon as I scanned my first item. Except the assistant was also checking receipts, and had a few customers before me. I hope she didn't think I was blunt with her, but I was hurt and just wanted to keep the ice cream from melting. I went to another machine real quick and finished my transaction.Afterwards, I let her know that there was mozzarella spilled, and she said she was aware. Aware... but with no "wet floor" sign put out? I let her know that I fell on it, and she ignored me in a manner that would give her plausible deniability for having not heard what I said.Now, I'm not blaming the associate that I interacted with.I know that Fourth of July weekend can be busy when you work just outside a vacation destination.The onus falls SQUARELY on the shoulders of management. I absolutely refuse to believe that the local amusement area can keep all of their games rides and stores well maintained with carnies and cashiers and the boards are impeccable, but Walmart can't incentivize people to work for them seasonally? Your employees are stretched thin and overworked, all for the bonuses of people you'll never find in the aisles. It takes a lot for me to give a bad review. The exhaustion leading to indifference of your employees-- employees that are your hands on the scene and very likely paid a fraction that they earn by their throughput. The smell of cheese soaked in my jeans. The throb of my kneecap. This was a pitiful experience. You deserve this pitiful review and more.AND MY ICE CREAM MELTED

Yesterday while we were shopping my mom’s pocketbook fell off the cart! We alerted the customer service and the team took control, the mgr. And the security team were extremely helpful! They searched and searched and fortunately some kind person brought it to them, we are so so thankful to them and we so appreciate it, my mom is 90 and she was so upset it could of been a very bad situation. But the employees saved the day for her! Thank you all again.
