Very friendly, caring people. Have been going to Ringwood animal hospital for many many years. They have always taken great care of my best friend and I highly recommend them. I can't say enough about the care Bandit, my cat, gets when he needs help. He was an insulin dependant diabetic. I stress WAS because he is now in remission and no longer needs insulin. This was my fifth visit with them. , and she explained to me my dog was slowly dying. He had cancer and his epilepsy was getting worse.The emotional support that I received was amazing from Dr Jaime, kiera and the staff were amazing. We decided to put him down ,after a massive epileptic attack. He was 12 years old and our first baby.We put him down 1 month ago because of Covid and his anxiety, it was done in the parking lot.I have to tell you it didn't matter that is was done there the staff was so empathetic they made a HORRIBLE situation a little betterThank you Ringwood Animal Hospital .

Have been a happy customer since last October when I brought my rescued kitty in for tests. Everyone is very friendly, thoughtful and helpful!And I just brought our now much larger kitty in to get chipped as well as his vaccinations. The appointment, taking into consideration the precautions for the Virus, went very smoothly. And we received a follow up call early this morning already. Very, very pleased.

Soon after I moved to Ringwood a year and a half ago, I brought my dog Rex to Ringwood Animal Hospital for a checkup and updates on his vaccines. Services were entirely curbside at that time so I had almost no interaction with the staff there in person. Recently, I brought Rex to Ringwood Animal Hospital and was able to accompany him on his visit. Every person I encountered, the vet techs and the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The vet techs were wonderful. I'm very pleased with my choice of vets.

We had to unfortunately put our beloved Lucy down. An extremly painful experience. The Ringwood Animal Hospital was not only kind, patient and very sympathetic but provided us all the time that we wanted and needed and assuring us that what we were doing was in the best interest for our pup and how much love it takes to make this decision. In addition, they splurged our Lucy with things that we don't give her to eat and was a very special way of getting Lucy calmer. Thank you for your kindness during this time.

I breed Mini Goldendoodles and I always entrust Ringwood Animal Hospital to examine all my litters. I can bring in up to 10 puppies at a time and they always take their time with each pup, examining them thoroughly. My questions are always answered and I leave their feeling they care just as much as I do about my precious pups!

I cannot say enough good things about Ringwood Animal Hospital. I have never had a bad experience with anyone who works there. From receptionists, techs, vets, they are all so welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind to my dogs. I have had some not great experiences at places closer to my home and choose to drive further so I know my dogs are getting the absolute best care. Always above and beyond. They took me and my pup in on an emergency as I thought she may have swallowed a screw. They took me right in, had her X-rayed and eased my worried mind. Turns out she didn’t swallow the screw….. They were competent, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They are now my vet.

Staff is always so wonderful and extra kind to my pups. The office is small but you can easily get an appointment as needed if you call early in the morning. I find pricing to be fair in a line to what I’ve paid before at other offices. What sets the team a part though is the wonderful doctors and vets who take care of the animals. You can tell they truly care and are happy to help us as owners.

Ringwood Hospital has been very wonderful to our family. They have gently lead us through the care and eventual death process of our four elderly dogs. They respected our wishes for minimally invasive procedures on all four of them, but supported us with any way possible to make their last months comfortable. We had been to many other veterinarians to achieve this level of support without conflict until we came here. They are very caring, from the vets to all the staff members. Thank you!

I'm happy to bring my 12-yr old diabetic terrier here. Dr. DeSpirito has been very helpful in regulating my dog's diabetes which was tough to do at first. She is very personable and I feel very comfortable with the office and staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
