I received the wrong quantity of medication. I was suppose to receive 30 pills and instead only received 25. When i called the pharmacy to let them know the lady who I spoke to said right away she never miscounts. I explained that the bottle and bag hadn’t been previously opened and there is no way anyone would have been able to take out my medication because I am the only who has been in possession of it. Unless my 3 year old daughter ripped the bag open, resealed it somehow and figured out how to open a child proof pill bottle? Instead of looking into it when I told her i was short five pills her response was right away that she never miscounts and to call the police to report someone stole my pills? I am very confused by our interaction as i know no one stole my pills so calling the police would be very unnecessary and waste of their time (unless someone at the store did but i am pretty sure they just got miscounted which i assume is more likely)

I've always had a wonderful experience. The texts are very helpful. The CVS application is informative and helpful also. Online ordering and picking up at the local CVS works great every time.

THIS IS A MANAGEMENT PROBLEM!!! The Pharmacy drive thru has been broken for a few weeks. The Pharmacy is understaffed, and OVERWORKED! They are pleasant and try VERY HARD to please, BUT ARE OVERWORKED, and cannot deliver the expected CVS experience. AGAIN, the staff is TERRIFIC, but cannot meet the overwhelming demand. Fix it, before a critical mistake is made.

The service at the Pharmacy is terrible. I have never experienced such bad service.They tell you come back they are taking lunch then you go back twice and it is not ready. Ringwood deserves a better pharmacy.

If I could score less stars, I would. Prescriptions are never ready within a reasonable time, it’s always very disorganized and frequent errors are made. I am switching pharmacies after only being a client of this pharmacy for a couple of months.
