Being the only pharmacy in town, they are constantly busy whenever I go in there. But they greet each customer with a smile, and quite a few by name. I appreciate they prioritize filling our prescription if they know we are waiting for it. Yes, there might be a small wait but they work furiously to get as many people take care of as quickly as they can. I am constantly surprised by the negative comments and reviews as I have nothing but positive personal experiences.

The pharmacist they call Sam is the best. Really good people there. They are busy and under pressure, I do live a ride from there, but its worth the extra mile. Thank you for all you do. (Theresa O)

Clean and organized cvs store with drive thru pharmacy. They have mostly everything you need in stock at this location.They also have a photo print and passport photo in this location.The employees are very helpful. Large parking lot.

The PHARMACY section is never vacuumed. Outside where u wait. The actual pharm has dust and paper etc under all counters. SIGN SHOULD BE POSTED. outside. On entrance to DRIVE THRU. When they are CLOSED. DUE TO NOT ENOUGH HELP. So u will not have to drive around.WHEN U CALL TO REORDER. U HAVE TO LISTEN FOR. MINUTES. OR ELSE IT CUTS OFF SO MANY. CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLAINING. To each other while we wait to be serviced. I know of. At least 12. customers. Who have switched. To Walgreens and Costco due to these problemsALSO GARBAGE. Outside store is ALWays. Full and sidewalk. Not swept. It's a DISGRACE

I have never ever experienced slower place. They dont care. They take sooooooooooooooo long. Do yourself a favor and never come to the CVS Pharmacy. It sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Posting this review for the woman using a cane in front of me on line this evening at the pharmacy.Pharmacy gives the woman several prescriptions, the customer asks for a bag. The reply, no, I’m sorry we have no bags.Woman asks politely again and says I’m disabled and using a cane, and the pharmacy always gives me a bag.The reply, no, it’s against our rules, you have to go to the front of the store to ask for a bag.This store is a dump.

I have an issue with the pharmacy dept regarding a pending prescription for a glucose meter and sticks. Today I was being served by Cho and again I tried to ask for an update regarding the problem. While I was talking with Cho, a pharmacist at her desk starting yelling what I need to do and seconded by another pharmacist also at her post. I felt that very unprofessional for them to do that. Although they were trying to help they could have approach me behind the counter. I was taken aback with this behavior I told them to stop.

I absolutely love this facility. Meta and the pharmacy team are absolutely fantastic. I take my elderly parents there for all their vaccines and they love when the female pharmacist give them their injections. I’m sorry I’m the worst with names. Both Meta and herself go over and above at all times.My parents are dictated by insurance where they can fill their medications. They are extremely disappointed for they want to go to the Ringwood CVS. They are thankful they can at least get their vaccines there.One day my Mom went in researching a blood pressure machine, Meta came out from behind the counter to assist her and help her with all the differences and pick out a appropriate machine.I want to close out with a shout out to Colleen and Connor who are also exceptional.You are acknowledged as soon as you walk in and everyone works as a team and our absolutely customer focused.If I could give more than 5 stars, without a shadow of a doubt I would.Thank you to CVS pharmacy in Ringwood for all you do!

I’m having a hard time decide where to start with this pharmacy.To start with, we all pick and choose pharmacies based on our convenience. This place offers you the opposite.They are extremely unorganized, rude, understaffed, and careless of their customers needs. I have noticed this dramatically for 2 years and I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt because of their location, but it’s more of a hassle and headache to send your scripts here. Every three months that i pick up my medication, i go through the same hassle. They do not give me the correct ones- after multiple requests to note that I prefer the name brand I have been taking. Instead they fill the generic. They fail to call me and tell me they do not have my medication and if i prefer this on. Each and every time i go to pick it up, i need to wait for my prescription to be transferred to Haskell- to then wait, and then make the trip there. People need their medications at certain times of days and they totally mess that up for you.*Each time they have a routine apology and claim they’d make note of this for two years, yet never have.They also don’t have any plan for others in the drive up while offering their COVID tests. You simply wait 15 minutes behind the person performing the test. This is truly absurd.Lastly, if I have ever generally had questions, advice, or wish to use my GOODRx- they are bothered and rude. They huff and puff and act like you are below them and have audacity to be asking questions or advice. It truly makes me sick to think a local pharmacy in such a wonderful neighborhood could allow staff in this manner.I had good experience one time in 6 years living here, which is who I give my one star for. I wish i could remember my name but she was a lovely young lady with long blonde hair who I want to say is named Heather.I appreciate her help and am disappointed to have not seen her back again. I hope they do a clean swap soon and start caring about their customers and their medications like any decent pharmacy would.

This is the worst pharmacy. They gave me the wrong prescription and when I even asked about it and said my doctor prescribed me X they looked it up and said no it was Y. Paid and left. Called my doctor. The doctor even told me they don't know why they gave me that prescription because she clearly prescribed me something else and no it was not a generic, it was entirely the wrong thing. I went back and they didn't charge me for the correct pills.Then I had a 30 day prescription and another one that was only 10 pills. I picked up both at the same time. The one that was suppose to have 10 pills only had 4 pills in the bottle which I thought odd so I actually counted out my 30 day prescription as well and there were only 28 pills. I had to bring both back and they made it right but had this been for a painkiller I'm not sure what they would've done.Finally I had enough and transferred my prescriptions to walgreens. I was supposed to have 4 refills, remaining, but when it transferred over they only gave me 3. Walgreens said I had to contact my doctor since CVS already closed out my prescription there when it transferred over.In short, they give out the wrong pills, can't count, and can't even properly transfer prescriptions correctly. They are completely inept in every aspect. I don't know what the pharmacist there is doing but they clearly need to be fired or better supervise their employees.

A bit short on workers but they have many of the basics. They should find another pharmacist so they don't have to close down for lunch in the middle of the day, hard to always time trips around their lunch breaks.

Pharmacy is the worst. Poor communication and extremely disorganized. Dropped off a script the morning before and wasnt told, called notified in anyway that they needed a pre auth. Blatantly lied and said they faxed over the pre auth to my doctor's office. Horrible service. Lack of understanding that some people depend on their medicine.

How can you close for lunch with multiple pharmacists? Is this a union pharmacy? Maybe stagger your lunch breaks, this is a huge inconvenience to your customers. Maybe I need to change to Shippee’s Pharmacy

FIVE STARS for the employees and the pharmacy department. As for the rest of the store, this store needs an overhaul, redesign, and restocking DESPERATELY! Can't say how many times the store is out of stock on some very basic items...Time for the painters to hit this store, both inside and out - and the carpets.... yuck.

Just got off the phone with a pharmacist that works in the CVS Pharmacy in Ringwood New Jersey. Basically I received a text message from cvs nature throid is on recall basically there is not enough medication in here and severe side effects I was told by the pharmacist I can return the meds he would damage them but no refund this is very wrong I was paying out of my pocket and I'm told return the meds to them but no refund and don't drink them... Very wrong!!!!

I’ve been having a problemFinding an item in the right size fit my 91 year old mother . I called and chris answered found the product and brought it up front for me . Cassidy the young woman at the register asked me if I had heard about care pass . I signed up . These two are fabulous employees abd should be commended for the great personalities and workEthics

Could be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Prescriptions never ready on time. Same drive thru line for prescription pick up and Covid testing?Do yourself a favor and use any other pharmacy.

Went to CVS in ringwood at 845pm with my grandsons script...he had surgery that day and the pharmacist was great. She fill the script even though they were about to close. At the drive thru no less. Thank you so much so grateful for your help

Around the time my script was due the pharmacy offered to make it a 90 day supply via text. I thought great, how helpful. The problem was it was an old script that had been replaced. My wife picked it up for me and the refuse to take it back.

Canceling a vaccine appointment on the day of the appointment with no reason given nor a suggestion of what to do next is UNACCEPTABLE.If you want to be a part of the solution and care for the community, you will KEEP appointments made and or find alternatives for those who seek you for care.
