I have taken my boyfriend’s dog, also my second fur baby, to Waggy Tails for a second time and they have done nothing but an amazing job!The groomers are very friendly and understanding, even with poop accidents in the salon(sorry for that!). Cibby always comes out looking so handsome and most importantly, happy.

Omg! When I tell you 5 stars isn’t enough… it truly isn’t! I have had traumatizing haircuts for Chewie before but Karen and her staff did more than an amazing job! Chewie’s cut was SO even, so PERFECT! I was left speechless. I am more than happy I found Waggy Tails! And chewie smelled like a little man! So so so so happy! Thank you so much!!!

I took my dog first time to Waggy Tails and I just love it. Karen did great job! She spent patiently 3hr with my dog. She is very professional and good with dogs. My Daisy was very calm during all the time. Highly recommended this place. Will definitely come back to groom my dog again.

My dog loves going to Waggy Tails! He is a very nervous and anxious dog but the owner Karen is so patient with him. Karen and her staff know how to treat him and are gentle when grooming him as he has back issues. I am always satisfied with his haircuts and my dog always looks happy.

Incredible! Over Exceeded My Expectations! My family and I are truly amazed with Karen's expertise and skills. The ladies here are amazing! I come all the way from Brooklyn to get my dog Bowie groomed because they are great! They are patient with him and they do an amazing job. Hands down they are great groomers. Would highly recommend!

My go-to dog groomer for my 40lb cattle dog! They are great with her and her fur is always so soft when she comes home. She was recently sprayed by a skunk and they squeezed her in for a bath and she smells so much better. Would definitely recommend!

It’s always an amazing experience with Waggy Tails! Upon our arrival we received a warm welcome and were assured our Pomeranian would be in great hands. There was great communication before and during our visit. Our pup received the ultimate power wash and was treated for his flees. The facility is clean and well organized. We will definitely be returning for another warm experience. If you’re in the area please check them out! They do an amazing job. Your pup will look and feel fabulous.

My yorkie’s groomer retired. I was nervous taking her to another groomer. Had same one for her whole life. Than I found Karen. She groomed her to perfection. So happy I found groomer so close. Would highly recommend this place. They do a fantastic job with our chihuahua, who like the rest of his breed has a decent amount of anxiety. But Karen and her team, treat him really well and know how to handle him. We love how he looks and smells once we pick him up.

I took my 4 mo old Yorkie to get groomed for the first time here. I chose it because of the reviews. They told me it would take about 2 hours. I didn’t get a call so I went about 2.5 hours later to check on him and all they did was take him a bath. They said they wouldn’t be able to do anything else because he was moving too much and biting. They could have called me! Also he didn’t even smell good after the bath. When I got there the lady told me he was the worst puppy they ever had and I found that so disrespectful to say. She recommended a place that would put him to sleep and when I called they were going to charge $130!! That was not happening. I took him to paws and suds. They did everything with no problem. He smelled good and looked adorable! I’m sure they do good here with others but here’s a warning for any little puppies that are nervous or get scared easy. Left a bad first impression for me

They got me in fast , Were great handling my skittish Chihuahua . I will be going there & only there 4 now on !

Wow! this is an amazing dog grooming salon. My wife and I decided to bring our dog to Waggy Tails after raving reviews from our close friend. As soon as you arrive and walk through the door the staff greets you with open arms and smiles making you feel like a part of the Waggy Tails family. My Boxer dog is usually hyper but the groomer made him feel very comfortable. All the equipment is brand new and well maintained. We will definitely bring our Boxer here from now on. Decided to bring my brothers dog in for an overdue grooming. Was prepared to be said " no we can't " due to his size but they did not hesitate to take him to the back. They all knew what they're talking about and to my surprise my dog acted very friendly with them. They did an exceptional job with my dog that I was surprised how calm and happy he came out through back. The whole staff are dog lovers and clearly love working with dogs. I would definitely bring him again.

Waggy Tails was the amazing! They did a great job on my dog, Frappe. They groomed him, cut his nails, cleaned his ears and brushed his teeth. When I picked him up they even had a cute blue bandana on him. I highly recommend this service to anyone whose dog needs to be groomed.

My dog Cocoa has major anxiety. Grooming her has always been difficult but more so during the pandemic. We bought all the equipment and even we couldn’t groom her. She is hypersensitive & skittish. She looked terrible and we were heartbroken. And then came Karen! She was like the dog whisperer! Cocoa looks AMAZING! Karen was able to groom her completely and Cocoa remained calm throughout. I cried when I saw what she was able to accomplish! THANK YOU KAREN! Words cannot express!! You are definitely 5 stars & referral worthy!!!

We come from the Bx to get our dog groomed here. They know exactly what we want. Friendly service. They dont take very long either. My dog is ready in about 2.5 hours.
