I simply enjoy shopping at this CVS location. Ms Jackie and christine are very warm hearted and always willing to help me out. Que Dios la bendigas a la dos. The pharmacy is also very professional at what they do. Great group of people that make me feel like I’m at home❤️

This store is well stocked from Vitamins, medicinal needs etc. I’m posting this review to give a huge thumbs up to an employee that was very helpful to me this morning. His name is Larry. Larry actually greeted me when I came into the store, something of a surprise because in the Northeast this is not a common practice. Larry helped me find some vitamins I was looking for and to make sure the proper discounts where applied with my CVS reward card.Even if all these chain pharmacies are built the same what makes the difference is the quality of people that help run it. If CVS hires more people like Larry it will definitely continue to succeed. Thanks again for your help Larry and CVS.

Friendliest employees ever. They Always greet me as soon as I walk in. If I ask for something, they walk me to the product and show me my options. They help me check out if needed as well. Truly a pleasure to walk in this cvs. Rob is the best! Give them a raise please !!!

I love Ridgefield Park's CVS. So glad that it's available to my town.Rob and Vincent, the managers, are super great. Rob walked my ma through developing her pictures step by step, and was so kind and considerate to her. He made her feel valued as a customer and I am grateful to him for that. Vincent is always smiling and just so kind. One of the best managers I've seen in action.All the friendly cashiers greet as you come in and make you feel so welcomed.The prices of CVS may be high at times, but, if you stack store and manufacturers' coupons, you can find many bargains -- and, again, you can't beat it for the service. It's a place that makes you glad that you stopped by.

The actual pharmacists there have been amazing. On multiple occasions, they went above and beyond to get us the medication we needed as quickly as possible. One time the pharmacist stayed on the phone with my insurance for 40 minutes to get me the medication I needed. Another time the brand-name prescription requested by the doctor was going to cost over $500, which I couldn't pay. Luckily, the pharmacist was able to make a generic custom prescription that cost me just $11! It worked like a charm. I am forever grateful to the pharmacists at this CVS!

Did very professional I've been going there for years they know me by my first name on my last name they try and help you out in any way possible so she if you looking for something and you can't find it as far as the pharmacy as far as CVS the employees and especially the manager is outrageous and he always goes out of his way to help me and all the customers he is an on stopping person and as far as the pharmacy they do everything in their power to help you or get an answer for you and call you or text you within a day or two with some information this CVS in Ridgefield Park main street is one of the best in the area. Also very clean.

I called to inquire about my prescriptions; waited on hold for an entire 7 min only to be hung up on by what sounded like a high school student. Called back and waited another 7 min only to be greeted by serious attitude from the same little girl. And she tried to justify why she hung up after saying hello and not hearing me. She should’ve said hello 2-3 times!

I got to this pathetic store 10 minutes after 8am, proceeded to the pharmacy counterto purchase my allergy medication.Now I am only person there standing where it says pickups by the register. Granted there was only 1 person working behind the counter.After 10 minutes of waiting there were 2 other people behind me.After another 5 minutes the woman behind me walks over to the pharmacist andasks her if she could pick up her prescription in the drop off area. So what do you think the pharmacist does? she starts taking care of the woman who was in line behind me.When I asked what was going on she replied I will be with you in a minute. I stated i was first and waiting patiently that I had to get back to work after 18 minutes of being ignored. at that point she just ignored me more. I waited 5 more minutesI just dropped the other items I had in my hands and walked out. This store blows.I am making a formal complaint with their cooperate office... avoid this disgrace of a store…

Everyone at this location is very friendly and polite. They go the extra mile to help you. I love that I get a txt message when my medicine is ready so I don't have to wait around and that I always find what I'm looking for. They have private parking lot but sadly since the town started charging meter parking, customers of near by restaurants or the Dr. office across the street park at the CVS lot making it difficult sometimes to go inside store.

Ive been going to CVS for years ,i can only say Robbie,Tammy .and a few younger people have always been really nice and helpful to me ,i wouldnt dream of going to any other Pharmacy around,they go out of their way to help...and yes Boss man Vinny is the best....

One of 4 CVS' in what seems to be a 5 mile radius. Their photo printer is always down just like the others. The manager is fantastic. He always seems to be helping out his team when a line forms.

I just want to give a shout out to Vinnie, the Manager of this store. Thank you so much for having my brother, Tom's medicine and items delivered to his home address on a moments notice! He has been very sick and had a bad fall yesterday and needed Advil, plus a couple of store items. Also thank you to Tammy for talking to me and putting me through Vinnie. God Bless you all. They have to be the worst store in NJ. The lines are long and they never have any items in the baby section. I guess they haven't learned how to restock shelves. Get a new manager please or close down a Duane Reade might be better.

Visited the pharmacy today, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. They helped me with my prescription and even call my doctor to make a suggestion to save me money. Love this place.

The pharmacist just spent 5 minutes telling us how other CVSs lied about having the medication WE HAVE Rx for and talked down to us like we are drug addicts. Refused to fill Rx the day before surgery. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THE PHARMACIST HERE.
