A great location that could use some updates. Things were clean and organized and the staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The hotel must have been an older one as it is not updated like someone would expect from a Marriott. The bathroom setup was odd and the food / bar situation was lackluster at best. It was a quiet and comfortable night sleep. I expected more for the price point.

We did our wedding room block here and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Jerilynne was so amazing to work with. She always answered me very quickly and was always happy to help. Everyone had positive things to say about their rooms and everyone loved hanging out in the hotel lobby after the wedding. All of the staff was very friendly and the hotel had many great options of rooms to book to get ready or host a meal and food packages to make an even greater experience for guests. I am so happy I went with this hotel!

We had a 75th birthday celebration here for my mom. The rooms were spacious, pristine clean, and the event spacious was perfect. However, be forewarned, the staff will really leave you breathless. Their professionalism & customer service are absolutely 💯 amazing. Ms. Barbara, Nicole, and Jerilynne are 3 gems. They made us feel very welcomed and accommodated.. Every staff member,from the desk to the housekeeper, offered a golden service.STAY HERE! BUT BEWARE! of the level of excellence illuminating from this place! 👏🏽 👏🏽

Nice hotel. Food was good, rooms were clean and fresh. The only thing we weren’t happy about was they laid out non-pet friendly salt on the sidewalks and parking lot for ice. We have a bigger dog we can’t carry and had to wipe down his paws several times. If you’re going to be pet friendly (and charge a $150 pet fee), use pet friendly salt!

We had rooms blocked at the Courtyard by Marriott in Lincroft for our wedding. Jerilynne and her team are fantastic! They were very accommodating and helpful throughout the wedding planning process. Our guests had a great experience booking with them. Everyone we interacted with over the weekend was friendly and welcoming. The bar and opportunity to host breakfast the next day is another plus!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean and it felt very luxurious to have so many amenities. The lounge is very welcoming and has a fire where you can sit in your own little booth and enjoy the coziness. They even had a hot chocolate bar for free, which I definitely indulged in. The only thing I will say is that the café downstairs is not a Starbucks café, don’t expect your favorite drink that you get at Starbucks to be made here.if anything it’s a bad copy of your favorite drink.

Me and my family stayed at this Marriott hotel last weekend as we live out of state. We came for my cousins wedding which I was in. I LOVED this hotel, it was clean, spacious and the service was some of the best I have ever received, me and my cousins and siblings went down to the bistro to get breakfast in the morning and everything was perfect! Later in the day the whole family went back for drinks and 2 younger girls ashley and gianna were working, they were THE BEST. There manager Renee even came out and said hello too! They were speedy with there service and keeping up with my family and I’s needs and they just had the best most positive attitude the whole time we were there, kept a smile on there face, they didn’t make us feel like we were asking for too much! I would 11/10 recommend this hotel and ashley and gianna!!!!!

The Bistro bar.... where to start. 50 percenters. 2 women on Dec 13th evening. One was decent, the other not so much. No eye contact when asking a question, asked for a napkin as it was dirty, how about wiping it? Asked about the rigatoni with chicken, very vague response when I could not find ANY chicken. "I put it in myself" response. She should be working at a local diner, not a Marriott restaurant, not Marriott standards. Yikes.

We recently hosted our wedding guest block at this location. Working with Jerilynne was great, she was super attentive and responsive. The hotel was also very organized in distributing our gift bags to guests and had appropriate signage for the details related to shuttle and after hour reception.Our guests commented on the cleanliness of the rooms, and the ample parking. We also received a large, complimentary room with champagne. We were very happy with our stay overall.I removed a star because we were slightly disappointed with the after hours cash bar. The lobby bar was more like a coffee shop than a bar environment, so not many of our guests attended. We also paid $200 to reserve a bartender who was tending to another wedding party as well.

I consider myself a brand loyal Courtyard traveler. For years now as I’ve taken trips around the country I’ve found the consistency of my stats at Courtyard’s to be a valuable stabilizing feature.As the brand has continued to improve their features, such as: an east to use engaging app, adjustable check-in time, and keyless entry my experience has only improved; especially during travels I did during the pandemic not being forced to wait in a lobby with other guests and just be able to access my room immediately was great!This was my first time to Red Bank and I was excited when I saw on the site that this location has been recently renovated. However, as you can see from the pictures my room has some quality issues and made it feel like a cheap rundown motel, now a quality Marriott location. And if the hotel had been recently renovated the thing they missed was some sound proofing on the doors. Our stay was three nights and every single one of those nights our sleep was interrupted by loud talking of passers by.Another issue was the keyless entry, it simply didn’t work at this location. Even after calling the front desk and having them re-send the activation to my phone. I ended up having to go down to the lobby and wait for a key while my wife stood outside the door with half our bags.I still feel Courtyard is a good brand, but I’ll think twice before choosing this location in the future.

Had such a great experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptional and friendly. We were able to check-in to our room early without asking; the lady at the front desk just offered. Any requests we had they were prompt to respond. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying at this location.

We booked our wedding hotel block here, and what a great decision that was! The staff was so accommodating and friendly, and the rooms were very clean. We rented a space to get ready in the morning (day of the wedding), and that space was also very clean. We kept the hotel bar open late night and had a great time! Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently had our wedding block reserved here. The hotel staff is very accommodating. They worked with us to ensure all of the details were in order; everything from sending an updated guest list every week before the wedding to distributing gift bags to our guests. They also provided a great breakfast for our guests in The Atrium Room. They also provided two small bottles of Prosecco in our rooms when we returned from our wedding reception. Jerilynne was absolutely amazing and accommodated us every step of the way. Overall - clean hotel, helpful staff, ideal location!

I travel for business and stay all over the East Coast at least 50 times per year. This hotel has the best customer service I have EVER experienced. I was greeted at check in by Kiernan who was efficient, pleasant and beyond helpful in sharing information about the Red Bank community and the Hotel itself. I felt very welcomed. The room itself was great. Clean, comfortable and very quiet. Later that evening I was again surprised by Ms. Shannon who went out of her way to make sure I was having a good stay. She exceeded all customer service expectations and left no doubt that if anything was needed she would take care of it. Coffee service and grab and go breakfast was good and regularly monitored. I never once entered the lobby without being greeted by a member of the staff. True attention to detail was present everywhere. Job Well Done. I will stay here in the future at every opportunity!

My husband and I booked a room block for our wedding at the Marriott for our venue located in Red Bank. The customer service representatives were extremely friendly and helpful, and the event managers we were linked to were very organized with sending updated spreadsheets and reminders related to the room block leading up to the booking deadline. The location was also conveniently located for our wedding guests. We would definitely book through this location again!

We were here for a wedding. It was chosen as the hotel for out of town guests and the wedding party. It was also the location for after parties Friday and Saturday nights and a catered brunch Sunday morning. Except for the door locks sometimes sticking it was great. It was conveniently located to everywhere, the accomodations were more than adequate and the hotel staff was accommodating as well.

Not overly impressive. The room was adequate and the bed was comfortable. Howver the walls here are paper thin. You can hear people in the =next room conversong at normal levels. There alsoseemed toan unusual amount of foot traffic in the hallway. I wouldn';t rule out a return visit, But I think I'd check out some other options first.

I stayed for one night. My check in was a little rough but that was because of me and not staff but she was very patient with me till i was able to get it together. Room was clean. Only problem i had with my stay was that they tv was not working and had to call multiple times and go downstairs to get help but other than that issue my stay was pleasant. Check out was smooth. I would recommend hotel.
