Absolutely love this place! Definitely my go to for all things pet related! They have an amazing selection of raw food, and can order a lot of different things for you. They are extremely knowledgeable and it's always a pleasure visiting. My Maddie is one happy and healthy kitty thanks to Natural Tail Treats!

This quickly became my go to pet store for my new pup, Mowgli. Kim is so knowledgeable and willing to help, but more than that she is a fantastically kind human. She remembered both of our names after just 1 visit and was so sweet to my guy. She even gave us an umbrella when we got caught in a downpour after chatting. She's just wonderful and has so much info about the best way to care for your dog. She has wonderful products with a range of things from kibble to raw to supplements to chews. The cans of Tripett and Primal bone broth are definitely my favorite products.When I told her I was committed to feeding Mowgli a good diet but that money was a factor for me, she helped me plan out a way to do that without breaking the bank which was a massive relief. Out of the natural pet stores in the area, Natural Tails is definitely the best- both for the product and for Kim. I can't recommend it highly enough. I just moved out of state and she & her store will be sorely missed.

Natural Trail Treats is amazing. Kim is so helpful and literally saved my dog. Sam was having major issues and after thousands of dollars in tests turned out it was all because of her food. The vet recommended a few brands but nothing worked until I went to Kim. My 14 year old dog is now running and leaping like a puppy. Completely new dog. Kim was so much more helpful than the vet and I am so grateful. Definitely more costly but you absolutely get what you pay for and I’d pay anything to keep Sam healthy. Kim is the best!

Best selections of organic food and treats for your fur babies. The owner is so nice and welcoming, always gives me new samples to try. This store is the only one who has special N&D by Farmina in stock. The store is organized and very clean.

This is the nicest store I have ever shopped in. The staff...are the most knowledgeable and accommodating people and can always resolve my doggie dilemmas. I changed my dog to all raw food with the help of Natural Tail Treats. They are always offering different samples for my dog to try. I have a very happy and healthy dog with the healthiest coat of fur. He has tons of energy and looks forward to all the amazing food and treats they sell.
